The tech came to my house and it was obvious that he didn t want to be there. Spent 15 minutes yup, we can do that, I ll send a quote.
Never received a quote. I called the office the next day, the receptionist seemed annoyed that I called and explained that she shouldn t be doing reception as it s not her job, then said that the tech wasn t finished my quote yet.
Went with action furnace instead. They seemed happy to help me and wanted my business.
Advise to arpi, work on customer service skills
