The alarm works, but customers service needs improvement. Watch out for details, the won't explain that. They just worry about making a sale. There were two things they kept from me. One: We needed a permit for having an alarm. Who knew..? They did, and failed to informe me. Two: They siad; I am aloud under 50pnd dog to put my alarm away. The sencer will not detect it. False it did. Cops came, and I was fine. Becarful or you will be screwed. Don't talk to Customers Service. They won't care, and treat tell you is your problem. With care like that, why do the call them customer service.

So last week we had are alarm system up graded. Not only did I find out that are old system was so out dated but also it wasn t working correctly. Jason Potter came to are house. He showed us some new features to the system he would be installing. We added. Electric door locks, doorbell camera and other features. He showed up on time and did a awesome job installing and explaining how to use the new system. We had already had cameras on the house but the few new features make it even better. So if you are looking to have your house safer for you and your family. I would highly recommend alliance security and have Jason potter install it.

Everything about my experience was amazing! The gentleman on the phone who started the whole process was very professional and took the time to understand what I wanted and the layout of my home to know exactly which products to offer. The technician that came to my house, Jimmie, was extremely professional, nice and friendly. He was very thorough in placing all the equipment in my home and showing me how the system worked. He made sure I had the app downloaded on my phone and that I knew all the important information I needed to make sure the system worked properly. He did an outstanding job!! This security system goes above and beyond what I expected. It s so easy to use and very efficient. I can even see the video from the camera live on the app. I feel so much safer now!

Alliance is a wonderful security company, When I called them to ask for different cameras because of the activity on my street, I had absolutely no problem. It took approximately one week to get an installer out and the installer was wonderful, very professional very informative and and eager to ease my concerns. A system is automated and the alarm monitoring cost is not very expensive. Check them out if you're in the market for a more advanced system, they're great!

I've received multiple calls from this company eve...

I've received multiple calls from this company even though I have blocked their number and finally I answered so I could tell them to take me off their list. The guy asked if I had a security system and I said please take me off your list. He replied with "well that's not what I asked you" I asked again to be removed from his list and he said "Well I'm not going take you off the list if you don't answer my question."
At this point, this company is harassing me by calling me so much and then REFUSING to stop calling me. I will be investigating further ways to report them.

I think the people writing these reviews were either paid or on LSD, Alliance Security is by far the worst system I have ever come across. Your wait time to get ahold of someone is between 30-40 min... 30-40 MIN!!! just to talk to your security system technician. If you ever have a problem with your system, they will cancel on you, not show up, not call you for weeks to re-schedule. I have no idea how they are still in business and from the contractors that work with them like ADT or Moni they have both told me that Alliance is one of the worst to work with. It doesn't take much to get a customer to jump ship when your customer service and technical support is THAT BAD. Here is some advice for you when you read this... HIRE COMPETENT PEOPLE!!!!

i had there service for 3 month the alarm keep going off and no one ever call,one month after they install there system the censor fall off my doors i constantly call for someone to come out replace it 2 month pass no service because the system would not armed without all the censor but all i get was promise and no action then they withdraw two payment from my bank account in one month cause me a overdraft fee when i call there excuse is that they having problem with there system i ask for a refund which they refuse, i say can someone call the bank ore send me a letter state that it was a mistake for the bank to refund the over draft fee they still don't do that i ask to talk to the manager and she make matters worst a bad customer service another person take over from her and tell me that her pet pig just die that is why she is so upset i told them to cancel my service and they say i had to pay $3000 for early termination and they will take it from my bank account i had to pay the bank $35 to do a stop payment but they still debit another $1500 from my account using a fake name cause me to close my account... now every day i been harassing by bill collectors saying i own them when my system only work for one month while they charge me for three month real bad experience not the type company to do business with.

Best personality in the industry! You guys must be paying this man A lot to keep him working as hard as he does to keep all of your customers satisfied.. Jay Not only installed my system where I wanted it but he also took the time to hang a new door for me so he could install my deadbolt lock so I didn't have to wait on a return service trip. I would suggest anyone reading this to call Alliance and if you in Alabama tell them to send Jay! Thank you Jay for everything!!

I have been waiting for a month for my cameras that were supposed to be overnighted. I already paid my money. They have rescheduled me 5 times, that I missed work for NOTHING. I STILL do NOT have my cameras and nobody wants to do anything about it. They want me to pay the 3 years contract but THEY cannot full full their end of the contract. I am SO NOT satisfied. Lost wages, damages sustained that I cannot view to find out who/what did damages, the mental anguish of being put off SO many times, etc. ALL they say is "I understand how you're feeling". NO, you DON'T & that is nothing but an insult because IF they understood they would want to make it right and they like to hang up on me when I remind them that they had NO problem taking my money for a service they are not providing

Alliance came highly recommended from a peer. I had a walkthrough with Francisco Vasquez and it was highly informative and professional. He had patience with the kids running around too! Rick, who installed the system was also very informative. I am truly impressed and completely satisfied with my security system. honestly, the price is not even worth all the security I now have. I feel very comfortable to go on vacations and to be away from the house. I literally have it all at my fingertips! thanks Alliance!

