My air conditioning wasn't working. I called Apex early in the morning and they dispatched a technician in the afternoon. I've never experienced a quick turn around with Heating and Air Conditioning companies. I setup the appointment on the internet, got great service and a follow-up call to make sure everything was working. Great service Apex!
We've used Apex on several occasions - the first as part of a service plan to check on our air conditioner in the spring and our furnace in the fall and then to install a heating unit in our basement. In both cases, the guys were efficient, explained what they were doing or if there was a problem, and even looked at another question I had unrelated to what they were there for. They were on time in every case and have been responsive. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!
Wonderful people and trust worthy. My elder parents needed help with their boiler, while I'm 2 hours away. I can't be there to help them. I google and make sure I got a trusted company. With great rating and their professionalism review. I decided to call this company even though I won't see who is going over to my parents house. I am a retired General Contractor so I know a quality company when I see one. Apex was at all times the utmost professional, hard working and honest about my situation. Even when my old unit gave them grief, they still went out of their way to make sure my home was as comfortable as can be until the new unit was installed. Great company.

We are in the process of selling our home. So we looked at the reviews and decided to give Apex a call to have them give our furnace and a/c unit a tune up. APEX was recommended to me by my father a few years ago. Since then, they've installed a heat pump in our attic, installed a new furnace in our basement, moved our gas lines during a kitchen renovation and helped fix a troubled AC unit. We had loss of heat on the first floor of the house when outside it was negative forty with the windchill. I called and talked to Jill at Apex and she scheduled me in for the same day. When the technician was in route an email was sent out with a picture. Troy was very professional and got everything up and running in no time. Our 31 year old air conditioner died at the beginning of this summer. We call Apex and Mick told us that he could charge it up with coolant but what we really needed was a new unit. We then spoke with Dan at Apex and set a meeting to review our options. We decided to have a new Rheem unit installed . Dan informed us of the cost and that we would have a 30 day period after the installation prior to paying for the new unit. He would come back to our home and inspect the installation and workmanship of the installer prior to us having to pay anything. The install day came and Justin showed up right on time at 8am and worked diligently until he left around 7pm. Justin was friendly, courteous and very competent. Most of the old duct work was replaced with new materials and the air conditioning unit was installed in a new location at the rear of our home. The install went without a hitch, it is in fact beautiful in that we have had many compliments from neighbors on how great it looks. We are extremely please with the service and products that we have gotten from APEX. Top notch across the board. We would recommend APEX to anyone looking for HVAC products and service. As a matter of fact we often tell friends and neighbors about APEX and the great service that we have had from them over the years. Mick, Dan and especially Justin went above and beyond in providing us with a worry free experience and a great outcome. When I called Apex our furnace was only able to heat our house into the mid-50 degrees. They offered to have a tech come out that same day. During the technician's visit, the problem with our furnace and options were clearly explained, as well as showing us how to manually fix the issue before the new part arrived or a new furnace was installed. After Dan thoroughly reviewed not only our options but listened carefully to understand our needs and concerns, a new furnace was ordered. The entire process was extremely professional, the staff was very fair, honest, punctual and respectful of my time, and we fully trusted the team and their work. These guys really get it! - Professional, friendly and competent, Chris was awesome in troubleshooting my A/C problem. Another tech from a different company came out a couple days previous and spent about 15 mins looking at it and stated that I needed a new A/C unit...Chris on the other hand, actually spent the time to get the diagnosis done right and stated that it just needed a good cleaning and one other small part! These guys get it - can't say enough good things about this place!
Initially there was a snafu with the measurements which resulted in the team being at our home much longer than anticipated. The team was very professional and stayed until the measurements were correct. The only thing I would change is that the communication about what the problem was should have been earlier in the day, instead of the end of a very long install. The supervisor was very apologetic at the follow up appointment. The product and service is excellent, the unit works great! I would still highly recommend Apex for your heating and cooling needs.
I was so impressed with the installation, by APEX of a new Rheem furnace in 2016 that I once again contacted APEX for the install of a new central air system on September 5, 2018. APEX has excellent installers for doing the job and doing it correctly. The job was done on time and totally cleaned up and tested following the install. Operation of the central air system was flawless for the remainder of the cooling season. I will continue to promote APEX every chance I get. Keep up the GREAT work.

