Of course we lost our air on 4th of July evening. Unit was making a horrible sound so I immediately turned it off. Jason was so polite, prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable that he had us up and running in no time! This is the second time we ve used APEX and this experience was every bit as good as our last with Cody!! Their service is beyond exemplary .
