I have been a customer of Audi Plano for several years and have become good friends with many there from the sales to the service department. The loyalty shown is bidirectional as I have established a trust that I am getting service of great quality and price. It is refreshing when you feel the honesty in knowing that the service you are getting often comes with candid feedback in order to make the best decisions at that time regarding your car purchase or service needs. I recommend Audi Plano for anyone in the area, and know for some that would travel from a neighboring city to join the Audi Plano family will not be disappointed.

Best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Had previously tried to get a car at another big dealer but they just wasting my time for two days, then came across this dealership in Plano and I was in and out with an amazing car (an even better car than the other dealership) right in the price range and monthly payments that I wanted. They are very polite and are very excited about selling you the perfect car. The best part is that their finance people are just as helpful and polite. Will surely be going back for my next vehicle.

They're currently undergoing construction, so there's no showroom to walk around. They still have the biggest inventory of Audi dealerships in the metroplex. It's best to look online for their inventory because not all of their cars are on the main lot currently.

Maybe it's because I'm a previous customer and made an appointment, but everyone at Audi has always been nice and straight with me.

Just compare their inventory to that of Audi Dallas and see what I mean.

I was informed that a detailed and rigorous check of the vehicle was performed but it ended up missing the lock on the tailgate of the truck plus it started making weird noises the very next day after my purchase. I truly hope that they honor their warranty and fix the vehicle as promised. The customer service was excellent and I got in and out fairly quickly. Other than the issues I immediately started having with the vehicle my visit and purchase was good. I just hope they don't try to back out of the warranty

The service department is horrible at returning calls. I've left multiple messages and crickets. They really want to sell you that car but what about the follow through. This is my first audi and I'm so disappointed with the service staff. They beg for 5 star ratings but you have to deliver to get those five stars. Time to up your game, Audi. Note, this review is specifically about the staff at Audi Plano.

First of ALL I am THRILLED with AUDI PLANO !!! It was the most amazing awesome phenomenal EXPERIENCE i have ever had in a dealership, everyone was so nice and polite and very helpful then it came to test drive a car that pffered to upgrade my A3 with the help of the most amazing leasing/sales rep Ricky Reed went in there amd had what I wanted the color interior and exterior and they had it !!! everything was well explained about how to use the remote in the car and everything interior, detailed the car before leaving as well was amazing and then went the the finance manager Michael which she was awesome polite and super helpful and explained everything in detail. I am bless and thankful I made the RIGHT choice, I will HIGHLy RECOMMEND my friends and family or whomever Im around that is looking for a AUDI will tell them GO STRAIGHT TO PLANO they are very nice and helpful and very professional LOVE IT.. We have had such a brilliant experience at Audi Plano. From the first day we leased the car with Wade Cowser through any service or maintenance visits we've had. But I have to say David Adame our Service Manager is outstanding! He is always pleasant, explains things in everyday language, always has a smile on his face and makes us feel like we are important to the dealership. We feel appreciated for our business and I would highly recommend this dealership for excellence in customer service.

Great experience at Audi Plano. I traded in my car for a new lease for a Q3. Ricky Reed helped me and he was so easy to work with. He was patient and found the car I was looking for a made the deal work for me. I could see him going back and forth to come to the number I needed to be at. He had a great sense of humor which made for a very pleasant experience. The paperwork was painless at the end to get us out on time. For buying a car it was was on the more pleasant experiences I have had. I would recommend this dealer.

We filled out a form to get a price on selling our Mercedes. Gino Bresolin called us back within 5 minutes. We set up an appointment with him to test drive an Audi A6. I thought I wanted to buy a demo that had 7,000 miles on it. Gino,however, worked up the numbers on a new A6 and with the rebates from Audi it was a better deal to buy the new A6. Gino found the exact color combination and features on a car in Carrollton. He went and picked up the car, had it detailed and ready for us later that day.

Gino has high integrity, honest, no nonsense business sense and a great personality! He made buying this car the best experience we have ever had.

We highly recommend working with Gino Bresolin.

Our experience at Audi was really good. The sales rep Mike Aman was thorough, honest and dedicated. He explained various features of Q series models, showed us various trims and body colors, and helped us reach a decision.

