Excellent service! Terry and Mark were great to work with and super friendly! There is a reason Lavery has been around for as long as they have been.

My insurance company sent me to Lavery to get my Chrysler 300 fixed, and after almost a month i get a call that its done. So i went to pick it up and there is grind marks and dents on a brand new door. With my window still tinted on a new door hmm kinda odd. My window molding didnt line up and neither did the front door with the front fender. So now its STILL there and I have to go back to pick it up AGAIN!!! Needless to say im none to happy about my experience with Lavery Chevy. I definitely will not be going back or referring them to ANYONE!!!

Jim wolf sold my family members a car and tricked them into signing a contract for a lease. They did not know that it was lease until the next day. She wrote a letter to the manager and asked to talked to the manager and nobody would let her talk to him. All the 4 people said was a fantastic deal, never said it was a lease contract. SHADY

My experience is based on Lavery's new General Manager, Rich Dietrich, who I know outside of Lavery. Rich encouraged me to consider the dealership as a local alternative for my Cadillac service. I recently purchased a 2014 Cadillac ATS from Lavery Automotive. Even though I was an out of state buyer (found car via the Internet), Mark Eberling and David Sherman were very personable, patient and accommodating (ex. vehicle videos, extra info & pictures, assisted with vehicle transport, out of state titling, etc.) during the entire sales transaction. The car arrived in short order in exactly the condition advertised. Overall a very easy, low-pressure and professional purchase experience that I would recommend to both local and remote buyers alike.

I really like this car and the salesmen who worked with me. DJ is a young man who greeted me at the door, asked if I wanted water, handed me a stylus pen and smiled as we started the process. The dealership itself is clean, easy to navigate, and the general manager and owner are right on the floor so you can interact with them also. Coffee, and a brand new car made me happy as I left this dealership. I would recommend DJ to anyone looking for a deal on a new truck or automobile.

I had an exceptional buying experience with Lavery. They are different than most large dealerships because their sales associates are paid salary rather than commission which is great as a buyer. Also they don't negotiate their prices which isn't an issue because the prices are already so low. Missy Long provided great service, was informative, friendly, and enjoyable to be around.

My salesman Craig was extremely professional and friendly. He encouraged me for it to be my decision.... not his. He understood my frustrations and concerns... but never downplayed them. Treated me as someone he wants to make sure comes back. A good and honest person.

Hassle-free buying. Just purchased a 2017 Cadillac XT5 and everything was smooth and easy. Found a car priced online, called and scheduled a test drive the next afternoon. Car was ready and waiting for us. Prices were great, no surprise costs or unintelligible fees tacked on. Gave a fair price for the trade-in, handled paperwork and didn't mind our one-year old daughter running around like she owned the place. Forget the names of everyone we worked with, but everyone was great to deal with. From the salesman--including test drive--the assistant that showed how the onstar and touchscreen systems worked, to the finance and paperwork guy, the receptionist, the owner, and everyone there. Hi! I wanted to tell you about the great experience I just had at Lavery Automotive. I had been looking for a replacement car for some time and, like everyone, used the internet to help in my search. When I found the right vehicle , I was somewhat put off by the fact that I live nearly 4.5 hours away from Alliance, OH. This would have to be a great deal with a great dealership, right? I made contact with the dealership via email and was contacted within an hour or so. I initially talked with Kristin in their business office who was just wonderful to talk with. She answered all of my (many) questions and then handed me off to Mark E. when we were ready to get a deal done. One of my key requirements was quick turnaround I wasn t looking forward to 9 hours on the road. Anyway, I showed up and met with Mark E. almost immediately. He showed me the car and, in the interest of time, had me test drive the new car with one of his associates while he inspected my trade. Long story short, we traded cars, I signed some papers and was back on the road in just about an hour and that s with one of their service people showing me all of the buttons and gadgets. I can tell all of you that I ve bought a number of cars in my life, but this was the most efficient, honest, straightforward deal I ve ever done for a car. All of the people - from the time you walk in until the time you pull off the lot - are just great. You just feel a good vibe from the moment you walk in. The only bad part is that I can t give them six stars!