I had a very professional and pleasant experience with Adam, the technician. I enjoyed being available during the installation of the new equipment and validating the entire scope of security points. I was completely "in" once Adam pulled out his smart phone and invited me to take a look through the alarm app at his personal system. I would recommend this company and installer for anyone who is in the market for home security system.

I'm torn... Some great things and some bad things....

I'm torn... Some great things and some bad things. If you go by service, well I have had the system for a couple days. But getting it was not the easiest of things to do. The first girl I spoke to whom originally called me was awesome. My closing kept getting pushed back and she continued to keep in touch making sure I didn't mind the check ups. Once I got in the house I spoke to the next person to give me my quote. That's were the 2 prices and what I got started to differ. I set up an appointment but the cost was quite more then I was originally told. And also the equipment set up cost. So I canceled/postponed the install. I shopped around while the guy was supposed to call me back in 2 weeks. 5 weeks later I got a call. I explained my view and I will say he then did what he could to make me happy. We set up an appointment. I got a call the day before to confirm, I asked since there was a snow storm supposed to be happening tomorrow (My install date) if that would make a difference. To him it seemed an odd question, why would that matter he said. I asked because I wanted to make sure if I am to be home for this that if they might cancel because of snow, we could re schedule. he said it would not make a difference. Next day I wait, and waited then almost an hour and a half after the time they called... to cancel. I told them I was not happy, had they called earlier I would have been fine, but why so late? I said forget it, if this is the service i got I don't want it. he offered more equipment, and I said it wasn't about that. Finally we agreed to a new date and time. The guy who came was awesome. I am happy with the install. Over all the product is good. but the people setting it up (except the 1st lady i spoke too) were not so customer friendly. My most important thing is customer service, I want to be treated like a valued customer, same way I treat others. It was not a horrible experience but could have been better. So far after a few days, I am very happy with the equipment and look forward to many safe years to come in my new house

I am very satisfied with Alliance Security and especially Charles Wheeler who installed the system and did a tremendous job. He made sure everything worked properly and took the time to make sure I learned how to use the system before he left.

Eric was superb!!!
This gut ought to be THE example for ALL alarm system installers...really!
He spent some time, actually a lot of time. He ironed out EVERY question, any and all confusions, demonenstrated everything surrounding the new alarm/Security system he installed for us. THEN...he spent more time downloading apps and software related to our web enabled system, cameras and all. There was nothing left to chance here. I just hope and pray I can actually remember it all! However...if I don't, or have any future questions or needs or needs of additional, anything, he left his number to call for an instant answer or instruction. I couldn't be happier!!!

They are calling me non stop from their robo dialing system. I asked them not to call so many time but they just won't listen. Anyway, I spoke to a guy named Elvis today. Hopefully, he will let their marketing department know to take me off their calling list.

I got a call from this outfit, even though my numb...

I got a call from this outfit, even though my number has been on the National Do Not Call Registry for years. Caller ID shows Out of Area: Private Caller (Isn't that illegal when a business is making cold calls to people who've never done business with them before and never requested information, AND have their numbers on the Do Not Call Registry??)

It started as a robocall, with no mention of the company name or really why they're calling - just a scare story about thieves cutting into my phone lines. The automated voice stated we re in your area and want to schedule your installation today.

Still no mention of what company they are or really why they're calling.

So I said I d like to talk with someone when asked if the auto-voice could connect me with a person to schedule my installation (still wasn't sure what they intended to install).

When the live person (Troy) came on the line, I asked him to repeat his company names:

Alliance Security; we do the installations for Monitronix

Then I asked for their phone number and he hung up. This tells me they're up to NO GOOD.

Machine called me and actually asked me questions to which it had programmed answers. Interesting! So anyway, I held until an actual human being took over the call. He introduced himself eagerly as "Peter." When I said, "Hi Peter! Can you please take me off your call list?" He promptly hung up on me. Big shocker. I'll try it again if their machine calls again. And I'll NEVER do business with a company that operates that way.

Outside cameras have really bad resolution. Not happy with them at all. I would not recommend anyone to purchase the camera. As far as the rest of the system it is ok, but no better than any other security system. The worst part is they make you sign a five year contract at extremely high monthly fees. I wish I would have never contacted ALLIANCE SECURITY. John Hubbard pa.

Worst customer service ever. They are so disorgani...

Worst customer service ever. They are so disorganized with the third party companies that monitor the alarm system. They changed my account twice and now that I transferred the service to my new home they didn t update their own system and everything still shows as my old address and they can t figure it out and change it. Even when my alarm went off they sent the police to the old address! Each time I call they are so confused and they don t know what to do or how to improve their own monitoring system. Very incompetent team and I really regret having a contract with them. ADT and other seems to be much better and efficient.

This company illegally robocalls, ignores FCC rules, ignores do not call lists. When you try to explain their situation and how each of the 24 calls to my phone in the past 8 weeks is in violation of FCC laws and phone harassment, they don't care. They transfer you around. If they are robocalling you please take them to small claims court, it is the only way to stop them. Please do not do business with them legitimately, you cannot trust a company with these shady morals and tactics.
