I was very dissatisfied with Alliance until Adrian came and installed my new doorbell camera and two outdoor cameras and one inside. When we first opened my box they were mounts instead of a doorbell camera. The camera was delivered to my aunts house to ensure I got it I was in the hospital and it came I didn't pick it up until this morning so when he opened it they both of our surprises it was not a doorbell camera. But he fix the problem and now I feel better about the whole situation and my security system. I really appreciate this technician and everything that he has done for me. He showed me how to reuse my system he showed me how to use the doorbell cameras how it works, how to charge it how often to charge it. How the system works on my new tablet how each app works. How they're installed and setup. I'm very satisfied now. And now I appreciate being a customer Alliance thanks to Adrian.

My third alarm system provider in 9 years. the only company that didnt send a salesman to give me a "quote". Sent only a tech. The only company that came promptly for a maintenance call. Only company that didnt charge for maintenance call. Seems the only people complaining are people who dont like the phone sales approach not actual customers. I got my system through a phone sale and the guy Wayne was awesome. answered all questions and got me a deal to be here when his tech was in the neighborhood. Saves them on ad dollars so we get the savings and it shows... will and have recommended.

Mr. Tyler Moore was my security technician today. He was with us from 8:30am until 6:15pm. He has demonstrated his professionalism, curtisy, and high level of knowledge in an enjoyable manner! You should be proud to have an outstanding person like him representing your company. He certainly is a five (5), star representative.

So far the experience has been Great, just had my system installed and I'm happy with it..

The process was straight forward and we'll explained. My tech was very good and informed. He thoroughly explain the use of equipment and it's different options and features. All around the experience was wonderful.

Tyler performed our install before and our service today. He did an excellent job. We're very happy with Alliances service

David Rossi provided us with top class service which included inspection of the facilities, installation of security system as well as explaining in detail the different functions and options of the system. He also provided us with future options to consider when planning a newer residence. We look forward to working with him and his company again.

Me and my husband are very satisfied what the service that was provided by Brian and Adam. Explained the security system from A to Z to where we are comfortable. I'm also very in love with my outdoor camera and my husband is very excited about our indoor camera. Now we can go on many vacations and know that our home is secure thank you Alliance Security they did a five-star job.

After explaining to the Salesman that was outside of my 3 year contract with my current security system, and did not want to lock into another 3 year contract as I was happy with my service, he continued to push the issue. After a little while longer I advised it wasn't going to happen and it was getting obnoxious, he stated "its actually you" (meaning I was being obnoxious by continually saying no thanks) and he hung up on me.

While I am not looking to change my alarm system, I can tell you I would never use Alliance based completely on how their sales team treats you when you don't decide to go with them. Further, I will advise anyone else I know not to use them.

I love the system and your tech was great he walk us through all the apps and helped me and my husban with setting up phones. And he spoke spanish was a plus and a blessing. We will be customers for a long time just because I recieved everything as promised and the people I've dealt with so far have been great..

It was nice deal with tech that really knew the system and was able to explain it so that we could understand it but most important was that he was polite and fun.

AVOID! These idiots keep calling my cell phone constantly with a recorded message! Nothing like a bunch of rude scammers screwing with you! And $50 a month is about $25 a month too high! AVOID!

Technician Mike was nice and efficient. Made sure we knew how to use the system and fobes. Set our account up online for us and walked us through it.

Installation was performed by Lauren. He was polite, professional and friendly. Everything was explained to us and now we will be able to feel much safer in our new home!

These guys call people on the do-not-call list using robo-dialers and for-hire phone handlers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I have Alliance Security in my home. I hope the monitoring service is not like the customer service. I have been trying to contact them for 5 days in reference to an issue with my system. I have not gotten anyone to assist me. The only time I can immediately talk to anyone is when I need to make a payment. This is ridiculous. Even when I accept the option to receive a call back no one has called me back yet. I guess when I stop making payments someone will call me. Bad customer service.

