I recently was relocated by the firm to LA. Thus this was the first time I came to Audi Beverly Hills with my 2013 A5 for routine service at 35,000 miles. Mr. Cha was my service representative. He was very responsive, efficient, and professional. The service process was fast. And of course with the courtesy wash, and to tell the truth, they cleaned the interior better than some normal carwash. One day before my appoint, the computer alerted me that the left headlight failed. Audi Beverly Hills replaced the bulb with warranty during the service too. All in all, Audi Beverly Hills and Mr. Cha provided great experience. I surely will come back next time.
