When you take your car in for Service..... Its the worst experience ever.... Especially trying to get a hold of someone who is working on your car. You get put on hold... Then they say they will take my info down to call me back... Which they NEVER DO!!! Customer Service is extremely awful! This is the 4th time Ive had issues with the Service Drive. I just finally took time out of my day to write this review. I have been to other dealerships for service and never seen anything like this.

Do not expect to have a good experience at this dealership. They are owned by Autonation and do not care about customers. The sales staff members Brian and Gino are not knowledgeable on the vehicles and have no organization. I had called ahead of time specifically to look at an RS3. After walking me around the dealership for over an hour they're was no car to look at and they disrespectfully asked me if I wanted a cheaper model insinuating I could not afford the RS3, without running my credit. When they found the car the next day it took over half an hour to find the keys even though I had made an appointment. I was reluctant to buy from this dealership after my prior experience but they had the exact car I was looking for. My experience since purchasing the vehicle has only been worse. I needed to return to the dealership two times after purchasing for license plates and for a window tint. In both cases even after coordinating a time in advance I waited for over 30 minutes because nobody at the dealership was aware I was coming. I have experienced better customer service at non luxury dealers like Mazda and Toyota in the Dallas area. I tried reaching out to the GM Neil Thompson and have not heard back. It has been about one month since I first reached out to him and I still have not heard back. I would highly recommend going to Audi of Dallas or McKinney where you can expect to get the customer service Audi is known for. Avoid this dealer at all costs.

Always been impressed w Audi dealerships and their customer service, but I have to say that Audi Plano brings the "WOW FACTOR". I had a particularly grueling week at work only to discover a nail in the side wall of my brand new tire Saturday morning on the way to the dog park. I called and they told me to come on in; they would take care of it one way or another. Calvin met me in the service bay and after some work on his part, he found another tire. About an hour later, there was a new tire back on my car, it was washed and pulled back around front. Thank you for making a bad week instantly better and for taking the time to go the extra mile on a Saturday last minute.

Audi Plano has an amazing service department - Calvin and everyone else that helped out that day - Thank you. (also, shout out to Mike for helping me in the past when I've come in. My family loves the trails you recommended.)

I have been a customer since 2012. Great service. The salesmen (Ricky and Iggy) were very helpful. Made this a very painless experience. Got the Audi Q5 I wanted and helped me get the payment I wanted.
I would recommend them to anyone in need of a smooth car buying experience.

There were a few hiccups, however Adrian and the rest of the Audi Plano team were quick to resolve the issues. I will definitely be returning for my next lease!

I am perplexed as how this dealership has got so m...

I am perplexed as how this dealership has got so many 4/5 stars on Google when elsewhere it has gotten on 2 stars. I fell for the 4 stars rating on Google and it was terrible mistake. Audi Plano are highly disorganized and their service is horrible. I got nothing premium for buying an expensive Audi. Next time, I would stay away from this very unprofessional dealer.

What did I buy? Did I make mistake buying Audi? Or Is it that I am the unlucky one? These were thoughts that crossed my mind when Audi Plano Service failed to deliver their promise in multiple fronts.

Here are multiple instances of bad service when I dropped my Audi Q7 for service ( for brake service).

Day 1: Service Adviser Richard quoted me labor cost for the brake service over the phone. When I took my car in for service, he denied quoting that amount. Instead suggested that the labor would be twice the amount quoted. OK, I thought may be he genuinely made a mistake. We settled for a new amount and I dropped my car for service.
Thinking everything is well I left....Well I was wrong..this was just a beginning.

Day 1 evening: Later that day. I received no phone call from anyone about the status of the service. So I called at 430 pm to check on status. Richard said car was ready. So I drove 40 minutes in traffic to get there only to find out that my car is not even looked at yet. On top of that, he had incorrectly confirmed my car is ready because my last name matched another Patron. So I waited for same loaner again. Richard convinced me my car would be ready next day noon. So I drive loaner out bit unhappy.

