I'm disappointed in the service dept. I called to schedule an appointment for service on my 2012 Q5. I asked the rep about pricing. She replied "it will probably be about $125". I asked for a precise quote to avoid later complications. I just want to be prepared for my bill. Plus, I'm a repeat customer so my vehicle year and model should be in the system. She was hesitant to go back and confirm pricing. We have purchased 2 Audis from Audi of Plano with no problems. This was not a good service call today. I feel the need to find another Audi service center that can be upfront and honest with pricing.
