We had a recommendation to call Apex to clean our furnace from family members. We called and set up an appointment for July 27 at 1:00 PM. Got a call from the tech that he was ahead of schedule (unheard of right??) and could come early if we wanted. Of course we said yes! Upon the techs arrival he put on booties and a mask and we proceeded to the basement. He explained each part of the cleaning to me and shared the meter readings. H was so knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Found one item that needed to be replaced and after he replaced it he showed me the readings which had improved greatly. After the cleaning he explained the service agreements available with no pressure to purchase. We purchased a service agreement which is such a fair agreement,paid the bill which was reduced because of veterans status and the tech left. We are very happy with Apex and will be using their service for our furnace needs but also the april aire and air conditioning.
