I set up my appointment with Linda approximately 2 weeks in advance. Linda was very helpful over the phone. She advised she call a day ahead of my appointment to confirm (which she did) and mentioned that Jason would be the professional seeing us. Jason arrived in a timely manner and was as polite as can be. I love the fact that he was very educational. He understood that I am not a roofing expert so he explained what is going on with my roof currently and what I can expect in the near future. I highly recommend working with this organization. They take pride in delivery high quality service which is hard to find these days. Most organizations talk about their "good" customer service but i find it to be mostly theories or intentions. Arocon makes it a focus through each of their employees to the point where they ask if I'm satisfied. Katie followed up to make sure I had a pleasant experience.
