I have always received incredible service from Austin Infiniti. They get me in quickly, even without an appointment. They do the work perfectly (although it's not cheap-duh, it's an Infiniti). They have an excellent place to work, free wifi, good food and drinks, and a carwash to top it off!

I have been using Austin Infiniti Service since 2008 and Nick is the service advisor for both of our Infiniti vehicles. He is always responsive, courteous, and does a great job explaining service performed. And whether it s arranging a loaner or are able to get me in when something s critical, Nick and the others in the service department are always ready to assist.

Just had an another awesome experience with Austin...

Just had an another awesome experience with Austin INFINITI. Due to the pandemic we ve been trying to not leave the house as much as possible. The engine light came on in our QX60, but we didn t want to take it in. I saw online that they are offering to pick up our vehicle to do the work, so that s exactly what we did. They came and picked it up, left us a loaner vehicle, and when everything was finished, they drove it back. This is exactly the kind of service needed in a time like this. Austin INFINITI continues to impress me.

This review is a bit late. I purchased a Mercedes SLK350 and Lexus RX350 here at the beginning of the year. Tony was our sales person and he was the BEST. No pressure and made the process extremely pleasant from start to finish. Both cars were in beautiful condition. I had some issues with the SLK early on, but Tony sent it to get $1,600 in repairs done free of charge. This is how after service should be done. I am completely satisfied with my experience here. I will come back again.

I had the pleasure of working with Danny Elalouf at Austin Infiniti when purchasing my last vehicle. From the moment I met him to the moment I drove off the lot he was professional the entire time, answered all of my questions truthfully, and never pressured me into anything. He made the hassle of buying a new car much more bearable and easily navigated me through the paperwork. I am happy with my purchase and glad he was there to help. I would recommend requesting Danny if you ever stop by Austin Infiniti.

I needed to purchase a pre-owned vehicle and did not have a lot of time. I searched for deals online and found a great Tahoe at Austin Infiniti. They had just received it and had not even photographed it for the website yet. Anthony Raglin, my sales consultant, was wonderful. He was very responsive and even took his own photos of the vehicle to text to me. He is knowledgeable, friendly and very good at his job. He and the rest of the staff made this vehicle purchase quick and painless.

I was happy with the work that I authorized to be done. The only complaint I have is that it was recommended I replace brake pads and have rotors turn to eliminate braking noise. They did state pads were still good but I had rotors turn when they put those pads on and I don't believe one- that I should replace pads that are still good and two- I know that you don't have rotors turned everyone you replace pads. So I feel like that was ridiculous to suggest that $300 + service. Still don't have explanation to brake noise. It's so hard to find a place that doesn't try to sell you some service that is not needed.

Monte and his team are THE best! This is extremely rare that I write a positive review about a franchise dealership. I have gone to them for everything from simple oil changes to differential fluid, power steering fluid, drive belts. They REALLY value customers that keep going back. I had 60,600 miles on my G37 Sedan. My A/C compressor went dead. Warranty goes out the window at 60K (like most cars I'm assuming) and they are still warrantying my compressor for FREE. ZERO out of pocket. AND!!! They did it all in one day. This saved me more than $3000. I can not thank them enough for being so thoughtful and valuing my business. To those who are reading, please please go to Monte. He's great to talk to and he will not let you down. Keep a smile on your face and a good attitude and they will be more than willing to help (and not rip you off) to the best of their ability. Thanks again Monte and to his team!!

Infiniti Austin does everything they can (scheduling, loaner car, using the schedule efficiently) to make every service (even oil changes) appointment exceptional. I would recommend Infiniti for their service even more than the car itself. I never dread having an appointment.

Great experience. I was initially dreading needing to get maintenance on my vehicle; however, from the moment I pulled up at the dealership - without an appointment - I was well taken care of. Nick went over the services I was due for, without being pushy and trying to upsale . The waiting area was clean and my latte was great! Thanks Infiniti for making this process easy.

My problem with Austin Infiniti is that when you buy a car there they tell you you can have a loaner when you need service or repairs done. This was important to me because I am in sales and need my car to make a living. They often do not have loaner cars available when I need work done on my car. So, I have to go to another service place or reschedule when it's convenient to Infinit.

This inconvenience makes me rethink my decision to go with Infiniti.

I have no issues while getting my car serviced here. I only go to Dave, he is amazing and always takes good care of me. Other than the long wait which is to be expected, I will always come back so long as I live here in Austin.

I am always very happy with my experience at Austin Infiniti! My service advisor, Richard Walker, is always super helpful and accommodating to my busy schedule and needs. They always greet you with a smile and go above and beyond to exceed your expectations. I even was able to get an extensive one-on-one tutorial with Bob in the audio department with regard to my bluetooth and iPhone capabilities with the G37. If you enjoy receiving 5-star service go visit Richard Walker and his service team at Austin Infiniti; they do not disappoint.

Ultimately, it was the quality of vehicle for the price and the wealth of knowledge the sales person had that helped me make my decision. My experience working with Danny Elalouf from Austin INFINITI was awesome. I contacted him prior to visiting the dealership, and he had 3 different vehicles ready for me to review and test drive. Danny made the process very easy to lease a vehicle from Austin INFINITI. Dave Henricks is the absolute BEST!!
Dave knows me, treats me well and doesn't take advantage of me and the fact I know nothing about cars. Dave is always helpful and explains to me what/why I need something done.
As long as I own an Infiniti I will always take my car into Austin Infiniti for any type of work. Thank you, Dave!

