The salesman who helped us was Dan. You couldn t meet a nicer guy. He was very helpful and informative and laid out all of our options in a way that was easy to understand and I felt that we were able to make a very informed decision.
The cost of our furnace was covered by Apex and a nonprofit program called Cold Snap , organized by Apex and 4th HOOAH Wisconsin. Even with this very generous program, Apex still allowed us all the discounts of a customer doing a big furnace and AC install. Because of this, not only did we get a great furnace, but, we were also able to afford a high performance AC unit. I can t say enough about what this company has done for us, the professionalism and proficiency of the technicians, and the service to the community performed by the company as a whole.