Thank you so much for answering all of my questions honestly, and making that five-hour process not as painful as it otherwise could have been :). We are happy with our Q5 car purchase.

When my wife and I started looking for a new Audi ...

When my wife and I started looking for a new Audi Q5, we visited the other dealer in Downtown Dallas, which didn't offer us a great deal, so we started negotiations with Audi Plano and not only did we get the deal we were looking for, we also received great customer service before, during and after the sale! When new new Q7 comes out, I will buy it from this dealership.

Update, June 19, 2015: I just went in this week to purchase another Audi vehicle (2016 A6) through Rich Gouhin; once again, I experienced great haggle-free service. Rich and Mitch Henson put together a great deal for me! I also went in a few days later to pick up my owners manuals and purchase a cargo mat, Rich was off that day, but Anthony Carvalho went out of his way to provide exceptional A++ service!!! When looking for a new Audi vehicle, look for Rich Gouhin or Anthony Carvalho! A++, 5-Stars!!!

Not at all pleased with our transaction with Nate....

Not at all pleased with our transaction with Nate. He called to tell us he had a car for us to look at that had everything we wanted and for us to set up a time to see it whenever we could. However, when I tried to set up a time he said it wasn't ready to be seen yet, so I set up another time (next day) and he said he wasn't working that day, oh and the car STILL wasn't ready. Finally, by the third attempt to see the car, it was ready and we did see it and ended up buying it. During the process of filling out paper work our old car was being looked at to determine a trade value. During that time one of the other managers took our car key home with him. We were told he lived at least 45 minutes away and at the time we were having bad storms, so I said we could change things out the next day. My mistake. We had to wait for an hour to finally meet with the financial guy to sign all the paper work because he was with another client and I guess there was just one guy working, who was wonderful and helped clear up some things that Nate had told us. We come back the next day to have Nate tell us he "hopes the manager is in" so we can clear out our old car...thank goodness he was. We also had to come back another time because the second key to the Audi wasn't in and Nate made it sound like we were the ones rushing to buy the car when the fact was the car wasn't ready to be seen, it had just been traded in and he didn't want anyone else selling it. He was the one rushing the sale. Nate also said that they ran out of compound and when we come back for the second key we could get spots compounded out and I would be given a loaner. What he didn't say was that the chances of me getting a loaner we slim to none because the Sales team have ONLY one loaner and it's first come first serve. So when I called to set everything up he said there wasn't a loaner, didn't know when one would be available and to just keep calling back. He gave me attitude because I was asking about a loaner that he promised would be available. I felt like I was dealing with a low budget car dealership. My husband had to call the Manager to see what was going on and when I called Nate back to schedule he said "well your husband spoke to my manager so I don't know whats going on". And once again it didn't get scheduled. He was extremely short and defensive. Oh and when we dropped off the car to finally get the second key "keyed" they said they couldn't compound the areas that needed attention because it was raining and we would have to come back another time for that to be finished. I had a Buick before and the service and sales people were more professional and accommodating than what I have experienced so far with Audi.

I took my AudiQ5 to Audi Plano because of the seat belt issue. James Merriman and David Adame provided excellent customer service. They worked hard with Audi Customer service center to replace the seatbelt at no charge. I truly appreciate their commitment to provide an exceptional customer service to their clients. They have earned my loyalty to Audi for life. Thank you once again for everything.

Updating for 10/2/17
Took my car in on Tuesday, 8/29/17 for air bag replacement under recall. I dropped the car off, advisor said he should have the car back to me in a day. They weren t going to provide a loaner initially, but I asked for one anyways just in case it would take longer than a day. Advisor assured me it would be done by Friday at the latest.

I never received a call again from Audi until Saturday, 9/30/17. The call wasn t even an update about the car; Audi was calling to ask if I had one of their loaners. I asked what the status is of my car. They said they didn t know and would have my advisor call me back that day.

On Monday, 10/2/17, advisor calls me and says my car is ready to pick up, but they are unable to wash the car since the washer will be down for two months.

I guess that makes six out of seven times that this service department drops the ball (I haven t had my car serviced there since my last complaint/review. Had great luck at a service shop around the corner).

