Austin Infiniti Review

I've purchased four cars from Austin Infiniti since 2009. Each time I had the pleasure of working with Akeem Disu. Akeem works very hard to make the process easy and please his customers. He is quick to respond and his service is first-rate. Actually, Akeem goes above and beyond what you would expect from a car salesman. Akeem deserves starred reviews, but actions speak louder than words; when I'm ready to buy another vehicle, I will call Akeem.

Worst customer service. FYI when booking an appointment make sure you confirm with the manager apparently most of their staff is training.
Wasted my day because someone didn t do their job.

The service was excellent and a very amicable and attentive staff.

Drove up for a standard oil change but, was informed of some other issues that needed addressing on the car. I was taken care on a Saturday. I was able to get in and out with little issue. I appreciate the service that I received from Angel. He was well versed with the car and was able to give me a detailed break down of the things that required attention. I have always found my experiences with Austin Infiniti Service Department to be top notch, and would recommend them again in a heartbeat.

I was very disappointed with the service. I dropped off my car for service on monday, received a call the next day tues evening that my car was ready for pick up. I scheduled my morning and drove from Killeen Tx, when i arrived i paid for the service in full, was waiting for my car when service tech Bobby came out and told me my car was not ready. I had spent gas and toll fees on this trip to make it in time and back to Killeen to start my job that morning, but my car was not ready. I felt this mistake shouldn't have happened from this Infiniti dealership. I am very disappointed after spending $3325. I will not be using this dealership in the future for my car services.
