The worst customer service I've ever experienced i...

The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life!. Being charged $20 more than was quoted and still after three months don't have all my equipment. The technician was rude and made my mom forge my signature on the contract! !!. Malfunctioning camera only after two weeks!!!. Extremely fustrated and dissapointed.