Almost a week later, I finally got in touch with someone who was able to assist me, her name was Ms. Barbara, she was so helpful and a pleasure to speak with. She was concerned with my issues and did everything to resolve them. Thanks Ms. Barbara. I wish I would've gotten her extension.

Adam and Brian did an excellent job installing my new security system and I will recommend Alliance to all my friends and family. They definitely provided a five-star experience!

Edit to add... Tech Adam came back today and installed my skybell and I absolutely love it! It is outstanding and his dedication to service is truly 5 star all the way!

Well I finally had enough of the phone calls. Scheduled an appointment for the installer to show up. I figure, if they are going to waste my time calling me over 30 times in 2 weeks, I will start wasting theirs. Installer showed up and I showed him number 2 and 3 in my home security system. # 2 is my 140# French Mastiff and # 3 is a 9mm S&W.

While I recognize that the installer is an independent contractor, maybe if all of us who are sick of the calls even when we are on the no call list have them out the contractors will quit.

It was pretty funny when the dog came to the glass front door - fur up barking like crazy!

My new alarm system just got installed today by Eric he was my technician. He was absolutely amazing and explained everything to me no matter how many times I asked. He was Extremely patient very curious did a top-notch job I would give him five stars for sure. His customer service was amazing and I would recommend Eric For install any time and hats off th the sales crew that sold this to me as well! I feel so safe, thank you all!

Having so much trouble with their cameras. The motion detection on them are not what they say they are. I called because of the motion detection range 40 ft. (Not) . Someone littered on my property and camera didn't record it. Called company and they want to charge me for another camera. Why? Because the one I have is not worth having because it's only doing half it's job. Go figure.

The service was excellent!! It took no time for the service guy to install the equipment....
I hope the system is better than ADT, because ADT system really sucked...

This company works with a domestic violence advocacy program to provide a free system for a set time. They are not contacting clients that have been referred. The people referred are vulnerable and afraid and it is terrible that they do not respond. I would never refer anyone to this company. It has been over a month and several people have reached out and still Alliance has not responded. I feel terrible for the people that rely on this service. Alliance held a news conference for publicity but they do not stand behind their word. I would give zero stars but that was not an option.

now when it comes to getting service after the fact forget it. I had 3 appointments no call no show and not even a call later to reschedule. I had to call them and its been 2 months now and still no one. hopefully one day they'll come. 0 stars if I could

Our installer was efficient, courteous and knowledgeable.

When Brent got here the first thing we did was discuss options that I did not discuss over the phone with the office we we ended up adding in a camera smoke detector and medical alert. He was excellent in both discussing my options and installation of the products
After everything was installed he took his time explained everything to me showed me what I needed to know on all the devices and was very reasonable and helpful.

Dave was very professional and polite. My wife was a bit annoyed at first because of miscommunication with the original sales rep but Dave went out of his way to make a phone call and put her at ease. Cleaned up after the job.

I was very impressed with alliance. Their professionalism and assistance with the system and their knowledge of the equipment was very helpful. I would highly recommend them to others.

This came under my Son's name but I would highly recommend this service. Great Representatives. Very knowledgeable about their product.

David Rossi was an amazing tech. He was able to customize exactly what I wanted and make my system simple and full proof. Thanks to Kenny Costa as well he helped make the whole experience great.

Eric was a great help in learning our new system! He was thuro with everything, great customer service! There is one thing I like to address when they install the smoke alarm they are not required to input the date so then the company can let us know when it is due to be maintenanced. That should be included with our contract.

Technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about the system.
He explained the different options and packages available, and we upgraded our package. He explained how to work the system..

These guys use robo dialers and an Indian call center that harasses people into getting getting an appointment and then routes that to some local person in the united states. It is quite possibly the most annoying thing in the world to be contacted by these people. Quite spamming any you might gain a little market traction.

The Alliance employee that I talked to was very helpful and delightful and very knowledgeable. She told me a lot about the company and I was able to see all the great things that Alliance is doing for the local community.

Tyler should get 10 stars. Very professional and respectful. He is a very knowledgeable technician and I'd definitely recommend him and alliance to friends and family