Day 2: Next day morning I get a call that my car is ready, So I went it again at noon to pick up my car. My washed car covered with dust was already parked next to construction site. I just wanted my car badly, so I paid the bill and took the child car seats out from loaner to my car. Shocker was to find out that the brake work on work order was not even performed. The rear rotors that receipt shows was replaced was still the same old rusted ones. So I asked Richard again. He profusely apologized for the mistake and brought in a tech to review to situation. So they decided to keep the car 3 more hours the complete the Job. Richard now said my loaner car is already in a wash and I should get it quickly. I waited 20 minutes..no loaner yet..Finally Richard got me the same loaner again...

Day 2 evening: Got another call and finally work on car was correctly completed at 4.30 that day.

I am totally dissatisfied with both Audi and their service. I have to drive to/from service 3 times!!!. Having bought their expensive, extremely high maintenance Q7, the service experience was so horrible it is like perfect bad icing on a bad cake.

My lessons learnt. I am sure there are better cars and dealer services available out there.

The showroom is completely updated from 3 years ago and the salespeople appear to be more professional and informed. The sales process was easy once we established our boundaries. Overall I am very happy with the Cabriolet and Audi Plano after week one. The real telling part will be how the service center accommodates any service needed in the future as this has been the problem I noticed in other posts.

Fake nd worst dealership ever expericenced.. After all deal is done they tell the VIN number for the car u selected is different and price gouge you. Don't recommend it at all.. Make sure your sales rep is talking about the same car u selected.. Always keep the VIN number and deal with them..

Great service with an amazing salesman!

I just bought a 2016 A3 from Plano Audi. My salesman Wade Cowser was very nice, and prompt in answering any of my questions. The entire experience was actually enjoyable.

I have been to other dealerships in the past who keep you hanging around for hours, or better yet just ignore you, but that was not the case here at Audi Plano! I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Audi Plano. The entire team was extremely friendly! Wade Cowser made the entire experience flawless and easy. He provide true luxury experience with out feeling pressured. If your in the market for a new car go to Audi Plano and definitely ask for Wade Cowser!!

Service was stellar as always. I had a blown tire early in the morning on the way to work. Once I got the car to the dealership, James and Ricky worked together to get the tires replaced, wheel mount fixed, and other minor repairs in record timing. James even offered to get me a Lyft to the dealership once a loaner was available. Not only did James exhibit complete professionalism; but also genuine courteousness. I never felt that he was trying to sell me anything that i did not need, but only provide me the things I wanted or that he knew would be best for my vehicle.
I would recommend this location and James and Ricky to anyone.

Mike Aman is extremely knowledgeable about all Audi vehicles and was truly interested in guiding my wife and me to the perfect car. We never felt pressured and he provided valuable insight along the way. I can't recommend Mike enough - he's earned a repeat client.

I bought a new A4 from Audi Plano. I was taken care of by JB. He did great job spending time with us, explaining car features and took us all around the dealership external lots looking for the A4 that would meet our needs. He spent over 3 hours looking at different options with us. JB is a great guy to deal with and I felt he was looking out for our best interest.

We have now had the car for 6 months and Audi Plano has completed our 10,000 mile service this past weekend. The service department was very efficient in setting up our appointment and a loaner for the day. We had a couple of minor issues that needed to be resolved along with the 10,000 mile service that had come up during 6 months of owning the car. Joel Johnson and Justin Null are on top of there game with keeping you informed and making sure you are informed of what they are doing..

I highly recommend the sales department especially James Benjamin (aka JB) and the service department is top notch..

Horrible experience with getting my car serviced at this location!! Went in @ 11 AM for 11:30 AM service, they said couple of hours for oil change. Fine, I left with my friend. After a while I received message regarding some recommended service and was quoted $619 + tax. I agreed and told them to go ahead and they said it'll be ready by 5 pm. It was fine until then, my friend dropped me there later @ 5 pm. Now, they told me they were still looking at couple more hours...why? because the technician skipped my car and went ahead with another car's tire rotation. Once again I had my friend pick me up and we went back around 6:30 pm and by the time I got my car it was almost 7 PM. And, the icing on the cake...now I was looking at invoice of $1,010.98. They didn't provide any explanation on how the bill went from quoted 619 + tax to $1000 plus, except telling me that the invoice has item wise breakdown. That doesn't help me. I've reached out to the service rep so hopefully he can tell me where the difference came from??