Still amazed at just how poorly this team operates.

2015 - The service department, just wow. Out of the last six times I've had my car in there, five of the visits had problems. From incorrect pricing and ballparking final pricing to not being greeted for over thirty minutes to not having my car fixed (they didn't notice the engine was misfiring) to not getting responses to voicemails for over a week.

You would think that for what they charge for maintenance, they could do a bit better than offering a free coffee and cookie.

I picked up car and was told parts would arrive within 2 weeks and would be installed then. It has now been 4 weeks and the issue is still not resolved.

We had an awesome experience buying at Audi Plano! Especially after the horrible experience at the dealership in Euless. So we went to Plano expecting the same treatment and to our surprise it was very pleasant.
Our salesman, Kim Thomas was very nice and patient. He was very informative. Seemed very honest. It didn't come off as him just trying to make a sale. Actually all were very nice making sure we were comfortable and being helped.
We came interested in a used car but after talking and looking around we decided on a new one which was the exact color I wanted inside and out.
I would definitely refer friends to Audi Plano. Very pleasant experience!

Worst dealership ever ! They're dishonest, unethical, and unapologetic. I worked on a deal for 2 days, filled out all credit app docs, was approved ,got insurance on it & was setting up shipping of the car when I was suddenly told that Nathan Keron the Manager just told a walkin it was still available for sale & was writing it up !!! My salesman was furious as was I. I called Mr. Keron directly & his response was basically too bad Mam !!! I then called to speak with the General ManagerTravis Miller...who to this day has ignored my calls completely. Spare yourselves a lot of aggravation & wasted time. They're word means nothing !!!

Usually excellent service at this dealership. This time it was time consuming and quite costly. Took a week for front suspension bushings and an oil leak fix. When got home with car found both front wheels lug nuts on so tight I had to go to nearby tire store to have them loosened. Not at all up to standard.

Go see Wade Cowser! I loved the fact that Wade started his career "under the hood", parts and service, then to Sales. He is exceptional in educating the consumer/customer on all Audi product. I was able to complete my purchase with all questions answered. Upon delivery of my Q5, I was given instruction on the use of all, including IT package.

I used the online sale for Autonation to price and purchase my new Q7. Marcio was very helpful and worked will with me. He gave me a complete review on the car that will need more instruction as the vehicle is very complicated for a new learner. More time with the learning might have been helpful for more detailed items such as parking assist and driver navigation etc. but i do have the manual for those details and the Audi website has good videos to assist with those topics. I was at the dealership for over 4 hours to complete the entire trade in and purchase. If that had been less time i would have given them a 5 star. During that 11 am to 330 pm time. I should have left and gone to get lunch. I worked with Mr. Lawrence in the finance department to complete that portion of the transaction. That took a while as well to prepare the paperwork for out of state taxes/titles etc but overall he did a complete job.

Racist. I bought a used Corolla from them and paid cash on a Saturday. Their financial person called me the following Monday, a bank holiday, and said my check didn t clear, which didn t make sense because I had the money in the bank. He couldn t tell me why the check didn t clear. Harassed me into giving him a credit card for partial payment until I could bring a cashiers check for the rest of the amount, saying I had their car and they didn t have any payment. I gave them my credit card, rookie mistake, and they charged $5000. I look at my bank statement and the check cleared the next day, Tuesday, when the bank opened. I ve called, spoke to several people, even went up there Thursday and still haven t had my $5,000 refunded to my card. They say they don t see that the check has cleared on their end, but it s definitely not in my bank account anymore. If I was white, they would have waited for the bank to open. Their financial department is full of people with excuses and lies. By your car from someone else. Don t support dumb, racist liars.

Excellent buying experience. This was the 1st visit to Audi Plano, but the 2nd & 3rd new Audi we have purchased. Will definitely drive 6hrs back down to Plano when it comes time to get another Audi. Go see saleman Ricky Reed to close the deal!

I will never go to another Audi dealer for service, because Audi Plano is simply perfect. David Adame is the ultimate service adviser. He has been my adviser for 10 years and takes care of anything and everything I need. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my baby! He is the reason I go to Audi Plano. The service, the knowledge, the atmosphere...it's just the best!

