On Aug/2018 I bought the first Audi I ever owned, I was always a Mercedes S Class person for luxury and BMW M6 person for performance, I work 18 hours a day 7 days a week and I never have free time to shop around yet I always wanted to try the Audi A8 so I went to visit Audi in Beverly Hills, Boy I tell you they had one Beautiful A8 L 4.0T !!!
As soon as I got into the dealership I met Mr. Kami one of the most knowledgeable nice and and well informed person in the Audi Brand and that is exactly what I needed as it was the first time I was introduced more closely and in person to the Audi brand, fist customer advice I will offer is if you ever step into this dealership the first thing you have to do is ask for Mr. Kami senior brand specialist this will be your first action for successful purchase of an Audi. completing the deal and negotiating the price I also communicated with Mr Sean the sales manager that also was very nice and professional and I would say very patient, this is very important for a customer buying a car that the seller will be patient from his side as it is a big decision, so thank you for that Mr. Sean.
In finance I worked with Amy the finance manager she as well was patient and helpful, while in one point I had an issue with a missing part in the car were Anne the used car manager had to help me and she did as well provided me with the help needed for the missing part and even called me personally to solve that missing part issue, so thank you for that.
When I got home and inspected the car more closely I found some issues that need to be address but this time by the repair shop, no big deal stuff that was covered by warranty and in this case I was serviced by Mr. David Cohen that also deserve a special thank you for offering one of the best experience I ever had in a repair shop so thank you Mr. David Cohen for that you are truly an asset to Audi !
In one point in the repair shop someone backed-up into my car and scratched it a little but Mr. David was immediately on it and made sure the detail department will buff it out at the best of their ability and it looks better, there is still small mark but I can live with it, also I should note that as soon as Mr. Kami from sales heard about it he immediately offered to mail to me some original paint for touch ups ! this is what I call caring for the customer displaying kindness and concern, so again thank you for that. Well in a few month I will visit again to see maybe it is time for an Audi R8. Thank you everybody in Audi Beverly Hills I will come to visit again soon......
