Jake helped fix my air conditioner issue tonight. Not only was he knowledgeable but was willing to give me advice over the phone before even getting an appointment to come see it. Once he was here, he answered all my questions by showing me so I could know for next time. He was friendly, kind and you could tell he really cared. If I ever need heating or cooling in the future, I hope I get Jake! Thank you!
