I was extremely pleased with the quality and service I received from Arocon. Jason was especially helpful and it is evident that he and Arocon put customer service and satisfaction above all else. Excellent service. Not only cleaned my gutters but took extra time looking for any exposed nail heads or cracking pipe collars. Then fixed and replaced all those small issues. Plus provided photos of everything. Well worth an inspection every now and then before a bigger problem happens.

Contracted this company in 2012 to replace my roof. Everything was fine until last year, some shingles had come off our roof so my husband contacted this company through email and received no response. There was a huge rainstorm and the roof started leaking in our back bedroom. Since we received no response from this company and we were afraid we would have another rainstorm we contacted someone else to replace the shingles on the backside of our roof. No problems until two days ago during a rainstorm, rain started leaking in our front bedroom. We contacted the company and did receive a response. The representative comes out and says since someone fixed the backside of our roof, the contract we had was null and void. We told him my husband had sent an email, he said in other words they don t respond to emails we should of called. The contract we were given states the labor is good for 10 years and the material is good for 25 years; it does not state if another entity fixes the roof the contract is voided. The contract is signed by my husband and their company representative . The representative goes back to his truck downloads a totally different contract which has the stipulation if another entity handles the roof the contract is voided, keep in mind the contract he downloaded has no signatures. I just want this company to stand behind the original contract and replace the shingles on the front of our roof. I m waiting to hear from the president of the company, if I don t I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and taking them to small claims court.

This review is based on my second experience with AROCON. Service performed 5/27/2020. Kevin and Mikey were wonderful! They maintained professionalism and required COVID-19 practices. Kevin took extra time to explain the work they performed and suggested other solutions for potential future issues. The before/after photos were very enlightening and informative as to what they did and why. I only wish I would have called them sooner. I highly recommend AROCON and their employees.

Great experience! Usually, I'm so nervous when someone comes and does anything with the house. Arocon was so professional from the office to Henry Bullen who was sent to check out the roof. Loved the thoroughness of Henry and really appreciated him answering all the questions we had.

Nik and Austin came to my house for a roof tuneup. Nik was here 30 minutes early. Guess I got lucky! He and Austin were both informative and straight forward explaining the condition of the roof. It wasn t really good news, but then again it is, what it is. Highly recommend both of them and the company Arocon.

Wonderful experience. Setting up the appointment was a breeze. Hunter Riley from Arocon called before reaching property. I explained him the problem and he immediately understood. He did the work in timely manner, then described every thing he checked and whether those needs immediate attention or not. Price and quality was excellent.

Henry Bullen was at our house on 4-17-2018 to perform a 21-point roof and gutter tune-up. Henry inspected the entire roof, unclogged all the down spouts, caulked the seams, hammered in several gutter spikes and replaced several missing shingles. After completing all his work, he sat down with us and went over his inspection report in detail. We were very pleased with Henry's work, his attention to detail, and his professionalism. We will definitely request his services for our next annual roof and gutter tune-up.

Jason came out to our house to do maintenance on our roof for a deal I found on Groupon. He was able to patch up some rough spots that needed immediate patching, but he also gave us a very thorough rundown of the exact status of our roof, and the issues that it was facing. He explained that our roof shingles had been part of a class action lawsuit in the past, and that they were deteriorating pretty badly. He explained what the exact issues were and gave us a very competent quote for what it would cost to replace it. I would definitely consider Jason to replace our roof.

Jason was very personable and informative. The honesty and attention to customer needs was refreshing and surprising. When it's time for a replacement, I'll definitely be calling Arocon.

Ian was our specialist and he was prompt and professional. He did a great job on our gutters and found an issue with a sky light that we need to address. The seal had rotted and will cause problems soon, so I'm glad he spotted it. I absolutely recommend Arocon to anyone needing roof, gutter, or siding work. 100% satisfied.

Wish that I could rate in negative stars....not sure how this company gets such outstanding reviews...I had them out to my house for an estimate to replace my roof, was promised the estimate the next day....Not only did I never receive it, but after leaving text, voicemail, and messages with a physical person, didn't even receive the courtesy of a return call...

