My furnace wasn't heating and I was worried I wouldn't be able to pay the bill at the same time as service rendered. They said they would work with me and seemed to understand that sometimes people need heat and just don't have much money on hand. Mary in the office was very understanding and not judgemental at all. Chris M. did a fantastic job diagnosing and repairing the furnace. He was friendly, thorough, and also educated me on a few things. I had peace of mind during the process that I knew they could fix it and work with me on payments. Overall I couldn't be more satisfied with their customer service and their repair work. They seem to actually care about people.
