Our 31 year old air conditioner died at the beginn...

Our 31 year old air conditioner died at the beginning of this summer. We call Apex and Mick told us that he could charge it up with coolant but what we really needed was a new unit. We then spoke with Dan at Apex and set a meeting to review our options. We decided to have a new Rheem unit installed . Dan informed us of the cost and that we would have a 30 day period after the installation prior to paying for the new unit. He would come back to our home and inspect the installation and workmanship of the installer prior to us having to pay anything. The install day came and Justin showed up right on time at 8am and worked diligently until he left around 7pm. Justin was friendly, courteous and very competent. Most of the old duct work was replaced with new materials and the air conditioning unit was installed in a new location at the rear of our home. The install went without a hitch, it is in fact beautiful in that we have had many compliments from neighbors on how great it looks. We are extremely please with the service and products that we have gotten from APEX. Top notch across the board. We would recommend APEX to anyone looking for HVAC products and service. As a matter of fact we often tell friends and neighbors about APEX and the great service that we have had from them over the years. Mick, Dan and especially Justin went above and beyond in providing us with a worry free experience and a great outcome. We cannot say enough good things about APEX products, service and of course their people.
