The Technician(Raja) who serviced my system today ...

The Technician(Raja) who serviced my system today was very professional and actually cared about the job that she was doing. She had to clean up a job that had been botched by two previous technicians. She did not complain about that, but I can. I am a retired senior citizen and I had been waiting for months to get my security system installed properly. Two other technicians had come out and did a really tacky job. She got it up and running and I am completely satisfied with her work. Thank you Raja. I hope you will be properly rewarded (beyond your regular pay) for your good work. We need more people in the workplace who actually care about their jobs.
