Had 8:30 appointment for oil change and reverse popping out of gear. 1st time in the service department had no idea where to go,no one over there really directs you to where to go u just pull up and wonder around till u find ur services provider. I looked so lost someone finally asked me who I was here to see. Was there for 4hrs no update on what s going on had to find Linda my service provider for a update, after all that service was ok they were on able to fix the reverse problem wasn t doing it at the time. Oil change was complete had oil on driver side fander Washer fluid wasn t topped off just overall a OK experience. wife has a Honda Civic night and day in the service you received from Honda total different experience. With jeep dealerships it s always a Hit or miss still looking for one to take my jeep to. :( Was hoping for a better experience.
