I recently purchased the 2017 Audi A3 Cabriolet. I made a 5 1/2 hour drive from Arkansas to Audi Plano despite an Audi dealership being within a 40 mile radius from where I reside. My salesman, Dorascial Crockett, made the drive well worth it! He was very professional and gave exceptional customer service. Mr. Crockett made the entire process smooth from beginning to end. At one point, there was a conflict with my schedule and I was worried I wasn't going to be able to make it to the dealership before the Thanksgiving holiday. Mr. Crockett went over and beyond to alter his schedule to make sure that my making it wouldn't be a problem. From the moment I laid foot into the dealership until my departure, I felt like royalty. My sister, who's the owner of a Mercedes, joked that she had to give Mercedes a call to step up their game. If you are thinking about purchasing an Audi then give them a call today! You won't be disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a CPO S4 from Steven Massey at Audi Plano, and could not have had a more positive experience. Steven was professional and has an obvious passion for the automotive industry which shows through his extensive knowledge about vehicles of all types. He was patient in answering my (admittedly extensive) set of questions, and even worked with financing to get me a 1% savings on my interest rate. Overall, a great experience thanks to Steven and the rest of the team at Audi Plano.

Paid $150 for an oil change, and my car says there's no oil in it. My check engine light turned on, and the person who serviced my car didn't answer his phone nor did he return my call. The person on the phone made it sound like I was liable for their malpractice. I've been a customer for over 5 years, and in my experience they take very good care of you when you first buy a car from them. After that you're just extra work for them. Very disappointed.

Ricky was an outstanding salesperson, but unfortunately, he is just one individual in a huge dealership.
The buying experience was pleasant- until employees at a higher level got involved. Management made promises they never kept and right now I m waiting for a refund on gap insurance that I cancelled in August. Absolutely unacceptable.
I can t wait until the Sewell dealership opens in November- Audi McKinney. Maybe the competition will force Audi Plano management to be more focused on the customer, because right now, their focus is marginal, at best.

Just had our 2017 Audi Q7 10,000 mile service done at Audi Plano. Being this was our first time here for service, I expected the usual half-day wait like I was accustomed to at Dallas area BMW and Mercedes dealerships. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! My service adviser Michael S. met us and told us that we would be out of here in an hour fifteen. (I remember both my wife and I immediately taking a look at our watches.) One hour five minutes later we're out the door. I barely had enough time to use the facilities, eat and drink some snacks and ogle at all the beautiful new cars on the sales floor. I never thought I'd say this, but I'm looking forward to my next service visit! Well done Audi Plano, well done!

Recall service took a couple of days longer than originally stated, but had a free loaner, so certainly nothing to complain about. Service writer "suggested" $1200 brake job, which I declined as I can do it myself for less than half that. Overall, a standard dealer service experience - for in warranty service or recalls, they're competent and professional.

I was actually using their service department to do a pre purchase inspection on a car from another dealer. There was a car I also had in mind that was at this location. The salesman was very nice and even knowing what I was doing there, he helped me without any reservations. I eventually was not confident in the condition of the inspected car which normally would run $400 to accomplish. This fee was waived as I was negotiating a deal on their car. Very good business sense to waive but wasn't expected. From test driving the vehicle to dealing with JJ (service tech) to dealin with Ryan (salesperson) to finance, the experience was very friendly and not at all pressured. One of the best experiences buying a car I have ever had. Thank you to all who helped in the process.

At Audi Plano you can really feel the perks of being an Audi customer, everyone there is very accommodating and the atmosphere is great. Adrian our car salesman was with us every step of the way and he was very patient when it came down to decision making time. I will definitely be coming back here for my next car.

***BEWARE*** My Audi R8 was stolen from their service department when I took it in for service and they refused to accept any responsibility saying they are not responsible for any customers cars in their possession which is unbelievable! They are currently now involved in a lawsuit. Stay clear of this place at all costs as they are crooks who have bought all of their fake positive reviews to cover up the bad ones! They only had 100 google reviews over the last several years and after they were bought out by Auto Nation all of a sudden over a years time the reviews went from 100 to 900! Everyone knows when a company has almost a thousand reviews in a year when you only has 100 over the last 8 years that you just bought fake reviews. Take your Audi somewhere else where it is safe and you won't be lied to and taken advantage of!

