Your representative was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and thoughtful. He provided me with all of the information I needed to know and he also made certain suggestions upon my request. That's why I purchased more items because what he was stating to me made good sense and it wasn't like he was trying to gouge me. I was asking questions and he answered all of my questions. His professionalism skills were outstanding and you should be extremely thankful for the way he represent your company. He absolutely made my day and I'm thankful to be part of your family.
