Getting the appointment for the service was easy, the Tech person was very courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed the problems, and also tested the entire system very efficiently in a time period much shorter than I expected.

One problem, however, is that it takes awfully long time before Alliance personnel responds to their phone number.