I found a Q5 online, went to see it with the approval from my Credit Union, on October 8th. After hours at the dealership and comparing rates through Audi I decided to go with Ally. Just last week (2 weeks later) I got a call saying they needed more documentation from me. I declined and told them I'll stick with my CU. Finally, after 3 weeks and a blank trip to Plano from Red Oak (to sign more docs) I finally got the corrected document sent out for financing. I was offered a free tank of gas but what good is that to drive from Red Oak to Plano for gas??
The staff is friendly. Ricky, the sales guy was polite and professional. When I'm ready to upgrade I hope I don't have to drive back there to be inconvenienced again.

I have been looking for a replacement for a 2006 Pontiac Vibe for a while. I decided to go with the Chevy Sonic. During my search I found a used 2012 Sonic I believe was a good deal. To my surprise it was at Audi of Plano ... not a low end dealer. I submitted online information and Joe responded but I did not respond. The following day my wife and I went to dealership cold turkey. We walked in and were greeted by a friendly young lady who found a sales rep for used cars. After exchanging pleasantries he asked if I had a rep and I said Joe responded the previous day. He went and found Joe. We met Joe. We discussed the 2012 Sonic, took a test drive, discussed terms and the process to purchase the vehicle. Joe has years of experience in the auto industry and made the process painless. He gave me time and space to make decisions and provided all of the information I needed. He was responsive and able to answer all of my questions. We purchased an Audi A4 from this dealer. In the first winter the brakes started squeaking loudly and consistently when the temperature dropped. The cooler the weather became, the more the brakes squeaked. The dealership stated the "brakes are not warranted against squeaking". They offered to do a brake job for $1000 which would also not be warranted against squeaking. No thanks. Have had the brakes replaced by an independent garage and they now operate quietly regardless of weather conditions. Audi Plano could have solved this easily but chose not to.

Good experience with Ben (Sales). Test drive 2 vehicles and chose one. Filled out the paperwork then talked to Finance. I already knew what I wanted and they were able to match what my credit union offered. He tried to talked me into other offers, but I declined. Ben (sales) was professional and polite. I'm always satisfied with my service at Audi Plano. I can bring my car in for what I think are the smallest things and they'll always give it a serious look. If I think something wasn't sufficiently addressed, they look at it again, no problem and always explain what they are doing.

However, checked in my S7 for a software update of 1 hour, around 12:00pm. 5 hours later I ask for an update and am being told it's going to take over night. I would not have minded too much if I got this update before I had to ask, and if I wasn't told with a "that's quite normal, kid, live with it" tone. Not going there anymore.

We made an appointment and he was great - no pressure. Told him I was still "shopping" and considering other vehicles and he didn't press to close immediately. The car sold itself and fit our family needs. Don, Neil and Pitor (finance) were great guys and made me the process easy. I was looking to replace my sports car with a small SUV and decided I wanted to upgrade to a luxury vehicle. I decided against a couple of other brands and then remembered Audi. I went into Audi Plano to look at a Q3 after looking at one online, and after I sat in one decided that that was it--this would be my next car. After I drove one, that sealed the deal for me. The staff at Audi Plano were exceptional and are exemplars of what car salespeople should strive to be. My salesman, Reggie, was incredibly helpful and completely professional and continues to provide excellent service and support as I learn the bells and whistles of my new car. Trey was also fantastic and made the finance process the easiest I have had in any car purchase transaction I've ever made. I went in earlier this week and Crystal was a fantastic resource who spent an hour going through all the features of my Q3 with me to make sure I understood how to use all of the settings, and explained what they were all for. In conclusion, I'm glad I decided on the Audi, and will be a customer for many years to come.

We enjoyed every aspect of buying our AUDI Q5 at Audi of Plano. Dennis Scannell made the experience most enjoyable from beginning to end. The whole team worked together to make buying the car and trading in two other cars run smoothly and only took a few hours on an extremely busy Saturday. The follow-up in the past few weeks has been fantastic along with an hour long tutorial to learn all the "bells and whistles" that we're not used to. It's a fantastic car and we feel comfortable calling Dennis at any time to ask questions if we need to. A definitely wonderful dealership. Two thumbs up!

