12/26/18 - They were great with helping me find th...

12/26/18 - They were great with helping me find the car that i wanted in the price range that i wanted. I will say i kinda spent more time than i would of wanted at the dealership. When the car was found the Only hitch was that the car was in Houston and i basically bought a car by just looking at pictures and no test drive before i signed. The car was transported within a day and i took possession of it on the 27th. Them being an Autonation dealer they do offer 5 day money back guarantee so that put me at ease purchasing it without actually driving it. They also offer 90 day free bumper to bumper warranty which is great because since i took possession of the unit there have been a few issues that habe popped up with the car. The following are my issues so far....which im still baffeled as to how these issues were missed if the cars supposedly go through a rigorous inspection. So back to the issues...
I have a headlight range control issue that i immediately addressed at the dealership. Ive also noticed that i have a slight oil leak that is causing the engine smell like its burning. The engine issue also caused me to pop the hiod which then i noticed that the strut or compressed rod that helps retain the hood open is not working, when i lift the hood it doesnt stay up. Theres also couple other small issues like the clip that holds the sunvisor in place on the passenger side is broken and the spray that shoots out the windshield cleaner fluid on the passenger side doesnt work either. These are issues i would of expected from a tote the note type dealership not from a Audi dealership. Needless to say ive already spoken to Audi and theyve been great and now have an appointment to have their service department inspect and do the repairs on thursday. So for now i can just give a 3 star rating. But if and when they repair my concerns then they can be a full 5 stars. In the meantime they have also offered to extend the 5 day return policy seeing as the car has quite a few issues popping up...ill keep you all posted.

Update - We are now 11/27/19. Most of the issues have been fixed but I have had a couple more issues come up to replace the ones that were corrected. The roof lining towards the back of the car has begun to sag. The rear deck subwoofer has gone out. And the most major one is that now I've noticed that the vehicle burns oil like no other. I'm at the point where I need to top it op every 100 miles. I got a check engine light pop up and the code read that cylinder 3 was misfiring. I pulled the plug out and clearly saw there was oil on it. I took it to Audi of Plano to get it looked over and they're "technicians" claimed they pulled the plugs and they all looked good. Further more they said that the only way the service contract I bought from them would only cover and oil consumption issue after and if I paid for a $1000+ test to be done on the car. That's ludacris! I dont understand why you wouldn't do the test first determine the issue and if it wasn't under warranty THEN and only THEN would I have to pay. Needless to say Audi of Plano has accentially washed their hands of my issue. I also did some research and apparently ther was a huge issue with an oil consumption problem with the 2010 a4 models that was due to the piston rings being faulty. It was so major that Audi the manufacturer was require to extend a repair warranty to owners of these models but it was only for up 80K miles some years from the date it was put in place. Audi of Plano never at any point disclosed this to me and in fact gave me a document that indicated that there were no recalls in place when I bought the vehicle. Which has been determined to be a huge lie by the dealership and I intend to seek legal counsel. Nonetheless, I'm done with Audi of Plano and I will make sure that I share my experience with as many people possible and any way possible.

Hello! I appreciate you asking for my feedback during my last visit. Unfortunately, it was not a positive visit for me. First thing I was told at 8:30 am was that the coffee machine was broken, but I could help myself to the sodas or water. Once I was informed by the tech that my vehicle was repaired, he asked if I had time for a car wash and I said yes. After waiting another 20 minutes, he returns to say that the car wash is broken. So I followed him to his station to check out, he quickly said we have to move to another person's station because his card reader was broken, after attempting to use the other station, the owner came up and said "sorry, my card reader is broken too". As someone who typically only visits a couple of times per year, I was a little taken back that so many items were broken. If they cannot keep household items/equipment in good working condition, then I'm definitely concerned how well/unwell they service my vehicle.

Staff was really friendly but was disappointed that i spent $270 for regular maintenance and they still miss the windshield water fluid. A regular car maintenance is that tech will verify fill and check all fluids of the car. Its still not bigi of doing it on my own. But still its embarrassing that you pay top dollars to do service and still people miss it.

