I decided to call Arrigo to see if they could service my Jeep after another dealer had it for 3 days and did nothing much other than want me to sign a waiver/agreement for them to look at it some more for $700.
Arrigo was able to get me an appointment the next day and I dropped my Jeep off, picked up a rental and was back to pick up my now repaired Jeep within 1.5 days. They were able to troubleshoot the problem and order the part.
My service advisor, Frank S. also called me to keep me updated on the progress. That was not the case at the last dealership. I had to leave multiple voicemails because I was not getting updates.
The service center, rental counter and cashier area all seemed well organized and I didn t waste time while waiting for assistance or picking up my rental.
I would return here for service as I felt much more confident in both their process, troubleshooting and overall experience than the previous dealership.