I worked with Ricky Reed at Audi Plano and he was very helpful, knowledgeable and proactive in his approach. He never pushed me into the sale and was very good in understanding my needs as well as the features I wanted. He found the exact vehicle that I was looking for (color, interiors and upgrades). This is my 4th Audi and I have brought my friends here to buy their cars because I know they will be treated with complete professionalism. Audis are top of the line luxury cars. Go experience this for yourself. The sales staff is 5 star. I have purchased a lot of cars with other dealerships and Ricky Reed really works for his customer's best needs and wants at Audi Plano. Make sure you ask for him.
The service department still lacks the Boardwalk service style that I was spoiled to but they are slowly improving.

Bought a certified pre-own 2013 A4 from Dennis Scannell, the experience was great from greeting, to testing to negotiating and finalizing the transaction. We had a problem where we did not notice some damage in the car until I took it home, when contacted Dennis back he asked me to come back as soon as a I could to work something out. Audi Plano offered to fix the car or take it back; I opted for them to take it back with no hassle whatsoever and chose another A4 from their available certified vehicles due to the great extended warranty on Audi certified vehicles. They dealt with the issue very well, no negotiating room in this particular transaction but overall I'm very satisfied with their service. Dennis took us for a great test drive, including highway time and in the financial department Jose Herrera provided outstanding service as well. We'll be back for a Q5 soon.

Dealing with Audi Plano was an extremely rewarding experience. Our internet sales experience with Brandon Deere went smoothly. Brandon was able to handle the our purchase of a new 2015 Q 7 effortlessly. Even though we live in Arizona the transaction felt as if we were right next door. I would highly recommend dealing with the folks from Audi Plano if you are interested in a new Audi. As far as the Q 7 goes, my wife loves the new vehicle, she has had several new cars over the years, but she says this is by far her favorite. Thanks again Audi Plano and Brandon you ROCK!

Went in for a recall repair. Also had a $100 coupon off any service due to inconvenience of having to bring my car in for a recall. I ask for a diagnostic, which is $185. After the diagnostic they tell me they need to run a deep down diagnostic because the initial one uncovered a lot of issues. I ask how much. They say $1000 and then they'll know what is wrong. I ask if some of that $1000 will be applied to repairs. They say, maybe some of it. I declined and said I'd come pick my car up. The guys says it costs $214 with tax. I say, no problem, can we apply the $100 coupon I told you about. He doesn't even look at it and says, that's just parts and accessories. I say, no it says service too. He says, let's look at it when you get here. Well, when I get there he is nowhere to be found and everybody else there just says, "I can't take $100 off. You need to talk to James." SO couple days later and manager deems the inconvenience coupon not usable for diagnostic. By the way, took my car to Dallas Precision Imports. Two wires loose, tighten intake manifold, replace cam solenoid for $570. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE HERE FOR ANY SERVICE.

We purchased our first Audi from Tyler Jones. Saturday afternoon is onviuosly a big car sales day and we Purchased our first Audi- Q7 from Tyler Jones. Saturday's are obviously busy car sales days and we did get a little lost in the crowd, the receptionist took our cell number to text when the next salesman was available...we never received a text but Tyler walked by, greeted us, then turned around and came back to see if we had been helped. We came in with an idea of what we wanted - Q7- and Tyler was able to give us more information that we knew we needed about that vehicle. He was very knowledgable, personable and no pressure. Would highly recommend him if you are looking to purchase. Very happy with our purchase and appreciate Tyler's knowledge and enthusiasm.

Worst service department in town. Take your Audi ...

Worst service department in town. Take your Audi here for routine maintenance if you enjoy service advisors that push high priced unnecessary services using deception and scare tactics. Also, if you purchased the Audi Care maintenance package forget about it covering the engine air filter - they'll hit you for about a hundred and a half to replace it. Heck, I had my own filter and went there for the recent fuel rail and passenger seat recall repairs and my service advisor Mike S. kindly offered to install it for a $70 fee, LoL! But there's more - I went to pick my A6 up this morning, although I was promised it would be ready last Friday. We were going over the paperwork and the man with the service department told me the air bag recall work had already been completed back in January when I took the vehicle in for my 25k service. Guess what? The work was never completed in January, because after keeping my vehicle all day, after I'd confirmed the parts were on hand, service advisor Mike called to tell me to return the loaner car because they didn't have the parts after all. Never mind I work in Rowlett and live in Sachse. I swear these people don't give a damn about their customers and are predatory in their business practices. Be aware of them trying to sell you their fuel injection cleaning service, bogus front end alignments, etc. I wish I'd researched this dealership and their reputation, 2.5 stars on Yelp with MANY reviews, before even walking through their doors. Stay away - they will stress you out!!!

