I wish I can give them 0 this is farud company. There service worse than some small small companies. I am telling honestly don't go though from them. When u call there customer service lines no one there of if they answer the call they put you on hold hang up the phone. The rate they tell you it changes from what they tell you and when u call bunch of excuses so bottom line don't get it.

Jake was AWESOME! Really personable and pleasant to have around!

Worse service I have ever received in my life. Still haven t gotten all security I paid for never get a call back. Now just want my money back I strongly plead don t purchase from alliance 5 star service is a joke.

Calls Multiple times a day from random phone numbers. Reported to FCC on 5/15/18 Keep calling, I am documenting ever incident and WILL pursue legal action.

Tyler was an absolute gentleman! Because of him and Alliance, my entire house is secure and I will feel more safe when I'm home and when I'm away.

This is a great upgrade from my old ADT system. Lots more features and security for no more money. It would have been MUCH more $$ had I upgraded the old system. Alliance did exactly what they said they were going to do at the price that they quoted me. John did a fantastic job of installing, programming, and explaining how to use the system. Although the interactive screen really makes using it easy. Very pleased with everything done.

These morons call me every day using Indian telemarketers. Every day they call from different phone numbers trying to avoid being cut by Federal Trade Commission for advertising to do-not-call list numbers. When calls are prompted to the "local representatives", the representatives do not admit the name of the company they work for. Every time they name a company its name does not come on the Goggle search. When confronted with the lie, the representatives are telling they work for an intermediary who provides customer support for Alliance Security. When I ask what is the legal name of the intermediary, they cannot tell because it does not exist. They are Alliance Security representatives instructed not to reveal the name of the business to avoid penalties.

Installer arrived on schedule and was courteous and professional.

David Rossi was wonderful. Did an excellent job. Love online control.

Adam was great! He answered every question I could think of. Also took his time to properly show me how to work the equipment and what to do with each option. I would recommend him to anyone.

I couldn"t be more please with any other security system.The technician "ADRAIN" was very professional and explaining how to operate the system to my wife and I. He really made us feel that with purchasing this system would be the right choice in making our home safe and secure. Alliance security met our needs in making us feel that our home would be protected.

I have to write a Review to let people know how amazing Alliance is. I had my system installed on Saturday. I had the greatest technician Zach come to install my Security System. He was amazing truly kind caring and willing to help me any way he could. I had a few things that were not clear and they were taken care of immediately by John M, Mark, and Kenny to the best of their ability. I am more than pleased with my decision to use Alliance for myself and my children s safety as it has been a big concern as of late. We have had the alarm system for over a month and still cant use it. When we call the company to try to get this resolved all we get is a run around and when we try to get someone to come out and fix it they dont want to. I wont recommend this company to anyone

Service is not good for the doorbell camera the service come out and fixed the doorbell and after a week it does not record any longer then they replace it and now it last two months. Someone was supposed to call to talk to me and no call.

I did not like the lack of communication. The installation gentlemen requested payment my check but I did not realize that he was using the check information to set up automatic payment. That information should have be told to me. I may have wanted to use another method of automatic payment. Now I don't know how to change the automatic payment method. Working for the court system, I felt paranoid about if I was being watched or if my personal information would be used in other ways. Once you omit any information, my trust disappears. On a positive note, so far I love the camera system especially the doorbell camera. The doorbell camera allows me to speak to someone on my porch. The system is very different from my last security system so it is taking some time to get used to. I have only had the system for approximately 36 hours so it is still ne w to me. Lack of transparency and lack of payment information is the reason for the 3 stars. So if you are using Alliance please ask questions than ask more questions. 02/01/18 This company is still going into my checking account withdrawing money that I was not told in advance that they would be withdrawing. I am posses. I just called customer service and left a message because they are not open.

I entered a contract for services in January and since initial installation four appts were scheduled to install additional cameras. After setting my day aside for 9am to 1pm appt blocks no technician showed up, showed up later than the appt block, or showed up and left saying he couldn't do the job. It's mid March and the equipment still hasn't been installedI have asked several times to be released from my contract so that I could separate myself from this company and use a new company who could actually install the desired equipment and serve my family's needs; but Alliance refuses to do so, demanding a $700 payment of contact balance to do so. They do not care about their customers, lock you in a contract, and wont let you out even though they give you horrible service AND rude customer service. This is a nightmare. Alliance operates like scammer loan sharks.

This company keeps calling and calling and calling and harassing people in order to get them to set up camera equipment.

Daryl was on time, explained everything and was very curtious.

Not sure how they got my number but they constantly call through an automated software with a computer and each time a different number shows up on caller ID. If you do take the time to speak with someone, as soon as you say something like "why do you keep calling me?" they immediately hang up. Even when you get past the fake computer person and talk to a real person, they won't give you any information via email or send you the promotion offer via mail to even review. When asked why I couldn't get an email of the promotion I was told it was company policy because they're going "green". They're going green and I can't get and "EMAIL" are you kidding me? no matter how many times I put my number on the do not call list or tell them to stop calling. They just keep calling and a random number shows up on my caller ID. Sometimes that number is a real person's phone, like I called back the number the other day after speaking with the computer fake person 5 minutes before, so I redialed and got a guy who lives 3 miles from me and has no idea how I got his number. He was very upset that this is happening to him and he's looking into filing a complaint. This has become a ridiculous situation that I can't seem to get out of and I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and every government agency I can to prevent further harassment.

They constantly harass with phone calls sometimes 3 times a day within hours of each other. I have been on the do not call list for at least 3 years and the harassment continues. I want them to STOP CALLING ME

Very pushy and rude people. Walk up to your door and push and push. When said, I'm not interested, they continue to push. Then I'm forced to close my door in their face. Sorry, but deserving.

What a great experience this has been. I just received a home security system from Alliance and everything, from start to finish has been great!! From the sales guy down to the Customer Service people, everyone has been patient and helpful and made sure that I understand everything and that I am satisfied with everything. they really suck their rip-off they cost too much and they make you sign a five-year contract with them even if they deny you credit its a trick don't fall for it go to ADT or buy your own system the one they use is Arlo which you can find cheap on eBay, Amazon, and Walmart

The tech identified himself. Came in worked quickly. Explained how to use the pad and remote. Was a nice person.

Uses illegal telemarketing to harass people. I picked up a scam call that illegally spoofed a phone number with the same first 6 digits as my number. I wasted 20 minutes with impact home security and was eventually transferred to alliance security. Should be shut down

The guy that came out was really nice and very knowledgeable about the equipment half of the equipment that i choose he didn't have in stock so we have to make another appointment for him to come out to install what he didn't have

I have been fighting with them since the beginning. At first my alarm would go off and nobody would call us. They didn't even have record of us. Then they did come out to "fix" it but now my door contact isn't even working. I have been calling for 3 months to get that fixed and they keep putting it off. When I asked to cancel the lady said "Sir, it is just one door contact isn't working." She is right, only one door contact isn't working. I can put a sign on the door saying, "PLEASE USE OTHER DOOR IF YOU WANT TO ROB US, THANK YOU."

James did a wonderful job. I have other people i will tell about James & get you to install a system with them. He was very kind & courteous. He was very informative & had me get stuff I really didn't want but after listening I realized i needed them.
