These people are fabulous, I called in the morning and they stopped by, had to run and get a part, came back and fixed it and was all done in less than 30 minutes.

Jake, my technician, was fabulous. He explained various options for service keeping in mind budgetary considerations. I highly recommend Jake, at Apex, for HVAC services.

I have been calling APEX for all my heating/cooling needs for the last 15 years. I ve never had a bad experience. They are always personable and professional. Always good at explaining what they re doing or why a part needs to be replaced. Always upfront and fair about cost and expectations. Today they replaced a rusted faulty pressure switch to get my furnace firing up again. The furnace was still getting inconsistent pressure so they made some adjustments to get it in a satisfactory range. The best part is that they could have replaced the motor instead of making the adjustments. This would ve been roughly $700. They don t just replace parts to make money. They try to get your equipment in good working condition at the lowest possible price to their consumer. A+

I can't speak highly enough about APEX and especially the technicians Chris and Troy. After having some issues from a different company, my central air unit was still not working. Chris took the time and effort to figure out what was actually wrong. The professionalism and thoroughness he provided was outstanding. I was shown first-hand what was wrong and where the leaks were. I am so thankful for Chris and Troy's ability to make my home cool once again. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Because of your dedication to quality work, Apex now has a forever customer!

Great products, great and timely service. Bug in the Bryant thermostat (would go to away based on motion detection, sitting watching TV or sleeping) but Apex was able to help get it resolved quickly.

After an initial miscommunication about the appointment, the service was excellent.

I called the next morning and Troy was out within the hour.

He was excellent, and was able to walk through some of the details about my 3 zone boiler system. As a new homeowner this was really useful. He took time to answer questions I had, as well as explained the issues we were having with the system. He also recommended additional updates when an appropriate time arose. Absolutely recommend Troy as a technician.

I don't particularly know how good the pricing was, but it seemed fair enough.

Had a new furance installed by Apex. I did get multiple quotes from various companies. I'm sure you could find someone "cheaper", however, I feel you get what you pay for. They wear shoe covers when they come in the house. Dan, the person that does the estimates, was very knowledgeable and was the only one out of the multiple estimates I got that actually did a walk through of the house and calculated the correct sizing of the furance. The install by Cody and Justin was great. They cleaned up so well after they were finished, I literally would not have known someone had been in my house and un-installed the old furance and put in a new one. Love my new furance - thank you! Very professional company.

The sales guy Dan was very good at explaining everything and the pricing was fair. Install of the entire HVAC system was completed in one day and it all looks great and works great!

I was disappointed when the igniter unit on my 16 month old furnace burned out, but that was not the fault of Apex. I was very happy with the installation Troy and Logan performed, and I was very well pleased once again with the excellent service I got when Cody came out to replace the igniter. Your customer service, professionalism and friendliness are second to none. When Cody was here, he happened to casually mention the fact his boss, Jason, the owner of Apex, is a strong supporter of America's veterans. Cody said he felt this support is not a show to promote his business, but rather a behind-the-scenes conviction of the character and patriotism of his boss. It is for these reasons that, if I could, I would give Apex Heating and Air Conditioning TEN stars, not just five!

I have used Apex for over 15 years and continue to be impressed by the knowledge and expertise of their technicians, quality work and support at their office. Great value for the level of expertise and quality of work performed.

Our service tech (Troy) was very courteous and knowledgeable. In case you're concerned (like I was), he wore a mask as soon as he got out of the van, and even put on shoe covers when in the house. A+ for COVID-related hygiene.
My issue was green-blue fluid leaking from the seals between my AC lines and the ductwork on the furnace. Fearing it was condensed refrigerant, I reached out to Apex to see how soon someone could check it out. While they were booking about 2 weeks out for repair jobs at the time (it's the start of summer, no surprise there), the dispatcher said she can typically fit inspections in within a few days. That was Friday, it's now Monday morning, my inspection is done, and I'm happy.

Anyway, super simple fix (more putty around seams, new motor capacitor), but Troy was awesome, and the service I received overall was great, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended.

Great customer service all around! After dealing with a different company and having less than a good experience- we decided to call Apex to come and see if they could determine our problem. Our furnace was running almost 20 hours a day with the temp outside at 30- way too long of run time. Troy came out and immediately started to walk me through what steps he was going to do and talked through everything he found. He gave us pointers on things we could improve ourselves and took the time to make sure our problem was fixed instead of just guessing. We will certainly be using them in the future. Thank you!

Update- still happily using Apex as our heating and cooling service provider! Mick came last week to do tune ups and noted some concerns we can address ahead of time before they become a larger problem. He even fixed our furnace outtake that was badly designed from another company- for free. Great service people and company!

I am very pleased with my new heating and cooling system from Apex. From the knowledge and communication that Dan did on the design, to the installation work that Cody and Justin did....I would highly recommend Apex.

The best company I have worked with. I always had a furnace moved into a new house that had boiler. The first year in the boiler needs to be replaced and these guys have spent the last six or seven months making sure I know how this stuff works. Well I guess it's really a couple months with summer in between. First rate support and service. I can't say enough about these guys. Great company and I will continue to use them

On two occasions I have Apex come and service our unit. I went with them twice because they did a good job the first time about a year prior. The second time they came over they spent over an hour trouble shooting the unit. They learned the problem wasnt with the unit at all and that's why it took so long. The issue was actually an old and very cobbled wiring setup in the breaker box for my home. They fixed the wiring and put a new fuse in. They only charged me for the fuse and a service call even though he was there for awhile. These guys are great and I highly recommend them. I know I wont use anyone else moving forward.

Great service and priced fairly. I have used them twice now. Once for air conditioning and once for an emergency furnace repair. Both transactions were excellent. Their response time and communication is incredible and I don't feel I was price gouged considering the emergency call at 5 am. Our technician Chris was at my doorstep by 5:25 am. Great job. Repair was quick, clean and courteous. I highly recommend Apex.

Love the protection plan, they come 2x per year to check furnace and air conditioner and they call me to schedule. Honest, hardworking and they tell you exactly what they found and what they recommend but are never push a sale. Trust them completely!

We took our time to research companies in our area
that we thought would do a good job, at a reasonable price,
but mostly be safe and reliable.
Starting out meeting Dan our sales rep. Who took his time
to explain everything to us and help us decide what we needed.
We felt very comfortable that Apex was the Co. for us.
Then met Troy our installer who was just as professional,
we found him to be very knowledgeable and particular with his
