Our furnace packed in on Wednesday. We contacted Arpi s, and after doing a temporary fix to get us through, on Friday John and Dillan were here first thing, as promised to install a new furnace. They did a great job not only with the install, but we re so careful and clean getting the old furnace out, and new one in. They put down 100+ feet of protective floor covering all the way down the entire back stairs and carpeted basement. Very impressed. Our furnace room was tidier when they left than when they arrived. Furnace works great, service was even better.
