I am a new owner of a used Audi. This was my first visit to this dealer, or to any Audi dealer for service (I came in for the 45K mile service, included with Audi Care). I made an appointment online, had to move it, and that was no issue. When I showed up for the appointment, I was greeted like I had just bought a $200K R8 (although I was just getting an oil change for a 5-year old S4, which by the way I LOVE). My service adviser assigned was Andrea, and she couldn't have possibly been nicer or more accommodating. I was told the wait would be 2 - 3 hours (oil change and a few other things), which seemed lengthy, but they had great wifi and a small private desk area that I could work from, so the time flew by (and it wound up only taking 2 hours total). Coffee and goodies were plentiful, by the way. Now I am not one to normally be wowed by that kind of stuff (I'm an older guy, former law enforcement), but it was nice. But the best part was that they did not attempt to sell me a single thing I didn't need; they changed the oil, changed the brake fluid, and I walked out a happy man. Note the last time I wrote a review about a car dealer I started a small war (with Austin Subaru, who lied to me, and then literally banned me from doing business with them because I just stated exactly what my experience was). I have seen bad reviews about this dealer, and I know that there are going to be some "bad apples" in any organization, but I honestly believe that everyone I encountered at the dealer was working hard to provide a good (and honest) customer experience. Whether I need an oil change (done right), or if I win the lotto and am ready to snag a new R8, I will plan on doing future business with this dealer.
