When I called Apex our furnace was only able to heat our house into the mid-50 degrees. They offered to have a tech come out that same day. During the technician's visit, the problem with our furnace and options were clearly explained, as well as showing us how to manually fix the issue before the new part arrived or a new furnace was installed. After Dan thoroughly reviewed not only our options but listened carefully to understand our needs and concerns, a new furnace was ordered. The entire process was extremely professional, the staff was very fair, honest, punctual and respectful of my time, and we fully trusted the team and their work. We got a new furnace at a reasonable price with stellar service. Couldn't be any more pleased with the service!
