This company has changed my life in many ways...not only with the alarm system, but also with all the features that come with it. As a wife, I feel secure whenever my husband is away. As a mother, this system gives me peace of mind and comfort in knowing my teenager has arrived home safely at the end of his school day. The text and video clip I receive of him going through the door keeps the worry at bay. If I forget to turn down the heat (sorry hubby!) I can adjust it quickly through my app. Same goes for forgetting to lock the door. Another favorite is the optional feature of having a vocal warning when one of the main doors in my house has opened; I never have to worry about my toddler wandering outside without my knowledge. It's amazing!!

Alliance Security has gone above and beyond for me as a customer. Always helpful and so pleasant to deal with. The technicians are top notch and are always willing to walk me through any questions I may have. I highly recommend this company...you won't regret it. Nothing better than keeping your family safe!

Alliance security was contracted by my alarm company Moni. The only positive was that the technician was nice. He showed up past the given time window. Didn't have all the equipment that needed to be installed. Did not know about our brand security system or the brand smoke and carbon detectors that were to be installed. We paid for installation and set up for the detectors and were advised per company rules he was not allowed to use a ladder (where are smoke detectors installed???? The ceiling), so he could only program the detectors. So I have to pay my contractor to come out and install the detectors. Since he didn't bring all the detectors needed, I was assured that another technician would be out the next day with the additional detector since they couldn't get someone back out the same day. I come home that evening and the carbon detector is beeping and I have to call Moni and walk through how to reset it since it wasn't set up properly. I never received a call with the time they are coming the next day, call and get passed around to different reps and finally after the 4th call I'm told a ticket was created and someone would call to set up an appt time in a couple days. UNACCEPTABLE. I already had to cancel the fire chief from coming and doing the fire inspection because install was incomplete, he was rescheduled and now I'm told no technician is coming as promised. So we have to cancel another inspection which means we cannot have the permit signed off and the job cannot be completed all to the incompetence of this company. The alarm company Moni is partially to blame for this nightmare of an experience because they choose to contract Alliance Security.

Would like to say that I wish I could have had this system long time ago. Brian was very professional very informative and polite, took his time with me to understand the system and the app on my cell phone. I thank you Alliance Security for having Brian come out and install my system he is a five-star technician.

Oh yes the technician was a fabulous guy his name is Adam Lovett he did a wonderful job and I am thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and his dedication to his job!

I'm very happy to have Adrian from Alliance security today he was very polite and very knowledgeable. He showed me how to use my alarm system I'm very confident on this system it very easy to use for someone my age . I just moved from Michigan to Tennessee and I live alone with just my dog KD so at night I would be scared sometimes but now I feel very safe and protected by having this alarm system and also had some worries about when I'm in the shower if I fall but Adrian gave me a medical button that I can press if I have an emergency so I feel more confident now I really thank Adrian and alliance security for installing my alarm

Guy was Very professional and informative. Pleasure to work with and broke down step by step what he was doing.

Worst experience ever. The technician was not able to successfully and left after three hours of unproductive work. The technician asked, "the customer" to assist int he installation of the equipment and that is not my responsibility nor my area of expertise. The equipment that was ordered was not sent and the system was constantly going offline. No monitoring supervision was constantly provided. I called to seek assistance and no one was able to help me. I requested a cancellation and refund received the run around. i was left on hold for 40 mins. I had to call back only to find out that they decided to charge a restocking fee and keep ,y deposit. Every individual that i encountered was unprofessional. I advise you not to do business with this company.

Very polite and knowledgeable about the system that was Installed. Answered all question and took the time to make sure I understood how to operate the system before leaving.

This home security system is the worst ever! We've had nothing but problems since we got this. Don't expect to stay with the ALLIANCE when you buy it. Surprisingly you will be with a company named Moni... any issues you have with the system, and we had problem since we bought it. You'll end up spending even more money. You buy the equipment and then because it is so cheap you will end up spending $85 per service call when something goes wrong. The person installing our system never put the wires in the wall even though it would have been very easy in the locations where we put it. The person installing was too lazy! So the wires are exposed and using a plug that we need for something else that we cannot use now.
Our current problem is that we cannot shut off our Alarm system now it's constantly going off. It has to do with our smoke alarm. It's not functioning correctly. We've had the system for not even two years. This will cost us an additional $85. I was unable to do my patient call backs because a smoke alarm would not stop going off. It triggers the whole alarm system. I lost a whole day's work because of this. And the company doesn't care! They just want our money. And if we want to get out of the contract it will cost us a lump sum amount!
Please! If you have any sense do not get this if you do not read the contract you will find that they'll tell you that you're in it for 2 years when you're in it for 5 years.
RUN AWAY!

Very knowledgeable, professional tech that was on time, described what he would be doing and the expected timeframe, and made sure we knew how to use the system. I hope the rest of my experience is as pleasant as the sales and installation services were.

I had a very pleasant experience with Adam doing the service today. He had a very good personality, outgoing and pleasant to deal with.

Michael Thompson rated 5 in every category of excellence. Customer service, timeliness, courtesy, knowledge and pleasant attitude. It was delightful to have him install my security system. I feel very safe now and look forward to additional installations completed by him.