I am still waiting for someone to contact me regarding questions/concerns that my husband and I have from our February purchase at Audi Plano. I email my salesperson weekly, and he tells me that a manager will get back to me. However, I have yet to receive a callback. It has been 2 months. I need to know what I should do to get get my concerns taken care of. I have asked for the manager s email address, but it was not provided to me.
As this point, I do not feel valued as a customer.

I have purchased TWO Audi vehicles from Audi Plano. NEVER AGAIN!!! Both times, I mistakenly agreed to pay FAR more than necessary. That's MY fault. My last car had an issue that they agreed to IN WRITING to resolve and they DID NOT. They lied. Lied and argued. The bigger problem however is their USELESS service department. Morons. Monkeys with rocks and sticks. So, if you can get past the lying sales department and the useless service, you'll be ok. My guess is that this is all because it's just an AutoNation franchise instead of a legitimate Audi store, but that's just my speculation. The results are the same; a waste of money.

We didn't buy an Audi, but we did purchase a used vehicle for our daughter from Audi Plano. Even at a price point below $10,000, the dealership treated us as a valued customer. Neil emailed us the carfax and J.B. had the used car ready for a test drive upon our arrival. After we purchased the vehicle, he made sure the car was washed (again), filled with gas and stored in the side showroom until we could pick it up at the end of the day. It was a pleasurable experience and exceeded our expectations. Well done, Audi Plano!

Audi Plano Service has a wonderful and courteous staff. My service/repairs took longer than expected and during that time I had a death in my family. I explained my situation/that I wouldn't be able to retrieve my vehicle to James M., and he went above and beyond to help me in a difficult time. I wish to thank the Audi Plano Service Department for understanding and helping me. Thank you for repairing my vehicle quickly and maintaining communication. From the service advisor, to the car loaner, to the technician, parts and detail you all are expert in your jobs. Thank you!

Overall very good experience, service was done tim...

Overall very good experience, service was done timely, loaner was fine, communication was good. My only gripe is that after they replaced the tires they did not reset the tire pressure monitor settings in the MMI. As a result, I got about a mile down the street and the TPM alarm went off. This is probably on the checklist of things go do, but in this case it was missed. I am an engineer, and attention to detail is a critical element in successful completion of my job. I expect it should be of yours as well.

I normally have a very good experience at Audi Plano. Last week I reserved on line, my servicing for my vehicle. I arrived and they did not have my appointment. I showed them my conformation email, they did not have it in their records. I said that's not my issue it's your IS issue. I also asked for a car, but with no appointment, I didn't get a car? So I only needed an oil change so ok I'll hang around and be out lickity split. WRONG. 2.5 hours for an oil change! No heads up on time issues and without a loaner I would have rescheduled. Next time I'll save time and $$ and just go to quick lube and keep the receipts.

When I called to make an appointment for my car to be serviced, Audi Plano had no record of my car. I have bought 2 cars from them since 2013. They had the wrong telephone and the wrong address for me...and no car. The last car I bought from them was not quite a year ago. I am disappointed in Audi Plano. Their service department is poor. This is not the first disappointing incident I have had with them. If I did not love my A6 as much as I do, I would take my business elsewhere.

Almost every time I take my car in for service they reach new lows. Called Audi Plano because my air conditioning stopped working on my car and wanted to set up a time to get it fixed. I was transferred to an offsite person because everyone else was busy. When I bought my car I was told they supply loaner cars. Have always gotten them and now I am told first appointment to get a loaner car is September 10th. Over a week. Really. Anyone looking for an Audi should know this is the worst service department I have ever used. So glad I paid extra when I bought the car for the extended full service plan. NEVER BUY A CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP.