We have been very happy with Arocon both in terms of quality and price. We had gutters replaced in 2016 and today had a roof/ gutter tuneup. Austin Lowe was the technician, he did quality work on the places that needed attention on the roof and in clearing leaf debris. He was efficient, professional and provided before and after photos on all of his work. I recommend this individual and company as we have been very satisfied.

Nick Gordon was fantastic! Showed up on time (actually a little early!) was extremely knowledgeable, efficient & friendly. Took care of our issues with no problems. We re very happy & would definitely recommend Nick, he represents Arocon extremely well!

Arocon came out and installed gutter, siding and windows on our house. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and respectful. I liked how they had a team approach to my project with specialists for each phase. I also found that the window prices were substantially less than the competitors. I have no hesitation to recommend this company.

After four years of our roof being replaced, we needed a small repair. Everything was covered under warranty and Austin and Eric came out to inspect and make the necessary repair within a few minutes. Their customer service was professional, prompt and thorough. So happy the roof is still under warranty!

We used AROCON to get new gutters for our house, as well as to replace the roof over our garage. The work that they did seems to be good enough, but they did a terrible job cleaning up after the job was over. I've found a literal handful or two of nails and staples both in my driveway and on my deck, as well as a good bit of insulation in my yard. I understand that it's difficult to get every single nail that was dropped, though I feel like, in this case, little to no effort was made to clean up, which is very frustrating.

They arrived when they said they would,Did a great job. The only thing I would say negative, is that I did find about 10 nails in a few spots after they were done, I understand you cant find them all, but 2 of them were on my front porch. But the important part is a I have a new roof that does not leak and should last many years at a reasonable price.

Got the tune-up through groupon. Henry came out right on time and was awesome. My roof is about 6 years old so not in disrepair but we wanted someone to look at the nails and gutters etc. He replaced the builders clear caulk with appropriate roofing caulk and replaced the pipe collar, checked the gutter for debris and looked into a possible hornets nest in one corner. Emailed me a bunch of before and after pictures, and didn't give me any runaround about extra costs or products I didn't need or tried to schedule follow-ups. Just gave me the pics, thanked me for my business, and gave me company info to give to others. Highly recommend.

Jason was awesome to deal with and was always available to us when needed. The construction crew were hardworking and very professional. The construction Foreman was also always available if needed. Jason was honest and very helpful with our decision making . The siding looks great and I would highly recommend this crew!

Jason. and Matthew showed up to perform the roof tune up an time and ready to work. Jason explained in great detail what was to be done, and provided thoughtful answers to my various questions. Every question was answered with enthusiasm. Janson took snap shots of all the troubled area and explained the pictures and their possible issue going forward if not repaired. He wasn't pushy as some salesman are trying to get my business but someone that saw issues and explained the problem and provided advice. Depending on our decision I would have no concerns with Jason doing any work and am confident that Jason would do a great job for us. He was enjoyable to talk to, and refreshing to be around someone who enjoys their occupation.

Arocon techs always do a great job! I've used this company at least three times in the last Six years or so. And they have always done a great job. The tech (Andrew) was very courteous and super knowledgeable about roofing. Andrew explained, in detail, his findings and the work he performed on my roof. He went above and beyond to ensure customer's satisfaction. Most importantly, you just can't beat their prices for the quality of service you get. KUDOS to Andrew! I nominate him for employee of the month , if Arocon have such rewards for their outstanding employees.

I am very pleased with all aspects of the service which I received from Arocon. At first, I was excited, but Leary about the amazing price which they offered. They exceeded all expectations - from the time they booked the appointment, to the professional technicians who came to my home and the follow thru from the office. I am a customer service manager, therefore it takes a lot for me to be so complimentary:) this is well deserved!

Eric Murphy called ahead and said he could start early which was great for me. He was professional and respectful from the start on our phone conversations to when he arrived. He walked me through the process and asked if there were any problem areas I knew of that needed more attention. I have had a few others come out and immediately without even going on the roof they say that the only option is to replace the whole roof, but Arocon and Eric took the time to go up and fix the areas that needed repair as well as let me know things that I should look into that they don't even service, but could be issues for me down the road. I will be using them again for sure to make sure things stay in good condition.

