Because this was a small project I was initially concerned whether they would be willing to do the work at a reasonable cost. I was pleasantly surprised when the estimate came in under my expectations. More importantly I was very pleased at the level of communication throughout the process. The work was done in a very professional manner, on the day scheduled. The project manager was on hand to ensure the work was completed as agreed. Finally there was a followup to ensure we were satisfied with the work performed. Having dealt with numerous contractors who didn't perform as advertised, I can say that I was very impressed with how the entire project was handled by Arocon and would gladly use their services in the future. It is a pleasure to work with an organization that truly understands the importance of excellent customer service!!
