The service was scheduled with ease for maintenance and one possible concern and everything was ready when I showed up, a loaner car and for them to take mine right in. Love the efficiency of the service team and the knowledge of our Service Manager, Nick LaFevre and his attention to detail and overall helpfulness.

Great first time shopping at this dealership! The atmosphere is welcoming, the showroom was clean and well maintained and all the staff we dealt with were friendly and not at all pushy. Our salesperson, Bryan Unger, was fun to work with and accommodating of my lack of knowledge on what my next car should be. I should note, I was having to shop due to a total loss of my previous vehicle that I loved. With time constraints and the stress of buying another car, Bryan was patient and understood my trepidation. We ended up postponing a purchase for me but found the perfect first car for our teenage daughter! She loves it!! Thank you Bryan for all your help!!!

This was a difficult and unexpected misfortune for me. They were both patient with my long decision making process (hard to find extra money during the holidays!) and also took time to explain everything to me and work with me on figuring out the financial part. Personally, I don't need the fancy lobby and all, especially since I was just dropping off and picking up, but it was nice and the servers there in the lounge were also very friendly. It was as good an experience as an surprise car repair could be!

Austin Infiniti, really helped me with a crisis, my car broke down in Downtown Austin on a Saturday afternoon, I was visiting from Dallas.
This was unexpected and very stressful for me. Everyone at Austin Infiniti, went out of their way to put me at ease and give me great solutions.

Monte got back to me regarding the repairs. Tony from sales offered me a solution to my problem. So I bussed down to Austin from Dallas, to pick up my new car, 4 days later.

Ulee was gracious to pick me up at the bus stop, we had a wonderful conversation, he represented the dealership well.

Raymond, in finance was very helpful in matching me with the best financial matches for me.

What started as a very bad experience turned out to be very positive.

Fyi I use Sewell Infiniti in Dallas, they are good, but Austin Infiniti blows them away.

Great service. Love the loaner car option and there's always one available. We also have an Audi and in order to get a loaner for your service with them you need to book 2 or 3 weeks in advance and make a special request. That's not always possible when something in your car breaks. Austin Infinity always has some thing on hand and they're fast.

I took my 06 G35 in for an oil change, and of course, they did a full point check. There were some maintenance issues and Bobby Davis was awesome. He was so helpful and honest with me about what needed to be done before I drove off the lot, and what would be fine to wait on. I will definitely be returning to Bobby for my car's maintenance. I purchased a used vehicle for my son from Austin Infiniti, though the USAA car buying service. The vehicle was listed as coming soon and hadn t been detailed yet. Dana Woodbury was honest, courteous and friendly throughout the entire experience. We agreed to allow the dealership to finish their work and they really went all out! They treated us like we were buying a new car and never made us feel pressured to buy. Best car buying experience in my 40 years!!! Highly professional staff, great customer service and they offered a warranty I couldn t refuse. I ll be sure to recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Thanks!

If you own a Infiniti I highly suggest taking your car here when it needs work done. I was taking mine to a different mechanic. I must have went seven times and they could not fix the issue. So before I said bye to my baby I gave Infiniti a Chance they fixed it the first time I went... it's well worth the drive!

Great service and staff, and excellent waiting area with complimentary food and drinks. Didn't expect to wait over an hour for a simple oil change, especially with an appointment, for which I arrived early.

They did offer to wash and vacuum the car, which was fantastic and above and beyond, although they only vacuumed the drivers side carpet and none of the rest of the car (which I had cleared out earlier that day so that they could vacuum without anything being in the way). When I took my previous car to David McDavid Acura, they vacuumed all of the inside.

Austin Infiniti has not always been perfect(no one can claim this) but they definitely go the extra mile when something goes wrong. They have some of the most knowledgeable and dedicated people that do their best to understand what makes you happy or secured as an Infiniti customer, all the way to Sunny, the GM.

I ve purchased six Infinities. This is by far the WORST experience ever! Yes, people are nice. However, no one does what they say will do. No one knows what to do. They can not even look up a vehicle by the name of the owner???? You order something...doesn t ever come in and no one will answer any questions about your order. Service doesn t mean service. Some things are done through the design center ...of course they don t tell you that until after you have wasted your and their time over at service. People put you on hold to look up your order, come back 15 minutes later and ask you all your identifiers again...so clearly they weren t looking up YOUR order. Managers say give them 24 hours and they will call you back...to never call you back. You email the contact us and never hear back. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Infinity Austin makes taking my car in for service...

Infinity Austin makes taking my car in for service, whether a simple quick maintenance or a detailed repair, a smooth and (as much as car repair can be!) painless experience.

I appreciate having an account rep specifically assigned to me. Nick (my rep) is thorough, knowledgeable, and respectful of our priorities. We never feel pressured or hustled into anything, but he keeps us well informed with experienced suggestions when asked.

Their communication with their customers is outstanding, sending us a full diagnostic report complete with a full listing of every inspected item (task), their observation, and their recommendation - along with an easy to read breakdown of the cost of each recommended service. The results are color coded into red (failed task), yellow (caution), and green (passed). The report also includes an informative guide containing the process the technicians would perform and to help us understand the reasons behind the various maintenance steps. I sincerely appreciated this information, as it helped us prioritize what was critical to have done immediately and what we could schedule out for the coming months without risking safety or damage to the car.

