Had to post something to pat them on back after great service today. Been a customer for over 10 yrs. Two homes,two furnaces. Have to say I went back to them when I sold and moved to new place because of their service. Their price was good but lots of outfits offering deals that may match or even beat but an install is just part of the deal. If they don't back up their work and hardware you made a bad choice. Any install can have a few mistakes and parts can fail or wear out no matter what brand or outfit selling them. I had a couple issues with first H.E. furnace from them but after one phone call they quickly sent someone out who confirmed and made it all perfect no cost to me. They always came on time for service, did good work, did not try and sell me anything and were very professional always. So I shopped around a bit and ended up using them again on next home that required a whole new system. Had a pressure switch fail twice now a couple years apart, they showed up fast and replaced no cost. No blaming us or trying to ignore us, they just show up, verify it's bad, replace with a new one, test it and finished fast. We do the annual maintenance which is not expensive and that gives us 10 or 15 yrs of reliable expense free repairs. Not sure what else you could ask for. We do our end of deal and replace filter twice a year and make sure outside exhaust/intake are kept clear so we don't cause issues and that's all they need to not deny coverage. No diff than your car, maintain it. If you don't you can't expect free repairs to offset your abuse.