My furnace went out late on a Sunday afternoon. I called my usual furnace guy who didn't answer me til hours later. I called around and found Apex. My technician,Cody, answered the phone right away. He came down 43 in game day traffic and was at my house in less than an hour. He was able to make it so I had heat for the night and all day Monday.. he came back with the part I needed on Monday afternoon and fixed my furnace. I paid a premium for him to come on Sunday which I totally understood. There was no trip charge the second time to bring the correct part. The office people were extremely nice and Cody was great. Thank you so much for making a crisis a little more bearable.

With my last call they were able to squeeze me in to get my AC working after a storm. Before they even came out, they helped me trouble shoot on the phone. Them after they fixed the problem, they called me back to let me know the issue (I wasn t at home at the time, but my wife was.)
In addition to resolving my issue they also identified a setting that was over working the unit which helps to make it run more efficiently and extend the life.
I always get a trusted answer. On a previous cal, I was sure my unit was dead and they knew I was ready to purchase a new one. They explained that a simple $50 part would solve the issue. They could of easily sold me a new unit, but they did the right thing!

Even though they were extremely busy, they still were able to fit us in to take care of our A/C unit. We have an infant and having it be 85 and humid in the house was very challenging. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and was able to fix our unit quickly and for a reasonable rate. We very much appreciated their good service.

My furnace wasn't heating and I was worried I wouldn't be able to pay the bill at the same time as service rendered. They said they would work with me and seemed to understand that sometimes people need heat and just don't have much money on hand. Mary in the office was very understanding and not judgemental at all. Chris M. did a fantastic job diagnosing and repairing the furnace. He was friendly, thorough, and also educated me on a few things. I had peace of mind during the process that I knew they could fix it and work with me on payments. Overall I couldn't be more satisfied with their customer service and their repair work. They seem to actually care about people.

I can t say enough about what this company has done for us, the professionalism and proficiency of the technicians, and the service to the community performed by the company as a whole.

Of course we lost our air on 4th of July evening. Unit was making a horrible sound so I immediately turned it off. Our furnace stopped working during the snowstorm of March 2016 and they were at our house within an hour. Troy explained the problem completely as well as fixed it. I had my central a/c unit at my house go out unexpectedly in the middle of summer on a hot, muggy day. Cody showed up within the hour and had it working again in very little time keeping the house nice and cool from then on! And again, with my luck, during the middle of winter, my furnace crapped out on me. Cody showed up quickly and had the part replaced that went bad within a few minutes bringing heat back through the vents! I would highly recommend Apex for any of your HVAC needs. We had a recommendation to call Apex to clean our furnace from family members. We called and set up an appointment for July 27 at 1:00 PM. Got a call from the tech that he was ahead of schedule (unheard of right??) and could come early if we wanted. Of course we said yes! Upon the techs arrival he put on booties and a mask and we proceeded to the basement. He explained each part of the cleaning to me and shared the meter readings. H was so knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Found one item that needed to be replaced and after he replaced it he showed me the readings which had improved greatly. After the cleaning he explained the service agreements available with no pressure to purchase. We purchased a service agreement which is such a fair agreement,paid the bill which was reduced because of veterans status and the tech left. We are very happy with Apex and will be using their service for our furnace needs but also the april aire and air conditioning.

Our experience started with Apex when our 20 year old furnace quit working a on Sunday night during a Packer's game. Jason the owner came out personally to diagnose and fix the issue. Jason was able to get it running again, however as we knew the furnace was due for a replacement. Without any pressure and provide a range of cost options we decided on a new more efficient furnace. The cost were clearing explained before the work was done. The person installing the furnace left our basement cleaner than when he got there. They even helped with our "focus on energy" credit paperwork we could file. We couldn't be more satisfied with Apex and the new furnace. I also want to mention that Jason is a HUGE supporter of vets and continues to help those that have served even after our service is over. We had multiple APEX technicians assist with our Bryant furnace installation. All were friendly, knowledgeable, just normal guys that knew what they were doing. Everything was done exactly as promised when we were given the estimate. When they left, it was as if they were never there (except we had a new, reliable furnace). I have been with APEX for 5 years now and am totally impressed with their professionalism. From showing respect to me and my property to the way they thoroughly inspect and clean the units. With both my furnace and AC unit, they took the time to make sure it was operating properly, gave me a report, similar to auto service shops, a Furnace/AC Performance Evaluation report. With my units, which are old, they performed a tune-up, recommended replacement of parts, if needed, so the unit operates properly.
I m with their Protection Plan and would recommend it to everyone. You need to have your furnace and AC units checked yearly, so why not have APEX remember to show up for you and save you money doing it. Checkout APEX, very nice and professional group.