My wife and I had been looking at the Q5's for a few weeks and wanted to test drive one before we purchased it. I called the dealership and Mark Campagnano had the exact car my wife was interested in all set up for a test drive when we arrived. Upon returning, we quickly agreed to what we thought was a great deal. Then, upon working out the financing, Mark was able to keep finding ways to lower the price. In the end, we ended up leasing the car rather than purchasing because of the added savings. By the time we left the dealership, not only had the car been detailed completely, but the windows had been tinted for us as well. It was by far the easiest and most customer friendly buying experience that I have ever had in purchasing a car. And, my wife is very please with her beautiful Q5!!

My wife and I went to into Audi of Plano to see if an A3 Etron would fit our needs. We walked into the dealership and from minute one we saw it was a low to no pressure atmosphere. We approached Israel Velasquez to help us find the A3's on the lot. The entire process was trouble free. We decided to buy the car base on the performance, comfort, and ease of the buying process Israel provided. We received a more than fair deal for the car and even more attractive value for our trade in. Audi of Plano is my new dealership from here on out! This is the place to buy a car. I'm disappointed in the service dept. I called to schedule an appointment for service on my 2012 Q5. I asked the rep about pricing. She replied "it will probably be about $125". I asked for a precise quote to avoid later complications. I just want to be prepared for my bill. Plus, I'm a repeat customer so my vehicle year and model should be in the system. She was hesitant to go back and confirm pricing. We have purchased 2 Audis from Audi of Plano with no problems. This was not a good service call today. I feel the need to find another Audi service center that can be upfront and honest with pricing.

Honestly, I was set on buying a Cadillac before Yomi convinced me to drive the A4. I cannot stress enough how impressed I was with the quality of the Audi brand. He was very patient with our concerns with the vehicle and graciously did everything he could for us to be comfortable with buying a car we wanted, but not needed. I would feel confident with providing his name to anyone looking for a vehicle as a reference as he is definitely an honest salesman looking for the best interest in the customer and not just trying to meet a quota. AutoNation is lucky to have a strong asset to the sales team there and hope only for the best for Adrian!

We were buying a car for my Son. Our sales person Edgar Diaz was awesome. He showed us several BMWs on the lot and we test drove the one my son wanted. That part was a great experience.
We already had a pre-approval letter by our financial institution.
My son and I met with the fiance manager to complete the sale.
The finance person asked us if we wanted extra warranty on the car. I politely declined the warranty. He persisted to attempt to sell the warranties. I said we were not interested. He proceeded to attempt to play my son against me by telling him that I did not want to get him added warranty. Said that the car can breakdown and that would leave him exposed. I politely, again said that were not interested in the extra warranties. After that third time, the mood in the office seemed to change. He reluctantly finished the paperwork and then just let led us out of his office. It felt like finance manager was visibly upset at us for not taking the extra warranties. I wish that part would have gone a lot easier with no hassle. But it didn't.
In the end, my son has the car he wanted.

2014 Audi S5, 2400 miles, driven monthly. Was driv...

2014 Audi S5, 2400 miles, driven monthly. Was driving on the interstate going 80 in the passing lane when I get an error message and completely lose power. Almost get ran over trying to pull over to the shoulder. Car will act like it's trying to start but won't. I get it towed to Audi Plano. The next day I receive a call from the service department saying it's the fuel pump and it will be a 5 day repair. This is the last weekend of July. A few days after that I get a call saying they have to order the part and it will be mid-September. September comes and I get a call saying it will be the end of September. I then get another call saying it will be mid October before the part will arrive. Mid-October comes and goes with no update. Finally on October 31 I get a notification that my car is ready to go. Exactly 3 months later. Audi of America (not the dealership) offered to pay one month car payment. I bought the car new with cash in 2014 so no car payment. So they then offered a preventative maintenance plan with most of it not kicking in til 10000+ miles. I have 2400 miles on the car. The total cost of the repair was over $2500. 3 months out of warranty. The dealership would not reduce the price of the repair at all. I am still working with Audi of America for a concession. Stay away from this dealership.