Our most recent service included several much-needed maintenance items. We also were intending to buy new tires, but had price-shopped for the best deal around and were intent on taking the car to a bargain chain-shop for the tires. We mentioned this to our rep and were told that Infinity would price match any price... and they did! So we were able to get exactly the tires we wanted for the lowest price we could find... all at our preferred shop where our car was already in for service.

Last but not least is the convenient and much-appreciated loaner car they provide while your vehicle is in service. This is, hands-down, one of the most valuable benefits to me. When my car needs service, I can drop it off one morning and drive away in a loaner Infinity (much newer and nicer than my own!) and go about my business.

I realize many people shy away from the dealerships for service because of the "higher cost" or perceived "higher cost"... And there are always priorities that have to be taken into consideration. But for the critical services, and now the tires... I would not take my car anywhere else. And even for the more routine maintenance items I place a high value on the professionalism, the excellent communication, and the assurance dealing with Infinity Austin gives me. They've earned my trust and my business.

Good service, we don't need to wait in their show room, They have arranged a cab for pick up and drop. They have shared the AV about our car in the bottom elevation of our car and shared the details about what we need to do.. I have always positive and nice experience with Infinity service.

My temp plates were coming up on a week before expiration so I emailed Chris about this and by the next day they had sent me new temp plates until the permanent ones arrived.

Horrible Experience they posted a fully loaded Lexus IS 350 for under 16k and never had the car in the first place. When I reached out they tried to swiftly direct me to a more expensive car. I asked them to delete the post and they did not. This whole thing was a marketing ploy and is very upsetting for me as a buyer excited to purchase a car.

My 2016 Infiniti Q50 started making a "whining" noise. I took it in and my service adviser, Kenny, pretty much knew what the issue was. A bulletin had recently came out about the AC unit "moving/coming loose" that was causing the noise. They took my car right in, gave me a loaner for the night (even though I didn't have an appointment) and repaired the problem. I was driving my car the next day. Great service.

My service writer, Dave Hendricks was outstanding! I was able to view real-time online as my car was being inspected by the technician! I received online updates of a multiple things being done including, a full set of new tires, oil and filter change, and differential service. Yet, I was in an out in two hours. The waiting area had a full service concierge and a multi port charging station. Great experience and very cost effective!

Horrible! Allan DeHoff took my car without my per...

Horrible! Allan DeHoff took my car without my permission under the pretense of checking my mileage. I ended up with a broken back window and a burned out motor on the convertible top of my Jaguar that Austin Infiniti never paid for and it cost ME OVER $1,000 to fix their damage. I wrote emails to Sean Bowles (Sales Manager), Andrew Burrow (General Manager) and Will Hardeman (Owner) of the company. Nothing.

While trying to sell me a car Mr. DeHoff proudly told me how he'd ripped off Genie Car Wash (where he worked as manager for 7 years) for a stack of car wash passes. He offered to give me one, laminate it and it would allow me free washes for one year if I purchased a car from him. He even told me what to tell Genie if they should ask which one I bought it at. I'm not a thief and it was insulting for him to ask me to rip off Genie Car Wash and I told him so. I told the Sales Manager about it over the phone and I sent messages to all the management above and told them about the illegal scam being run out of their company. Nothing.

I contacted Genie and told them about the scam so they don't continue to be ripped off. I also contacted an attorney and he did a background check and I found out about the criminal record of Mr. DeHoff. It's public so anyone can find it but he has quite a few aliases, is on parole after doing a stint in prison, has been arrested for drugs (heroin and cocaine), illegal gun possession, theft of services and assault with bodily injuries. There's more but some have been "redacted". If Austin Infiniti knew about his record and that he was on parole why didn't they do something about his ongoing illegal activity? Nothing.

I feel Austin Infiniti put me in danger because I would never, ever have gotten in a car to go for a test drive knowing I was with someone with such a long history of criminal activity. I wouldn't drive a car that came from a company who doesn't care about the safety of their customers, doesn't honor their word when they say "they'll take care of the damage", turns their back on theft AND knows that Mr. DeHoff encourages customers to steal right along with him. Apparently honor means absolutely nothing to Austin Infiniti.

Service was great. Love the automated system that sends you text to approve/decline additional items discovered while the vehicle is being inspected. Also like the way payment can process using the automated system quickly so we don t have to wait for the cashier. Service advisor was professional and helpful and gave me a discount for services rendered. Couldn t have asked for a better experience.

Throughout the years, Bobby continues to go out of his way to make sure that my Infinitis are in top shape, keeps me informed throughout the process and always is kind and courteous to me. I would highly recommend Austin INFINITI! I stopped in on Valentine's day just to test drive a car to see if an INFINITI was what I actually wanted. Cody met us out front, listened to what I was looking for and let me test drive the car he felt suited me best. I told him I would think about it and come back, and there was no pressure whatsoever to buy. 2 months later I came back. The experience was flawless. I now own my dream car, and I received a hand written card in the mail from Cody thanking me for trusting him. Hands down, best experience ever.
