The Technician, Austin, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and ready to start. He told me everything he was going to before he started and then showed me The photos of all the nail pops and bathroom air vent pipe boots installed. He cleaned the gutters and checked for areas of potential water leakage. He suggested the roof shingles were getting close to end of the service life and to call for an appointment for a roof estimate.