This was easily one of the best car purchasing experiences thanks to Alex Bieniek and the team at Audi Plano. Alex is a very easy going guy with a sense of calmness who delivers a no pressure environment which makes car buying fun! Whether you're an experienced car buyer who knows what you want, or "just looking", Alex will focus his time on you and your needs. After deciding on a car and agreeing on a price, Alex introduced me to Peter Surma the financial manager where we picked the "must have" extras like extended warranty, road hazard, lojack and a few more. Peter is also very easy to work with and is there to make things happen. If nothing else, add the extended warranty because you will use it. Follow through after the purchase is great and expect phone calls/emails to make sure you're pleased with your purchase.

If you're deciding between an Audi and another car make, know that I was T-boned by a driver who ran a red light going 50+ mph and thankfully walked away injury free. My Q5 handled the impact perfectly and kept me safe.

This was the most painless car deal I have ever made. Israel Velasquez in Sales was easy to work with and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. We were able to finalize a deal in no time at all and avoided the constant back-and-forth that is usually a necessary evil of the process. Seth in Finance had everything ready to go to get me in and out as quickly as possible.

All of the Audi locations take good care of me but...

All of the Audi locations take good care of me but the Plano location goes above and beyond every time. When I leased my Q5 in CA, I never had to use the windshield wipers but when I moved back to TX I found that the wipers didn't completely touch the glass and the manager at Audi Plano replaced the wipers and in the matter of 2 months, one flew off while I was driving in the rain. I took it back up to Audi and spoke with Michael Bush and he not only replaced the wipers but gave me a voucher for a car wash and helped me with some settings on my car. Michael Bush and a really nice Russian gentleman also named Michael were both awesome, very welcoming, and made me feel like I had a family at Audi. Both of them represented Audi GREAT and gave me the best service I've received there so far!!

Great service. I enjoyed working with the sales Wade Cowser. He is very knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend him if you are looking for buying an Audi.

The reason I gave 4 stars is not because of sales, rather it is the finance person I had worked with. He was not very honest. Keep an eye on that when it is the time for you to sit down working on the paperwork. He would recommend Audicare and other service to you. I bought an used car, and I felt I was given not honest information on Audicare.

I am actually going to leave a good review for their service department. My Audi Q5 had check engine & ESC indicators on. I had it towed in. My service adviser, Robert, listened to my descriptions of the events prior to the problems, made correct diagnosis and a correct plan fixing the problems. I got the car back the next day. Robert also advised new tires and alignments. I liked what I received and did not mind the money I spent.

Have had to deal with Jamie in the titling department. I have never been treated so rudely in my life and if the way she talks to people is any indication of how Audi of Plano treats people I 100% wouldn't recommend anyone to this store. Does anyone else ever have problems with this store taking messages and never getting a call back or is it just me?

Almost impossible to get a returned phone call. Still have our 2011 A6 and have added over 1000.00 in unapproved services to our already 6800.00 bill. Recommended we replace our 6 months old tires,Then mysteriously lost our original tires after it was made clear we wanted them for warranty from the start. We bought our car CASH from them and they treat us like this? I wouldn't eve expect this type of service from a tote the note lot. Get with the program fellas because we're interested in a new A8.

Update: Received a call to come get our "Beautiful car" but when we arrived the backs of both front seats were detached and laying in the rear seat. This after it was approved for pick up. I am a automotive technician myself and the reason given was just a bold face lie.

I am updating my review from 5 stars to 1 star as I have come to find out that once these ppl sell you a car you are not going to get ANY help from the finance dept. I had to go in 2 additional times to redo my paperwork after an error was found and then again when they said I was due a rebate that had not been given. I bought the car in July and finished up the 3rd round of paper work 8/8/2014. It is now 3 1/2 months later and they still cant seem to get the corrected paperwork to auto nation to get this matter sorted out. I have called several times even leaving a voice mail for finance manager-Philip who cant even bother to return the call or even give a courtesy FU. At this rate I will probably have gotten rid of the car before they get around to fixing this issue.

The service is fantastic, and they got me the price that I was wanting. They wouldn't let me leave, therefore I got my price that I wanted. They took care of me and provided the information I needed to make my executive decision. I am very pleased and happy to be driving my new car.

High pressure sales tactics. Snobby in my opinion....

High pressure sales tactics. Snobby in my opinion. They don't take no for an answer, make you talk to a "manager" before you leave. They "don't negotiate price on pre-owned vehicles". Wow! What a waste of time.