Since moving to Dallas, I have had to take my Audi in twice for service and both times Toby in the service department handled everything very efficiently. I was impressed with the quality of the work as well as his keeping me updated as to the problems with the car and the time it would be ready. Thank you, Toby!

My experience was soooo bad. There is no synchronization between sales rep and finance team. Their Finance policy will not let you to drive car home until the check is deposited. On the other hand, other local Audi dealers are very friendly and are open with different financial options.

They are not very customer friendly, they would rather lose the customer than working with finance team diligently.

I wish I could give Audi Plano no stars. They should have saved all the money spent on the snazzy remodel and remodeled the staff instead. The car buying experience is wonderful but once you've already bought your car they treat you like dirt. My service rep is the absolute worst and any time I need something done to my car she is quick to take my money but rude and impatient when it comes to answering my questions. One time when I was in for an oil change I told her I also have a door that squeals and need it to be greased and she told me where I can go to find the grease and buy it to apply to the hinges myself! Always so quick to get me out the door once they've taken my money. On too many occasions I've been talked to rudely by the men in the garage whom management won't assume responsibility for because their jobs are "outsourced." I'm done with this place and I would recommend buying your car from another location not only with good marks about the salesman but the people you're stuck dealing with once you've purchased your car.
Also another instance I just remembered. On a time I was in for an oil change, on my way out Sherry the sales rep I always seem to be stuck with let me know that I needed new rotors and break pads when my sensors hadn't even gone off yet and my rotors hadn't been compromised. When I asked her why she thought that she got frustrated and turned me over to the cashier. I think what these reps bank on is the customers trust, and had I not taken it to a mechanic I trust I wouldn't have known for certain that not only were my break pads not in need of being changed just yet but neither were my rotors. My sensors didn't go off for several more months. Yet sherry was so quick to try to get me in for that two thousand dollar service. I understand being in a commission driven position but you should also handle with integrity the trust of your clients.

Bought my A5 here and had a great experience. Service is also excellent. No real issues, just regular maintenance, but my service adviser Paul Berry is fantastic. Things are done quickly, he keeps me informed, car is always washed. Great place to buy and have your Audi Serviced.

What a miserable experience trying to speak to som...

What a miserable experience trying to speak to someone in service. I needed to have someone in service give me advice about what I think is a warranty claim and wasn't interested in driving all the way to the dealership to ask the question. I was transferred to a "customer service" call center...who knew nothing about cars, wasn't at the dealership, but magically seemed to know "no service writers available". Promised to have someone (service manager) call back...after five hours nothing happened so I called the dealership again and skipped the "service" option and had the operator transfer me to a service person/manager....on hold twice and finally talked to someone. Everything about the interactions is designed to avoid having anyone at the dealer actually have to talk to a customer. The impression seems to be "if you want to talk to us...make an appointment".

RESPONSE TO AUDI PLANO... Well... The dealership published their 'canned', 'please call the manager message'. As it turns out I did call and leave a message for the manager the same day I wrote this review. The message described the experience and left a number for call back....still waiting to hear back..

I had my annual service done on April 2nd at Audi of Plano. Everything about the service went well. It was very easy and quick to schedule the service. Robert Snipe was my service advisor and he was excellent. He told me what to expect in terms of what needed servicing and how much it would cost. He also set me up with a loaner car which is a big deal to me and something this dealership has not always done in the past. When something came up during the servicing that needed to be added, Robert immediately let me know what was involved and how much it would cost. The service was completed as expected and again, Robert let me know and was very pleasant and efficient in getting me back on the road in my car.

I just bought my 2015 AUDI 4 S from Audi Plano and I am so happy, not only because I have a brand new car, but because I had the best experience ever buying cars. I choose to go to Audi of Plano because of the great personalized attention, the best customer service and the professionalism every single employe provided. Since you make the first phone call they make you feel like family. I met with Ricky Reed, the best professional salesman I ever known, who does not push you to buy, but instead help you to find the best car and the best deal that will feat your needs. I cannot missed talk about the Manager Mitch Henson, who is really caring. Even thought he is the manager, he did not hesitate to come and say Hi to the customers and make sure we were being taking care. To finish with, I can say thank you very much Audi of Plano specially to Mitch Henson, Ricky Reed and the Finance guy who unfortunately I forgot his name for making me feel like family. I wish all Dealers and stores in general could it provide the same personalized attention and customer services like Audi of Plano provides.

