Two weeks ago I got into a accident, total loss that is. I was looking around my service area and did not find anything that was a good deal so I decided to look outside my city, I honestly thought I was going to buy a car from Infiniti Houston , but low and behold Jon Simmons from Infiniti Austin contacted me, he was Courteous, professional and he understood my situation and urgency. He found the exact car I wanted with some extra bells and whistles. I thought I wasn t going to be able get the car but with some inspiration from Jon, now I drive a 2019 Q50. Everyone there was so kind, quick easy and painless no long wait or back and forth. Thank you Infiniti Austin!
