The entire experience in dealing with Arocon Roofing was excellent. Larry came out to give us our estimate. He not only climbed on the roof to look around himself, but he took pictures of what he saw and showed them to us on his laptop. Although Arocon was not the only estimate we got, they were the only ones to actually look up in our attic to see if there was any water damage. The communication from this company was impressive. We always knew what to expect. I was very impressed with an email introducing us to all the employees at Arocon and giving us their cell and email. When an early season snow hit, an email was sent explaining that the schedule would be finalized once the snow went away. Phone calls before appointments were made. The roofing and gutter job went without a hitch. The crew was polite, neat and very efficient. The job was completed very timely. It was a very good experience.