Mark arrived on-time and explained the inspection process. Then he inspected the roof and siding. Mark explained all issues that he found and emailed pictures shortly thereafter.

I had a roofing tune-up and inspection done by Braxton Sult of Arocon Company located on John Street. This inspection/tune-up was given to me as an early Christmas present.

Braxton was prompt in arriving, courteous and professional in what he did with inspecting and doing minor repairs to the roof such as caulking the ridge vent and tightening loose shingles, inspecting gutters and downspouts. He also took care of blowing off of the many leaves accumulated on the roof. Braxton also cleared the driveway of leaves after finishing with the roof.

Before and after inspection photos of the roof were taken and thoroughly explained by Braxton.

I was well satisfied with Braxton both in his personal demeanor and professionalism.

My technician was Mikey. He was awesome!!! He was extremely through and answered all my questions, as I know absolutely nothing about roofing. He fixed my issues I had been ignoring out of fear that I would be told, you just need a new roof. (I have already been told that). He totally put my mind at ease and I m so appreciative. I will need a new roof soon and because of Mikey I will be using AROCON!

The Arocon Roofing and Construction Company has serviced several homes in my neighborhood and came highly recommended. I hired them to conduct repairs to my roof from a recent wind storm. I found this company to be very professional and cost efficient.

It was time for a new roof and gutters so I decided to get three estimates. Arocon's came in the middle. They were doing everything that the top estimate was doing. If any roof plywood needed replacing they charged $50 per sheet vs the higher estimate which was $70. The low estimate did not do all the work that Arocon and the high estimate was doing. Both Arocon and the high estimate were concerned about air circulation in the attic and were putting in smart vents. We decided to go with AROCON. On the morning that they were scheduled to start they showed up at 8:00 and covered all our shrubbery. I was amaized that all of the old roof was off and all three levels of roofing was on by3:00 and the grounds was cleaned and they ran a magnet over the yard multiple times to insure that there were no stray nails. The next morning a different crew arrived at 8:00 to replace the gutters. Again they removed and replaced all three level with seamless gutters with Rhino gutter guards and were finished before 10:30. The roofing and gutters look so sharp my wife wants to push up the date for replacing the vinyl. We will definitely be using this company again. I had one small question about the gutter job and the company owner showed up within a couple hours to reassure me on this job. Next year I will post a review of the new siding we hope to get in 2015.

A great company to work with! They were very friendly, accomodating, the price was low and they did an amazing job in one day, they were done by 5:30 after removing a slate roof first, then installing the asphalt one. They cleaned up so well afterwards the whole yard looked like new!
They were recommended by a friend, and I am so glad I used them! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof!

This is the 3rd time I am revising my review with Arocon. They worked on my A line roof back in January of 2019. I will be honest, the initial expectation were not met but they did right by the roof today and I am happy with the results as far as I can tell. The field supervisor Nick Gordan also made the experience a lot better. He was patient, professional, hardworking and knowledgable. He is an asset to Arocon. I strongly recommend if you choose Arocon as your roofing company, request Nick to be the field supervisor.

I got the roof tune-up because I noticed some water stains on the ceiling in one of the bedrooms. Jason did an incredible job and corrected the leak by replacing and sealing gaskets. He took tons of pictures and explained everything about my roof to me. He was extremely thorough. I would definitely recommend Arocon to anyone I know. And, I will most certainly be using them when I need to get my roof replaced!!

I had a roof repaired and guttering installed. I was very impressed with the prompt service. Adam arrived on the day and time that was originally set up. He was very knowledgeable in roofing problems and knew exactly why the previous repairs had failed.
After excepting his bid, the office called and set up the day they would perform the work. Had to be rescheduled due to weather but I was notified and a new day was scheduled. The job was excellent and you could not tell they had been there other than I had a new roof and guttering. I would highly recommend this company.
I had called another roofer who said he would come by on Friday or Saturday 3 weeks ago and I have not seen or heard from him since!

