Our recent technician, Dillon, was thorough, informative, efficient and masked during his air conditioner, yearly maintenance visit. The Apex technicians always wear booties over their shoes when entering your home, just another indication of their consideration for the homeowner.
Very impressed with the prompt and great service from Apex Heating and Cooling. I didn't have heat in 2 bedrooms and they came that day and only charged a regular diagnostic fee and not an emergency fee. The service technician, JT, was excellent. We would highly recommend Apex Heating and air conditioning. Recently, we replaced our heating system with Apex. Two very professional young men worked 12 hours so we would have heat. They were all business and neat as could be. When the city inspector came to look at the installation, he said it was one of the best jobs he had seen.

The folks at Apex are true professionals. The are highly knowledgeable and they offer great advice. They will not try to sell you things you don't need and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. They were very helpful with a AC system that was disabled by Vans heating, but they were able to get it running this summer. My hot water heating system was letting in air. They were able to work the problem without having to replace any expensive parts. I work days so I can only make appointments in the evening. Apex was willing to come at 5:00 PM. That is very rare and extremely helpful. These are people that you can trust.
I can't recommend them enough. Have been very disappointed in Customer Service with contractors, and these guys are great. Troy was our technician, and he knew what he was doing. Walked me through the entire inspection of our current furnace, and wasn't in a hurry. He showed me the issues, and made cost saving recommendations along the way.

I can't say enough about this company. They help you! Immediately! Same day, really quick actually! My furnace finally died after needing a fix several times. They got extra life out of a dying machine! The new furnace made my A/C so much better with my existing unit! It was set up wrong for 16 years resulting in $300/mo bill in summer for a 1500 sqft house. Ridiculous! It took ALL day to drop the temp 5 degrees. After the vent adjustments, it went from 90 to 72 in less than an hour. Amazing!!! I am not afraid of summer anymore. The guys were great, polite, and answered all questions and made sure I understood it all before they left. I will never choose another company. Outstanding!!!
Great experience! My furnace decided to stop working on a single digit high temp day. I called and was put on the service list. Had a technician out that morning to look at my furnace and explained everything as he was doing it so I understood everything. Got it up and running again in no time! Very knowledgeable technicians! Very prompt service and professional. My house heat quit on a weekend. I was not expecting anyone to make it out til Monday which meant potential frozen pipes and a very cold house. Called multiple places that were either closed or didn t respond. I then called Apex and they came out within the hour. They were not my first choice but will be from now on. Apex Serviceman Chris was very thorough with explaining to me what he was repairing. He was friendly and wasted no time. Pricing was very reasonable. My experience with Chris at Apex was excellent! We are in the midst of the first big snowfall of the year and conveniently our heat went out last night. It is now Sunday morning and after unsuccessfully calling a handful of places, we got a hold of Apex and Chris was over within 20 minutes of calling. His professionalism and willingness to provide advice and a thorough explanation of the problem and the solution was really appreciated! I really felt that he cared about me as a customer and wasn't there to rip me off. Especially since it was a Sunday morning during a snow storm, I was pleasantly surprised how upbeat and conversational he was. He gave me recommendations about how to avoid further issues with my furnace and even offered to provide a follow up call to make sure everything is running smoothly. I would definitely recommend Apex if you are in a heating and/or cooling crisis and need it fixed ASAP! The customer service was very impressive and you can tell the technicians are really there to help and inform you, not just to rush through a job to get to the next one.
I called Apex with concerns of my furnace not evenly heating my house. With a newborn in the house, Apex was able to get a technician to my house to diagnose, and perform a tune up. Chris (the technician) was very forthcoming with what he was doing. He was also sure to make sure I knew what the issue was, why it was happening, and what he was doing to fix the issue. The issue was fixed that same day. Very pleased with my experience.

We had a high efficiency boiler go out after 11 years. Apex gave us options for both other high efficiency boilers or a cast iron boiler. We went with the cast iron. Troy installed our new boiler and did an amazing job. He also rearranged our piping for our boiler and installed a new hot water tank. He is extremely hard working and one of the best workers I have ever had in my home for anything. He explained everything and was extremely courteous. I will never use any other heating and cooling company again except for Apex. Thank you Troy for all your hard work you did for us.

My wife had told me something was wrong with one of our AC units as it started to blow warmer air than usual. I figured it was due to the warmer temps outside, however by the second day, I think she was on to something. By then, it started to blow hot air entirely and it just so happened to occur on the evening that my wife was hosting her 'ladies night'.
I searched for help, and thank God I decided to call Apex amongst the other googled choices. Chris came out to my home earlier than expected, fixed my AC unit (replaced a failed capacitor), and checked the other unit to ensure everything was within normal tolerances. He even schooled me on another issue that I was having within my home that I'm too embarrassed to mention here :)