Getting my car serviced recently can be put in (2) words "EXCELLENT JOB!" Robert Manning and his team are amazing not just on my recent visit but, each time I have had my car serviced. Robert and his Team are always on point when taking care of my car as needed. From them greeting me with a smile at time of dropping my car off, to having a loaner car ready even with my slight change request, to having my car ready in a timely matter. I don't have to worry about required car maintenance being handled timely, they always alert me when any kind of service is due or coming due soon. I have no doubt and feel good about recommending Robert and his Team whenever there's an opportunity. They are, A Team of Excellence at work.

Refreshing Experience at Audi Plano. As busy as we are, and toss in some bad experiences elsewhere, I don't think anyone looks forward to getting service for their vehicles. A couple days ago I'd gone in for an oil change and was blown away by the professionalism and sincerity of the staff. Travis Miller the GM seems to have the secret sauce in his hiring of employees and his choosing of management. David Adame the service manager is so down to earth it actually calmed me as I was pressed for time. I don't know how to quite express the difference between a "nice experience" and a "car experience" but this is my attempt. Brian the service writer made some recommendations and was a straight shooter as well ~ what a nice group of people. Helpful, honest, sincere, even patient when I couldn't immediately find my insurance information for the loaner car. Pulling in rushed yet again and seeing my A8L facing towards me right next to the entrance, clean and shiny, ready and waiting on me to arrive, was the icing on the cake. Thank you Team Audi Plano.

I have used Audi Plano for my Audi A4 service and ...

I have used Audi Plano for my Audi A4 service and have been more than satisfied. From my initial phone call to the invoice provided by Jonathan Howell at the end.
I was offered a loaner vehicle in advance to allow my work schedule not to be compromised. That was a huge feature for me. It was routine service and an engine recall notice. I was greeted at 7 a.m. by Jonathan Howell, he confirmed everything I was expecting per our previous communication, and I was in a loaner car in 15 minutes and on my way to work.
Throughout the day he was able to text me updates and any questions. It was very straightforward wirh friendly knowledgeable staff.
My second visit there was a replacement part that had to be ordered. I was confirmed a couple of days out. I arrived 7 a.m. A loaner vehicle was underway and was off to work. Very straightforward and great communication once again.
I have driven other vehicles such as Chevy and Toyota and used their service departments dealerships, but none have been executed from start to finish, better than I have experienced with Jonathan Howell at Audi Plano. Love my Audi and more than happy with Audi Plano. Zara

After a disappointing experience at Audi of Dallas I drove up to Plano and found Ricky. Ricky was great! He found just what I wanted. I really don't like when sales people telling me what I want and need unless I ask. Ricky and the rest of the sales team set up my Q7, had my paperwork ready and showed me all my features. I was impressed at how well everyone seemed to work together. Ricky was pretty busy because it was the end of the month so when Ricky asked another employee to go over the car there was no hesitation. Wonderful experience.

My only gripe was how long it took to wait on the car and the amount of time we got to go over the systems of the car, but otherwise a great experience!!!

My temporary plates expiring and have not received anything
Called and they have nothing
They say it s automation no haggle no games
Yet you spend all day playing their games, trying to use their finance bank after telling them no 20 times
Then spend hours to sign paperwork
Then do not follow up at all with the customer
Don t have plates
Oh and when there try to purchase a vehicle was told their staff group pictures were more important than us
Sum it up
Never again will I use this dealership

The service at the Audi Dealership (Plano location) was absolutely AMAZING. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I was greeted with smiles and awesome conceierge service. The icing on the cake, was the exchange with my service rep, Paul. He was beyond AMAZING. His level of service is none that I ve ever experienced before. He eased my concerns, made sure I was provided a loaner vehicle to get to work, and kept me informed of the process the entire time. This will definitely be my go to location going forward. Paul and the staff there make you feel like a priority. Definitely 5 star treatment. :)

