We had loss of heat on the first floor of the house when outside it was negative forty with the windchill. I called and talked to Jill at Apex and she scheduled me in for the same day. When the technician was in route an email was sent out with a picture. Troy was very professional and got everything up and running in no time. Later that evening we received a follow up from Jill making sure that we had heat again. Definitely five star service, great prices, highly recommend.
