Overall I am pleased with the job Arocon did and plan to use them for roofing jobs in the future. I had a leak in our low slope roof, and I was impressed with their knowledge, professionalism and organization in helping us resolve it. They were able to address the problem fairly quickly over the holiday season, and they even installed a new vent cap that wasn't there before so I could put a new fan in a bathroom upstairs. The only issue I had was a lot of debris left in the gutter when they finished. However, I think it also demonstrated their commitment to customer service, because they called me the afternoon that the job was done to see if I was satisfied. When I mentioned the debris, they came back out the next morning to address the problem--and the owner even called me to apologize. I appreciate that they care so much.