It was just a regular service visit, but like always I was treated very well. I had an attendant at my car moments after arriving. My loaner was ready for me by the time I finished talking with my adviser. I needed to get new brakes, but I was not surprised. My adviser (Chris Hamm) had mentioned on a previous visit that I was getting close. Every thing was done quickly and professionally. I even got to use the coupon I had forgotten at home.

I was very happy with the service to the car and my treatment by Infiniti.

Great experience!!! I called and was put with Brya...

Great experience!!! I called and was put with Bryan Unger. I told him I was 60 miles north of Austin and wanted to ask a few questions about the car I was interested in before making the trip. I could tell very quickly that Bryan knew what he was talking about and he took the time to physically go to the car while I was on the phone to tell me what he saw on the car including some very minor flaws as it was a used car.
Upon arrival at the dealership at 11:30 am I told him that I needed to be done with the deal by 1:00pm and he said We can get it done!

We test drove the car and it was not a disappointment to drive 60 miles to see. I made a quick decision that this was an outstanding deal that was priced very well as I do my research thoroughly before ever purchasing a vehicle. I did not haggle with them on the price because I knew I was getting a great deal.

We walked out of the dealership owning the car with keys in hand at 1:02 pm! One of the best auto purchase experiences I ve ever had.

I would recommend Bryan and his team highly if your looking for a late model vehicle at a great price.

Monte Reger in the service department was a pleasure to deal with; professional, responsive and went the extra mile (pun intended!) to research our 2012 M35H history as it was bought used and did not come with any maintenance documentation. He discovered a pending ECU update that the car needed, had it performed along with the oil/filter and multi point inspection service, and advised us on upcoming service needs. The detailed vehicle status report emailed after the service was complete concluded an outstanding service experience.

We had been taking our 2005 G35 to this dealership for service and even though we didn't purchase our vehicle there, they treat you no different. Nick has always been AMAZING and I trust him 100% to take care of me and I know he will never take advantage of me. Due to this amazing service, we traded in our old G35 in and purchased the G37 from Akeem. To echo what others have said, Akeem is an amazing sales person. He really cares about cultivating relationships from his customers. He even offered to come to our home and program our garage door to the car. The service from this dealership is exceptional!!! I will continue to do business with them as long as I live in the area.

Good Job Austin Infiniti, keep up the amazing service!!

First time at this dealership and found them honest and fast. Chris (service consultant) could have sold me an $800 part but let me know it wasn't necessary. They were quick to let me know my issue was covered under warranty and had a loaner ready for me though they were so fast I didn't even need it. Great experience!

PJ Garcia was a big help he kept in touch even though I had to cancel going to Austin a couple of times. This was a no pressure environment. All staffers were friendly and most of my purchase was done over the phone. They work with you regardless of your schedule they normally close at seven but stayed open until Ibwas completely satisfied with my purchase.

Technically they do all service correctly. They are polite and correct errors they make; however, they are generally indifferent to who their customers are and will only do what they have to do.

Their guest lounge is also just okay. Free small snacks and a barista with minimal choices of coffee drinks. They have 2 tv's and a phone charging station. Once again all decent just not 5 star.

Top notch experience! Christian Metzger did a great job as our salesman and everyone we met was polite, courteous and friendly. We came to see/purchase the car from your online ads and it was everything your dealership represented it to be. We were very pleased. The finance manager (Kaylan ? I rarely post reviews but I felt compelled to write one today about my great experience with Infinity Dealership. I went in for an express oil change, NO appointment necessary, which is fantastic for someone that s always on the go like myself. They include a free car wash with it, free of charge of course! The waiting area is comfortable, nice and clean and has anything that you could possibly snack on, all complementary. They include a personal video link, as you wait, describing what is being checked, detailing information like, fluids, tire treads, belts etc., walking you through the service that they re performing on your car, which is really incredible for someone who is always curious what happens behind closed scenes. My service advisor Jeff Smith and Certified Technician Eric Aguilar are incredible! They went above and beyond helping me install my hatch struts that I ve been driving around with in my car for months I am now loyal to Infinity from here on out! Thank you for all the great personal touches and friendly staff!!!

The service and sales reps here are fantastic. They are always willing to help and I never have felt pressured. I traded my leased G37 in this weekend for a new Q50 3.0t and the experience was top notch. My husband who hates car shopping didn't even mind the experience.

The cargo package was listed as being included but for some reason was not. The dealer had ceramic tint and puddle lighting installed for me and they added the cargo package and an upgraded mat for the trunk. Very snazzy!

I love driving the new car, I got the 300 HP and my only regret is not test driving the 400 HP for a decent compare. That said, my 300 HP is plenty fast and a JOY to drive. Thank you Infiniti and Chris Corn for being so knowledgeable - pleasure to work with!

The quality of the work with this recent job and other work has consistently been a pleasant experience with the vehicle always left it top condition and clean.

We appreciate the team working with us on the dashboard replacement. It meant a lot to us and we will not forget it as we recommend vehicles and service to our friends.
