I rarely (never) give five-star reviews, they are ...

I rarely (never) give five-star reviews, they are often unrealistic, misleading, and/or paid for by companies to some people in a third-world country. However, I must give this dealership a five-star rating, as there were no negatives during my experience; no matter how I personally feel about high marks.

I had been in the market for our first full-size luxury SUV for about five months now, and my family and I were trading our non-luxury SUV for something a bit more...comfortable and refined. As many luxury dealers (Rusnak & Monrovia), they judge for what you look like, what you drive/trade, and how you're dressed...A "non-luxury" customer, quickly feels out of place, provided ridiculous/out of reach prices/offers, and/or tossed to the side for more..."luxury" customers (who drive for example: an R8/M5). This was surprisingly not the case at Beverly Hills Audi.

Although the facilities seemed a bit dated and were hard to traverse, they were clean, provided valet, and were adequately staffed. From the time my family and I walked in, we were greeted with dignity, respect, and professionalism (something other dealerships should learn from).

I initiated and remained in contact with the Internet-Sales staff (Tina) prior to my arrival...thus making it a breeze upon getting there. The staff was more than accommodating through the purchase process. They provided A+ service-driven attitude, worked quite-well with my trade's value, and (more importantly) the purchased vehicle's price (Taylor). Additionally (and upon purchase completion), they provided myself and spouse a much needed crash course on the MMI computer systems (Amanda) hence we were only familiar with the much different iDrive system.

Unfortunately, I was unable to get any maintenance packages (AudiCare/TempCare); in lieu of the steep pricing; even with the Costco discounts. We are now looking at shopping around and finding more competitive prices and/or alternatives to maintain our investment running like new. Subsequently, it was overall an unmatched experience; in lieu of the quality of the product as well as the quality of the staff.

I conclude by thanking all of the aforementioned who made this experience as seamless as buying a new phone/carrier contract. To the regular hard-working blue-collar American who dreams to have a luxury vehicle but thinks it can t materialize it, please know that it is possible with dealerships like Beverly Hill Audi to make your driving dreams come true.