Technician was friendly and professional and completed the fantastic deal they have for a gutter cleaning and roof inspection. I was provided before and after pictures of all work done. Highly recommend their services.

Jason came out and did a gutter tune up! While there he did a full 21 point inspection on the roof attic and gutters. He cleaned gutters, caulked the ridge vents tightened the gutters and sealed the chimney. He went in the attic and inspected the insulation and the underside of the roof deck. I was amazed at how informative Jason was. This was a 99 dollar tuneup and the service provided from start to finish was worth more than 99.00! I'm having them do an estimate for a roof and new gutter system. Jason was not pushy and clearly knows his job. I figured he would clean the gutters take a quick look and be done! I was wrong he spent time with me discussing every aspect of the roof attic and gutter system! He showed me before and after pictures and this only added to the validity of his findings! I will use and recommend Arocon for anyone needing work or inspections or a tuneup! Jason was a rockstar and you can clearly tell he loves what he does!

TL/DR - Most people nice but roof still not fixed.

Called to get my roof fixed and the initial person was actually very nice and worked well with me to schedule a time to take a look at my roof. She even calls me back and let's me know they can get a sooner than expected date if I wanted it. That whole process went very well. The roofers arrived on time and called me before they got there. They were also very nice and pleasant to work with. They gave a detailed report on what the found and everything seemed awesome. That's pretty much the only good things I have to say about it. The very next week, the first time it rained, my roof continued to leak in the exact same place as before so the problem wasn't fixed. Mistakes happen and I understand everything isn't an exact process since I'm sure its not easy to fix everything, especially something as difficult as a roof. Not a huge deal, but a disappointment. I called the company back and explained what happened, the new representative on the phone was difficult to work with and when I explained the issue, she acted like she was rude, but finally agreed to help, and acted like she was doing me a favor by sending people back out (to fix the problem they thought they fixed). The rudeness was irritating but I can also understand that they are going to be upset, as they have to resend people to go to the same address to attempt a second fix. Fair enough. They 2nd group of roofers come back out, and are nice and polite again, say they found the same spot and say that they see the problem, and say they fixed it. Awesome. So now 2 weeks later I get the first rain again, and the roof starts leaking in the exact same spot. I am now going to be working on calling them back and attempting to address the issue again, meanwhile the issue of rain entering my home persists. I am sure some people had great jobs done, and lots of the people seem nice and friendly at this company, and also seem like they know what they are doing. I have just received bad results in my experience with them and if my situation couldn't be fixed, i wish they would have just let me know it was more complicated.

The tune up service was great! Shelby was timely, efficient, and did a good job.

We purchased an Amazon local roofing tune up with Arcon Roofing to fix a few minor cracks in our roof. We were provided with excellent service from the entire Arocon Roofing team. As soon as I received the Amazon voucher I gave Arocon Roofing a call to schedule the appointment and received amazing customer service by Linda. She set up the appointment very fast and convenient with our timing needs. Jason was the technician who came out to evaluate and tune up our roof. He was wonderful, friendly and provided us with honest and professional help. It was refreshing to have a knowledgeable technician who was able to fix our problem areas and do so without taking us over in costs. So often we found other roofing companies quoting us above and beyond what was needed at very high costs. This was not the case with Arocon. We very much appreciated the service we received from Arocon and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing service. We will definitely be using them again if we have the need.

He was not pushy at all, but was clear on the what needed a bit of improvement here and there. Once I decided to move forward, we got in contact with the office to set up pricing immediately. My company needed a small roof installed for a pool house. Arocon was easy to communicate with, fast with their quote, and easy to schedule the work with.

I requested AROCON come out for a roof and gutter tune-up. Mike and Zach arrived at my home on time (and called upon their arrival as I had plans to be elsewhere during their visit). Upon completion, they promptly sent me their report and all the pictures that I was able to easily view on my phone, with some of the photos containing written notes. I spoke with Mike soon thereafter and he told me what they did and found, and he mentioned their maintenance program, but did not pressure me to sign up. I've used AROCON in the past, and will definitely use them in the future. I highly recommend.

