We were back and forth between keeping the alarm system we had and add cameras or go with Alliance who had contacted us by phone. We made our decision not by service but by which company seem to want us as a customer. We had so far been happy with our previous alarm company but it took them a whole day to return our phone call. Alliance contacted us several times during that period wanting to know what it would take to get there service. In the end the service and price was the same so we went with the one we felt really wanted us as a customer.
