The worst. So my roof was installed less than 5 yrs ago and was damaged from the March wind storm. Warranty was a part of the deal, but Arocon stated the winds exceeded the amount the warranty covered. Well and good, reached out to the insurance company to see about having the damages repaired. Signed paperwork that Arocon would work with my insurance company to have the damages repaired. It s going on close to a month and still nothing. I m the one that s doing the calling and trying to get updates on what s going on. If Arocon isn t capable on delivering what they presented to a customer who patronized their business, be honest and upfront. Let me know if I should take another route and I will do so, I will just know never to use Arocon in the future or recommend to my family and friends. This is unacceptable, I m calling to get updates and I m told haven t heard anything new, give us back a call to see if nothing changes . It wasnt like that when monies were being exchanged when the roof was first installed. Thanks for nothing, and I would urge others looking for roofing to seek services elsewhere.
