My tech really went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable about having your system. I d read numerous derogatory reviews online about your customer service and really considered canceling. I am not sure if I like the system just yet. It seems that the motion sensors do not work in either mode of "stay" or "away", I have tested in both cases. It also seems the contract that was sent to my email address was not signed by me. I called the number given by the rep and was told someone would get back with me. I also called about the motion sensors and again was told someone would get back with me. Now, the number I was given has been disconnected and no one has called. I am sincerely hoping that I have not been taken....again. However, my one recourse is that is not my signature on the contract!

The experience I had with your company initially went from great to awful to overwheling. The customer service calls to get started were outstanding then the first technician sent out was bad but thank God the last technician and the last customer service rep were angels. The tech that finally installed my key pad was patienct informative and just an all around wonderful guy I'm now looking foward to being a part of the Alliance Security family thank you so much for all you have done and sending that angel tech to complete the job.

I am so sick of this company and their repeated robo calls. I have asked more than 10 times to have my number removed and they just keep on. They can't remove a simple number from their call log, why would I want them in charge of my security.

I have had issues here and there with the alarm system, but honestly what electronics works 100%. I was able to call in, speak with a technical specialist a who helped trouble shoot the issue, get down to the bottom of it, and have a tech come out to correct it. All I can really ask for from my security company is exactly what was provided. The professionalism is great- the reps are friendly and to the point. I love my system and would recommend the company to anyone I know.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! 0 stars......This place has the worst customer service. When the salesman came to my house to sell me the system he said everything would be done in 2 install dates, well my 2 turned into 9!!! And 3 of the 9 the installation guy was a no call no show on Saturdays. My 1st install date was Mid July 2016 and my last and final install date was 9/13/16. I called in August and spoke to a manger and and discussed all the issues I was having with the unprofessional-ism of the no call no shows and how many install I had, and he told me that the 3 month free trial would start from the FINAL install date since the system wasn't FULLY working. Guess what? He lied and I received a bill 3 months from July and when I called to address this issue once again I was called a liar by the lady and she told me that was never told me(because it wasn't in the notes) and that they never do installs on Saturdays either. I reached out to the gentleman who came to my home and sold the system to me on several occasions and he tried to help me and even forwarded my email to a boss and I still haven't heard from anyone at this company. 5 MONTHS LATER AND MY DOORBELL AND CAMERA STILL DOES NOT WORK... I AM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB........POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! ONCE YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT THEY PUSH YOU TO THE SIDE. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!

This is the worst company! Do not sign up with them, go with someone else! You will waste your time, they will never call you back when you need them. They will lie over and over. I have called them over 20 times and they say they will call me back, not once did they. I am paying for a camera I never had installed, they will not tell me when It will be installed! I can not get out of this contract! Don't do it!

They gave us a great deal. We love our skybell. So it's a doodbell/camera!! We love being able to activate and deactivate our alarm from our phone. When there is a problem we can speak two way over intercom. Installation was a breeze. New equipment plus hooked up what we had. Very impressed. Great monthly price. Tech was super cool.
My installer's name was Bob. He was courteous and on time. Installation was easy, only took about an hour. Technician was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain usage of the system. Price point was quite reasonable as well. Would recommend.

We were back and forth between keeping the alarm system we had and add cameras or go with Alliance who had contacted us by phone. We made our decision not by service but by which company seem to want us as a customer. We had so far been happy with our previous alarm company but it took them a whole day to return our phone call. Alliance contacted us several times during that period wanting to know what it would take to get there service. In the end the service and price was the same so we went with the one we felt really wanted us as a customer.
I am very pleased with the service I received from the tech Paul. He was very thorough with explaing how to use the sysyem. I feel very comfortable with my new system. I would highly recommend Alliance Security and there excellent service.

The Technician(Raja) who serviced my system today was very professional and actually cared about the job that she was doing. She had to clean up a job that had been botched by two previous technicians. She did not complain about that, but I can. I am a retired senior citizen and I had been waiting for months to get my security system installed properly. Two other technicians had come out and did a really tacky job. She got it up and running and I am completely satisfied with her work. Thank you Raja. I hope you will be properly rewarded (beyond your regular pay) for your good work. We need more people in the workplace who actually care about their jobs.
My in home Solutions Expert was Amazing. David Rossi gave more then a 5star experience from start to finish. The regional coordinator Kenny Costa, made sure I was happy with the deal Joey setup and I had the best time for my install, keeping me updated with tech arrival.
i had a representative by the name of Nico. His service was excellent and I do mean excellent. He walked me through 2 different services that I needed and waited until all services were completed, checked and up and running. He introduced me to 3 services that I knew nothing about. DO NOT CHOOSE ALLIANCE SECURITY. Worst Experience I have ever had. Not only were the salesman very pushy and forceful about selling the product. But the physical product itself was extremely disappointing. The camera itself was very cheap and gives off horrible quality especially on my phone (I have an Iphone 7 Plus), also just the doorbells and the physical home monitor they give is very cheaply made. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with the product and wish I shopped around first.

Frankie was my installation technician and he was fabulous! Made sure I understood how to work each piece of equipment, it s purpose, and what would happen in case of an emergency before he left. I m very appreciative of everything!
The Alliance Security technician arrived within 10 minutes of the beginning of the window they promised he would be here. He was very professional in explaining the system and getting my approval before he started installing the system. John first covered the work surface with a cloth (so he wouldn't get my house dirty) and then proceeded to install the components. He cleaned up after he was done and showed me how to use the system. I was very pleased with this experience.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life!. Being charged $20 more than was quoted and still after three months don't have all my equipment. I like the convince of the wi-fi but I have trouble with the doorbell cam working intermittently. Install was quick and or technicIan was great! Answered all of our questions and we were told all of the costs up front. Much easier system to use than the one we had with adt!
