I normally do not write reviews, I just can not thank Troy enough for all he has done for my family. 2 winters ago on the coldest day and yes on a Holiday of course my furnace went out. I was deaing with Action heating and cooling who put in the furnace as well as dealing with this continuing problem of shutting off. I had enough!! and called Apex.Troy worked all day and night to make sure my family had heat and it was done correctly!! Cody took the time to explain everything about my furnance.