I made an appointment to purchase a vehicle I had test drive and put on hold the day before. I showed up with a check in hand to complete the transaction and proceeded to have to wait over 3 hours for a finance person to take my money and sign the title. Everyone was apologetic but did nothing. They took all of the people that were doing financing before me because they are making more money off of them...than me as a cash customer. Very frustrating.

Excellent customer service for my oil change in se...

Excellent customer service for my oil change in service department. I purchased the car pre-owned and do not have original key fob to complete the setup for MyConnect. The technology specialist connected my account through Audi, but no one bothered to tell me how to finish the setup which required keyfob activation - still not working, I don't have the original key tags that have this activation number. I appreciate putting paper mat and seat cover in car, but put trash cans by the service drive pick up area so customers can remove trash from car before customer gets in.

Part prices are ridiculous everything is like 200%...

Part prices are ridiculous everything is like 200% markup vs other Audi dealerships. Highest I have ever seen. I needed some brackets and some bolts and the pricing was just crazy. Same part at Audi Dallas half price.

I guess they are not interested in selling parts.

It was a great experience buying my first car here...

It was a great experience buying my first car here. Very organized from the time I contacted them online to handing over the keys. Joe Peer is the sales person with lots of experience and suggests you many tips and techniques for maintaining the car in a good condition. I would definitely suggest Audi Plano if any one wants to buy an Audi in Dallas area.

I have been a customer of Audi Plano for a few years. I love my Q7. And I have to say the best part of my experience at Audi Plano is dealing with Eddy Gomez in the Parts Department. Eddy is always helpful, always approachable and professional. He doesn't make me feel like a number, but rather takes the time to explain to me the parts I need and the parts that can wait. I never feel taken advantage of like i have at other dealerships. Thank you Eddy Gomez for providing me the most outstanding customer service!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Audi A-4 from Yomi Bokini at Audi Plano! I had pretty good idea of the vehicle that I wanted and after describing this to Yomi he provided me with a list of options in very timely manner. While we took some test drives he answered all of my questions, made suggestions, and walked me through the details of each vechicle so I could make a informed decision. I could not be happier with my A-4. Yomi is very professional and his personality made the whole car buying experience fun!

Very poor communication. We signed a contract incl...

Very poor communication. We signed a contract including shipping out of state a week ago, and have had exactly zero follow up communication either from the salesman or any other sales team member.
We are now told that the vehicle was loaded on the transport yesterday, but not which transport company, no contact information for the transport, or eta.
We have reached out via email to several Audi Plano team members over the past week for update, with NO response from any.
Would not recommend.

I suspected I had a right speaker blown. If I went to just a normal audio store they wouldn't have been able to replace just one OEM speaker so I had to go to the dealer. The cost of one speaker is $100. They had to run diagnostics, which I get, that cost $170 which I paid. After diagnostics, they tell me my right speaker is, in fact, blown. One hour is all they need to replace but labor costs were $550! No way was I going to pay $800 to replace one $100 speaker. So as I leave, I ask if there were any type of diagnostic results and the guy appointed to me says all they did was open the door panel for the speaker so it looks like to me they didn't even run diagnostics which I paid for. I go there to get oil changes sometimes but after this act of mockery I will never be going back

Worst customer service. They are for sure the typical car sales people. I bought a 2017 Audi A4 s line from them 6 months ago and got it home and just a few months later realized there is really bad paint chipping off on the whole front bumper. I called Nate their manager to have them correct it and he told me to bring it in for their paint guy to look at it to see if they would warranty the work they did 6 months before. They never discussed the previous damage to me and then when I brought it in they were not going to cover the poor paint job they did. When you ask to speak to Nate he always sends someone else out to deal with his faults. I will say Erin was great at her job selling the car. I will never be back here and I highly recommend to be careful if you go near this place. It s just another automation with a nice Audi sign. They are not honest about what they sell. To top it off somehow not knowing they charged me $900 for some kind of appearance protection that I know I never said I wanted but I guess that s my fault for missing it and letting them add that. Not even sure what that is but when I realized it on the paperwork they said that warranty is not refundable.