Replacing one's roof can be a scarey business! But, we were so pleased with this Company's work that I would not hesitate to recommend them for replacing a roof. From start to finish they did an excellent job.

Had a few shingles fly off the house due to January 2017 windy weather. After googling roof repair I found a couple companies with extremely high minimums. One company wanted $750 bucks just to come change some shingles. Luckily I found Arocon on Angie's list and for $100 they came out and gave me a "roof tuneup" which included a roof inspection, repairing the fallen shingles's and sealing anything that needed sealing. So happy I found this company.

They did a winderful job. My technician, Henry, was very knowledgable and professional. I felt they were honest, friendly and very polite. They provided pictures of my roof, made the repairs and gave recomendations for future checks. I would definatly use them again and highly recomend them.

Alex came to our home to provide a roof tune up that we got off Living Social. He was very thorough and could not have been more pleasant. He explained all of his findings, and was not into the hard sell. I really appreciated his comprehensive report and recommendations.

Jason arrived on time, completed my 2 shingle repairs, using some shingles I had stored in the shed, as a close match. He examined my roof on the house as well as an extension with a newer roof, however found many problems there. He also caulked a leak in my gutter above the front door, which was wonderful as I am elderly and unable to climb ladders. He found the vent on my roof could use a new collar, and replaced that as well. I was tremendously impressed with his work ethic as well as his professionalism. The scope of the inspection and his advice caused me to utilize the company for future work.

I contacted seven roofing companies large and small for and received seven different prices for a roof replacement job to include replacing the skylight in the kitchen. Most of the quotes I received were between 2 - 4k over AROCON s and those companies that were below AROCON s quote proved to have sub par warranties, terrible people skills, and really lame contracts that at times were difficult to read since they were hand written, these other contracts omitted many of the things that AROCON made sure to address I know ridiculous.
The crew was no joke, they finished the job in one day (Skylight and all) and this was during the winter hours were the sun sets by 4:30pm. The cleaning crew was very thorough. They ran the magnet roller on the roof to pick up all the leftover nails; also, they used a magnet to clean up inside the gutters to pick up all leftover nails and staples... I loved the attention to detail.
I am so happy with their services that I even kept the front lawn sign an extra month on my front lawn to continue spreading the word. This company is what it is because of its employees, what I mean by this is that they portray a genuine sense of ownership from the knowledgeable sales person to the cleaning crew... They have pride in their company and will go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.

We scheduled a gutter tune up service with Arocon since we were noticing overflow from our gutters and a small leak coming in through our bay window. The appointment was easy to schedule. I spoke to a person right away the two times I called.

Will Moore, the technician arrived at our house promptly several minutes before our scheduled appointment and waited until our appointment time to come knock on the door. He was courteous and professional, explained what he was going to do and seemed very knowledgable about our questions regarding out gutter issue and our leak. He inspected the attic and roof, cleaned the gutters (even showing us what he took out). He was also able to identify the cause of our leaking bay window and seal up the problematic area with caulk.

I would definitely recommend this company. I found them to be very professional, punctual and thorough.

I contacted Arocon to replace the roof on both my house and my parents house. My brother hired them to replace his roof. Each time we obtained multiple quotes and they where consistently 3-4 K below their competition in thee different areas. The sales team wasn't condescending and went on the roof to evaluate the condition of the roofs. Something none of the other companies undertook. All to often you can find a company that is technically competent but the staff have interpersonal issues or they're incompetent technically and pleasant to deal with. The staff at Arcon from my experience are technically competent and professional in their attitude, appearance and work ethics. Nothing like gloating with your neighbor over the quality of the roof work you had done that looks better for 4K less ! Hiring them was a great experience. But as always get several quotes before hiring any company to do home repairs..

This was my second roof repair with Arocon roofing. Both experiences were terrific. Except for the snow postponing the work, all went very smoothly. The price was right and the work excellent.

It took a little back and forth to finally get a tech out. I have to say it was worth the wait, Henry did an excellent job at taking pictures and explaining the issues. He was very knowledgeable and forthcoming. He performed all necessary repairs and didn't seem to be one to cut corners. Great job.