Totally displeased with the service they have provided. They were supposed to install cameras, which they have not done. They have missed 4 appointments in the last month (2 on the same day), and do nothing to get on the phone and correct the problem but transfer to people who can't respond other than to apologize and still do nothing to solve the problem. I have been late for work, I have had other people sitting around waiting for the contractor to show up, and they never show up and worst of all they do not answer the phone, their customer service is horrible!! Yet they expect to recieve payment. What's worse is that most people cancel their existing alarm service with other alarm companies to hire them, and then they get surprised with the worst service ever. Where do they find their employees? and putting someone on hold for over 30 mins as a security company doesn't work for me! I DO NOT recommend this company. Seek elsewhere and save yourself the frustration.

I worked on the sales floor calling all you people complaining who are on the DNC list. While I always put those who asked to be on the list, I would always run into people who had said I called them yesterday, or the day before. Management records all phone calls and tells you to force sell the product to old ladies, makes you memorize a 14 page script that MUST be read to EACH customer, gives you a list of rebuttals you MUST use in accordance to "engage" the customer, takes the numbers we entered in the DNC list and reuses them.. and so much more crap.
I was terminated for "failure to sell" enough systems in a given time period. Hard to sell a product you don't believe in...
If I were to purchase a security system for my home, I would definitely NOT recommend Alliance. Go with Vivint; a little more on the expensive side, but you actually get what you pay for and so much more.
One good thing I can say is I liked the women's bathrooms... They had free tampons and feminine products. Lol.

When you use this company beware when and if you choose to cancel your services. The become rude and yell and threaten to use litigation against you. They will not stop monitoring your business nor home to continue to bill you for services.
The director is the worst she will yell at you and use all sorts of threats. Horrible company!!

I used to have Viviant home security but it was a disaster. Alliance was a lot cheaper and the equipment is great. Plus they didn't have some annoying salesmen knocking on my door every other day like Viviant guys do.

Guy was absolutely amazing! Not only did he arrive promptly for a same day installation, but he spent hours going over all equiptment and all possibilities to make my family feel safe. With so many different options for this system, it meant a lot that the tech was able to listen to our and give us multiple choices that best fit our situation. After experiencing a home invasion recently, I never thought I would be able to sleep easy again. With the help of Guy and his expertise, I think I can finally rest easy! We can t thank you enough Guy as well as Alliance!

We have had our system for a couple years. It has done a decent job, but if you call them for hardware issues, even with the warranty, expect to pay even when it is their equipment that is faulty.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, they have out of date equipment and they charge way to much for the little coverage they provide. a better security system is out there with the latest technology and better coverage then this company. i would highly recommend to go to VIVINT and get the coverage you deserve and should get for the money you are paying. Final note stay away from this company they will cheat and lie to you, they are not even with the BBB which should tell you something about them.

Super spammy company that has employed a call center overseas and despite numerous requests refuse to remove you. Finally found out who the calls were coming from and supposedly I'm removed now. Did not appreciate being called "hon" by Joseph the manager on duty.

The guys were extremely professional and knowledgable. They explained all the services they provided gave me price quotes. And although the installation took longer than expected due to my poor internet service (blue ridge) they tried every way possible to get things set up efficiently and succeeded. And even though I added additional services on the spot they didn t try to rush me through and helped me get everything set up! Outstanding! Excellent system!! Beats ADT services hands down, your get much more features for cheaper!

Their team was helpful, respectful and knowledgeable about the services they office. I even was given the tech s cell number for when I have questions. I would highly recommend Alliance Security.

Got alarm system cause ofmy ex and the guy that came and installed is Adrian has done a great job and got everything setup to my standard and I feel safe with my kids and my kids are no longer scared because we have a great alarm system put in by Adrian thanks alliance I will recommend to all my friends and family

i let the reader be the judge: they called me at the time when i was about to sign an agreement with another home security company and offered a better deal but we did not finish the conversation as i ran out of time. Within 24 hours period they called 20 times to wrap up the deal. That left me puzzled: what legit company would do that unless they are about to loose a business. Needless to say, i did not choose Alliance.

Very quick and easy experience. The system is easy to use and the tech Frankie was awesome.

The installer which I know from previous installation with another company is always in a rush, never has all the equipment and tools needed. And when he needs to come back he takes weeks. I have called him many time and leave messages with no response. I have to threaten him with calling his boss to get him to come finish the installation. This time he was to change my DVR on my Security cameras. He said he was going to order me a new one. Like I said I had to threaten to get him to finish. When he showed up he installed the DVR and left. When I went to move the DVR after he left the top of the DVR came apart. When I looked what happened I was in shock furious and in disgust. He never ordered a new one. He gave me a refurbished one that was in worst shape than mine. It has dents, scratches, and looks old and faded. The inside of the DVR are loose. I just pray it doesn't catch on fire or he will have a lawsuit. I called him on his cell phone and asked what did he do and he said that was all he could do since he could fine one to match my cameras cause he was adding another camera and the connections would not work. I had a 4 channel and needed a 8 channel since I have 5 cameras. Well low and behold it was the same connections as my other ones. So now I have an old refurbished DVR that he said has warranty, I pray n hope it does, cause he took my new DVR that i had. I told him I was not doing business with him no more.

These sale people from the alliance call center are relentless they won't stop . they're are so immature and rude and obnoxious they are very unprofessional.even after I spoke to them and ask them to put my number on the DO NOT CALL ME list they still continue to call. Now I have a wonderful app were I'm able to keep records of all there calls made to my phone.so that way I can take legal action against them..acr is the app.........I see I'm not the only one having this issue. .....

The technician was punctual, had his I'd readily visible and made a clean install. He fitted us with a plan that works with our busy household. I now know what is going on at home at all times.