Lack of overall responsiveness on 10K mile A4 service. Was not able to complete our Tire and Wheel claim I think primarily because this dealership is owned by Autonation and doesn't deal in the Audi Pure Protection program (or at least the version that we purchased from another dealership). After dropping off on Wednesday mid-day, the service consultant called me Friday pm and told me that he "someone" wasn't getting back to him so he would not be able to have the wheel ready by Monday which was our deadline. I had to text several times for updates. Not what I expect from an Audi dealership and it's why I take my older A6 Blair Automotive. Much more responsive and helpful firm!

Used car department has no idea what they re doing or talking about. They all need to get on the same page with their facts. These people will lie and tell you anything just to get a sale telling you a car has been inspected when knowing full well it has more problems then they re letting on. Do yourself a favor and buy your next car from a trustworthy dealership.

Israel Velasquez was super helpful. To be honest I did not go to Audi with the plan to purchase or lease. I was just starting to look around and make a decision. I was in between an Audi and a Mercedes, and the service I received made a huge difference. Israel understood perfectly well what I was looking for, addressed all of my questions and concerns, and got a super deal for me! Been driving my new car for a week now and couldn't be happier with my decision. Highly recommended!

Very bad service. I had to get my car serviced and called to setup an appointment. One guy Jeremy gave me his direct line and asked me to confirm the time I'd be coming in. When I called back, he was unavailable the whole day. They are so disjointed that each one will give you different information about availability. One lady said they had an open slot the next day but another said they didn't have anything for the next week. They put you on hold for like 15 minutes and then just hang up without saying anything. Doesn't look like they have an efficient system for processing service requests.

Other than that everything went smoothly and quickly. I would purchase another car from here. My salesperson was Nate. He was very personable and straight forward. The finance manager I finalized things with was also friendly and helpful.

My wife and I just purchased a car from Plano Audi. We had looked at several cars on Sunday afternoons and found one we really liked. Once we started working with the salesman who helped us it did not take us long to work out a price we felt was very fair. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful. There was no sales pressure. The finance folks were great at going over our options. We asked a TON of questions about the car, the warranty, options on the car, service; you name it. We also got a very fair offer on our trade in which was great as our old car was 12 years old. Plano Audi did a great job!

Has a great car buying experience, Kenneth Fleeger is exceptional at customer service and knows the Audi cars in and out.
I saw the Audi A6 online and from there on Kenneth answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable enough to make the decision to buy the car without a test drive or having seen the car in person.
Nita at the finance department was great, paperwork was done at a fast pace and i was in my Audi in no time.

She was very accommodating in helping us choosing the right color, kept us updated in term of the progress getting the car ready. She stayed late until we finished our financing to make sure we had everything that we needed. Next time you go to Audi Plano, look for Noriko or Ricky Reed.

Really impressed. All the Audi Dealers are nice, professional operations, but this was a cut above the rest. Nate Keron and Kelly Morck were really first class. No surprises from what they told me on the phone to when I arrived, no unexpected dealer add on charges, just very straight forward and professional, and a better deal than I expected actually. Very customer oriented including good follow up after the sale. Overall just very impressive, worth going out of your way.

When it comes to spending this much on a vehicle you expect an advanced level of professionalism and patience from the dealership. I worked with Michael Redd one of Audi Plano s Internet sales managers and he conveyed both. He spent time with me to gain an understanding of exactly what I was looking for and finding the best deal. He continued to stay in touch, letting me know of any changes and eventually we found a match I couldn t pass up.

I financed through Audi Plano and had the typical auto buying experience. Nothing new or different from other auto business finance teams I ve dealt with before.

Michael and Audi Plano s service department is continuing to work with me after the sale on a few things discovered after the purchase. Their attention to my needs after the sale is what will have me coming back not only for service calls but for my next vehicle purchase down the road.