Had our furnace go out and did some research and saw Apex had great reviews. So I made the phone call and Jill answered. It was very nice actually talking to a person right away. She was very nice and got me in right away. They called first and let me know Chris was on his way. Justin came out and did our annual heating maintenance. He called and asked if he could come early because his earlier appointment didn't take as long. He was over in 15 minutes and did a complete maintenance on the furnace and humidifier. We have Apex out every year and they are quick, on time, and give you a full report when done. I couldn't recommend Apex enough!! I called them in a bit of distress as I had been without a boiler and hot water for five days. The original place I called did not fix the issue, or offer any solution other than the part was ordered and it wouldn't be here until the following week. No follow up calls, no other solutions offered, no expedite offer, just left me without a hot water solution for a week. I called Apex feeling like I was being taken advantage of and asked for another opinion. Troy came out within hours of me calling and took a look at my boiler. Troy was able to fix the faulty part so that I at least had a temporary solution until the new part did come in. After five days with no hot water Troy had me back up and running within 10 mins. He also was honest and empathetic. These are honest, caring and reliable people and I'm a customer for life! Whoever you were about to call don't just go with Apex you won't find a better HVAC company.

Had some issues with our furnace since the previous owner liked to do everything himself. This was simply a furnace tune-up. Cody was the technician that came and was very professional and had plenty of input. He rewired a few things (thermostat was acting odd), he patched a few holes, replaced the filter and brought new life into our furnace.
The price can be a little high for a tune-up but you get your money's worth. I would definitely recommend Apex!

I love these guys! They've kept my furnace running well. Today I woke up to no heat and had to call. Troy was here two hours later and we found a note on my door saying WPS has installed something new on my meter and I was to call them to restart my appliances. Grrr. Troy was able to get things relit and while he was here my 99 year old mother fell. He was able to pick her up and get her situated, something I am not strong enough to do. So not only quality product and service, but our angel. Thanks Troy!

The man who came to service my air conditioner was very nice, and seem to really know what he was doing. My only complaint was that the company is now trying to get all customers to add another part to the air conditioner that is only a few years old. If it was so necessary why wasn't it put on right away when I purchase it? Just frustrating that I pay this plan so I don't have to come up with a chunk of money each time.

Did everything they said they would, great techs and office personnel, would recommend them to anyone. I wanted to do business with a small local to me contractor, but they didnt offer what I would consider name brand equipment, but Apex did. Couldnt have been happier selecting them. Apex was the only company that didnt just match the size of the existing equipment, they took the time to measure the rooms and the windows and calculated my needs. They determined the existing furnace was oversized for my house and therefore recommended a smaller furnace.

I recently had the pleasure of using Apex, in and unfortunate situation after recently purchasing a home my air conditioning decided to not work.
I had heard of apex through friends and charity organization that they work with. I contacted them and they quickly sent out an technician to assess the situation.
The technician (Cody R) showed up on time and was extremely professional and personable the entire time. Even in the terrible heat and the incredible long hours he put in, he was pleasant and instilled trust and comfort that the job was being done correctly and quickly.

My experience with Apex was fantastic. My furnace went out the morning of December 29th. They had a technician to my house in less than 45 minutes. Troy was fantastic. He fixed the issue with the furnace quickly and efficiently. The service from both Troy and the receptionist at Apex HQ could not have been better. Apex will get all my future heating/air conditioning business. Period.

Apex came out a few times this year to take a look at my central air conditioner. All three times they were prompt, courteous and very precise in doing their work. My AC unit had underlying issues that didn't come up until later (which is why there were multiple appointments). We were able to figure out the root of the problem and got it all fixed up for what I thought was a very fair price! I highly recommend them for your heating/cooling needs.

We had a really great experience with Apex. Dan was able to meet with us very quickly to review our AC needs. Apex was also able to set up our AC within two weeks of our decision. The crew was here for about 5-6ish hours and aside from the initial drilling for the outside lines, you could barely tell they were in the home as I currently work from home. Will be using in the future for any furnace or AC needs.
Our furnace started acting up and I called Apex on a busy Friday morning. They came out by noon and were able to trouble shoot the problem. The furnace required a part they did not have in stock, but they were able to locate one and still fixed the problem that day. Great service.

I would highly recommend Apex heating and air conditioning. Cody came to our house on a Friday night and took extra time to answer questions and explain the heating system. Great people and great business. This is the only company I will trust with all my heating and air conditioning needs.
I have had to call twice for "emergency" situations when our house was in the 50's in the middle of the winter. Both times the technicians arrived in a timely manner and were very thorough. They fixed the problem and talked about long term solutions. They also send out an email with a photo of the technician when they are on the way. This little step is a huge help in making someone feel more secure when answering the door to a "stranger".
Our furnace was starting to make very loud grinding noises. I called in a Sunday night and spoke with Cody. He said that based on the temperature outside, the house would only lose a few degrees if we wanted to save some money and book an appointment the next day. We did that and they showed up on time and did a thorough diagnostics on the furnace. Making sure that if it kept running that it would be safe for my family.
Unfortunately the parts that were failing were pretty costly and it was recommended that we purchase a new one, but was not pressured into doing so as we could have replaced the failing parts.
That same day they were out measuring our home and gave me a total of 4 solutions based on the size of the house.
We agreed on the one we wanted and the price and they came in today to replace the furnace, which was great timing as it finally went out last night.
The service is impeccable with this company. The technicians took the time to answer all of my questions and I couldn t be more pleased.
I chose to contact this place due to all the positive feedback and they did not disappoint.