Took my brand new A8 in for service and while there they rear ended my car and crushed the back end. They tried to hide it and say they just "dinged" my car until I went to the body shop were they had quickly taken my car. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They lied about what happened and never apologized for what they did and now I have an A8 worth much less because its been in an accident. Avoid this dealership at all cost!!!!!

No stars if I could very poor service. I took my audi a6 engine guard into Audi of plano for installation and received a call within an hour after dropping the car off stating that one of my brackets were broken but it could be fixed by using a zip tie in its place. The next day I went in to pick up my vehicle and checked under it to see if the work had been completed correctly. It was not I was being charged $98.00 and the mechanic didn't use just one zip tie, instead he used all zip ties to install the entire engine guard. I spoke with Byran the serviceman and informed him that I was told only one would be used and I was not going to be paying for zip ties when screws, metal clips was required to install it. However, I was issued a refund, but here is the main issue I have with Audi of Plano. I arrived home from Audi and the entire engine guard was on the ground. The next day I took it to Firestone to have it repaired and was told the front bracket was completely broken and needed replacing. Audi of plano never mentioned that this part needed to be replaced only that it could be fixed with a zip tie and the engine guard would stay. This installation should have been done professionally, instead it was just thrown together. My vehicle was recently purchased alittle over a week ago and I did not expect such poor service. If I knew this was the service that was going to be provided I would have never purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I have wasted so much time trying to get this part installed. My car is currently parked and not driveable because I have to order the bracket and screw metal clips to have the engine guard reinstalled the correct way. I will not be returning to Audi of plano for any additional services. Update:****** Received a message asking to call the general manager of Audio plano to try to resolve the poor service I had received but when I contacted the number below I was told he was busy and would call me back. Instead he had an assistant call me who was very rude and told me that they couldn't fix everything because of the year of the car. I had bought this car 2 weeks ago and all I went in for was the repair of the engine guard and nothing more! I would expect professional services being offered especially when I am a paying customer. They treated me as if they were giving me something for free when actually I had to pay. Audi of plano need to get their act together and learn how to be more professional and courtesy to customers. we are the reasons to why they have a job! I will be contacting their corporate office.

I felt welcomed from the moment I came in. There was a bit of a wait on my first visit (Saturday) but the receptionist puts you on a list and calls you when ready so you can wander around the showroom and browse. I have to say my husband and I don't exactly look like we could afford an Audi. We're covered in tattoos and we look like we're around 22 years old. With that being said I have been to places that made me feel unwelcome (ahem Land Rover of Frisco). But the sales people at Audi didn't judge me or appear to question my ability to buy a car. I feel as though I was treated like anyone else walking in. They worked hard to make me happy with my deal and were excited to earn my business. I had a great experience from the car buying point of view. I have yet to service my vehicle but when I do I plan to review that aspect as well. I bought a great service plan and I'm excited to drive my new Q3. Note: cars I was seriously considering were the BMW X1, Range Rover Evoque, Hyundai Santa Fe, and Honda Pilot. The Audi Q3 by far had the best price, luxury options, maintenance plan, and service without a doubt.

I came in to just browse the selection of cars and get a general idea of a car I may want, and left with a car that same evening. He did not pressure me whatsoever and I did not get hounded by any sales people while just walking around the lot which is ALWAYS great at a dealership. Very friendly, clean dealership. Any questions I had they were happy to answer. TJ gave me his cell # in case of any issues that may pop up or additional questions. I will happily recommend this dealership to everyone I know.. This made my wife and I laugh. He was saying his because we didn't want to pay a certain amount and he interpreted that as we couldn't afford it... Very different. That salesperson is no longer there (not because of me, I'm not that kind of person). Second experience was much better. Yomi was a much more laid back sales person. He still did the back and forth thing that is to be expected at the dealership but tried his best to streamline the processes. One of the better sales experienced I have had in buying a car. I enjoyed my last Audi and so far am liking this one too. The dealership always takes care of you when you need something. Thanks for the great customer service. Cookies and coffee are always delicious.