I will definitely share my satisfied experience with friends and colleagues.

My brand specialist was super informative and helpful during my entire process and our line on communication stayed open from the time I walked in to the time I walked out with my car. This dealership is not commission based sales, so I never felt like I was being swindled into paying for something I didn't need. I cannot speak more highly of this dealership!

David and Edgar helped me with the deals and were helpful throughout the process. They even followed up after purchase to make sure I was happy with the car. I dealt with Martin B., he was super nice, very knowledgeable, easy to get in touch with and made sure I had a great experience. Got a great deal on my Q3, and a very fair offer on my trade. The car buying process here was very easy. Looking forward to buying my next Audi here in the future.

I'd put my car in service for A/C yesterday 9/15/14 at 12 pm... they took me home in one of their cars since I live 15 min away, since then they never call me till around 6 pm when I decided to call them myself, they said 'sorry but your last name was wrong' (but they had my cell phone, cheap excuse...) ok so they said they were still working on it and he was going to call me soon to let me know. 8:00 pm same day I was wondering what was going on since I thought they close at 9 pm... I was wrong, they were already close, I left a message to mister RICHARD GREEN. Today september 16 ( one day before) I still waiting for a call, I left a message in the manager's voicemail, and still waiting for a call back 11:45 almost 4 hours aftwe they open daily.. AWFUL experience... not again

My only tip for consumers is to do your deals during the week because if you go on the weekend you will be waiting to talk to finance to get your paperwork together! DO NOT buy car free m Audi Plano dealership. Their finance team will screw you at the time of purchase and then have no courtesy to even pickup you calls and call back.

I have never seen such a worst service. I wish I have never bought car from Audo Plano dealership.

First time to have new car in for service. Great experience. Everyone very professional and helpful. Kept my car an extra day to be sure my concerns were double checked. Definitely liked the feeling. If every visit is like this, it will be a great relationship.

Craig Entis was our sales rep and was so knowledgeable that we bought a car right then. We were looking at different vehicles and weren't prepared to buy a car just yet. However, we felt Craig was the most experienced and knew about all brands of cars including the Audi's. Therefore, we felt comfortable working with him and bought a Q7. We love our car and the way the Q7 drives. Thank you Craig for helping us make the right decision.

Mixed reviews really- if there was a 2 1/2 rating, I'd pick that for my experience. Very accommodating on the front end with the deal, then the deal changed. I can understand if credit is a challenge for some folks, but it shouldn't change the deal as drastically as it did mine. We even had spoke to the GM over the phone to negotiate a fair price that we were comfortable with, then the finance guy has to increase it to a higher payment. Next time Audi, let's run that score on the front end and negotiate from there. I left the dealership happy and excited about the car, but upset that I'll be parting with $1008 more dollars over the term of my lease for some bad payment history over 13 months ago... They're going to have to win me back to see any more business after this lease is up.

Now, aside from some process improvements that need to be made, the rest of the buying experience was an absolute pleasure. The team we worked with was outstanding. Crystal, Ricky, and Murad were outstanding, and the rest of the sales crew seemed very courteous and happy to help. Had a few ask how we were doing upon subsequent trips to the dealer, and congratulated us on the purchase.

Overall a positive buying experience. There's a great crew there who seems genuinely interested in putting people in the right vehicle. I would definitely go back again.

How do I give zero stars? Terrible at everything. Had me bring my car in because they wanted to buy it for a great price and then literally never even offered anything. Did not need to sell my car but needed to waste two hours even less. Go anywhere else.

My wife and I were so impressed with our buying experience at Plano Audi we went back and bought another vehicle one month later. Our sales team went above and beyond to make sure we were not only happy with the purchases, but also the exact vehicles we were looking for. We never felt pressured to buy. In fact it was quite the opposite; they were very patient with us, especially since they were closing up shop while we concluded our first purchase. They even gave us a grace period because our trade in was in the shop for four weeks. We would highly recommend Ricky, Wade and Neil to anyone we know looking to buy a car. We will definitely buy from them again in the future.
