horrible customer service. I called in because my car had a issue while driving up to LA. I called in and the lady told me to stop by the service department and they will top it off. I explained how I need to be at the airport at 1230 to get my handi-cap grandma. I get there and the guy tells me everyone is on lunch and I need to wait till one. I went out of the way 20 minutes just to go to this place and they didn't have the basic communication skills to tell me ahead of time that they wouldn't be able to provide me service until 1.
