Took car in to get new tires mounted and balanced. Service that should've taken a few hours ended up taking a day and a half. The tech busted off a stud and then charged me for it because "it wasn't his fault" and that he "couldn't let the car leave the shop without putting a new one in", forcing me to pay for a new one and the extra time to put it in. Picked up the car, another stud busted off going down the road. Checked the studs and all were tightened down so tight that more had cracked, threads were stripped, lugs were warped and the one stud he'd broken off that he'd charged me to replace hadn't been put in correctly. Missed college classes because of the entire debacle, had to take the car back up where it was finally fixed by someone else who actually knew what they were doing. Points to Lavery for fixing it but the entire situation never should've happened. The techs should not be allowed to use an impact for changing a tire, that's why things like this happen and why I'm taking my car to a different dealership to get anything else done.

I was contacted within the day after filling out a survey on the web.
Salesman , David Sherman, emailed me and created an interest to me about getting out of a newly purchased vehicle of a year ago that I was not happy with and gave me options I did not know were possible.
We set up a visit to Lavery Chevrolet dealership and were pleasantly greeted by David and he immediately showed us options and choices.
David helped us to complete the transaction and got us into a new Suburban which is what I should have purchased to begin with.
The sales transaction was unpressured, informative and painless and speedy. I am confident should I have any questions they will answer plainly and expeditiously.

I feel that the staff was not forthcoming about the issues with my car. Especially since I chose not to move forward with repairs based on the "inspection", and the lights have not been on in my car since I picked it up. I ended up saving $800 by not getting the repairs for a non-issue. Plus, I do not feel that a full inspection was done to equal $130! All of my initial concerns were not answered about me hearing a noise, a noise that I am still hearing! It seemed suspicious that i was not allowed to see the summary sheet, so that I could feel comforted that they did their due diligence when looking at my car, which I do not feel was done. For $130, you should have found something.

A totally relaxed, no-pressure experience. Todd was as patient and friendly during our sixth test drive as he was the first. He answered every question honestly and when he wasn't 100% certain about an answer, he didn't make up something but rather, found the right answer. His courteous professionalism showed from the time I first entered the dealership until I drove off in my "new" pre-owned vehicle. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and Lavery's Auto Group to any of my family and friends. Scottie and Todd welcomed me warmly when I walked in and waved 'bye as I left. What a great way to do business.

Mark Eberling at Lavery is a fantasic person to work with. I found them on Autotrader where they caught my attention with price. I have an unfortanately expensive habit in buying new cars all too often so I know what type of person I like to deal with when I do. I don't like to be "Sold" a car and Mark really understood that. He knows that most people now have the majority of the knowledge about the car already and don't need to be informed anymore. He wasn't at all pushy and made it a very easy purchase. I can be very picky when buying and he took care of all my concerns and stayed in contact with me the whole time. This was the first time that I've bought from them but certainly won't be the last. With me living an hour away, that's saying a lot. I've had my '13 Buick Regal GS for a little less than a week and am loving it so far. Thanks to Lavery & Mark for the great deal and even better service!

I had got a brand new factory hood from this location and after just a few years the clear coat started coming off very badly. I was told by an auto expert that they clear coat wasn't applied correctly. It cost me around $600 for a new painted hood and it has pealed almost completely off. They did a terrible job. I do not recommend this location.

Drue was honest, fast, efficient, friendly, kind, and authentic. He turned our truck buying experience into a lifetime relationship because we will always think Lavery first! They have vehicles with style and affordability, and the plus was having the outstanding Drue! For the first time in our car buying experience, we sat before the Finance Queen Lauren, and again, we never want to sit in anyone else s seat. She was extremely knowledgeable and her personality was just as beautiful as her face! She helped us navigate our insurance options with ease, like no one ever has! Finally, they have young man named Colin who is the vehicle features guru. Again, Colin was yet another lovely soul! Mark greeted me, asked me if I wanted the car washed or if I needed a ride to work, and checked to see if the services provided would be covered by my lease. When the work was completed, he asked me if I needed a ride back to the dealership and explained the completed work to me when I arrived.

My panel warning came on about the airbag. I was on my way to Alliance and so I stopped in without an appointment. I was greeted pleasantly and able to get checked right away. The problem was addressed. I am very thankful that there was wiggle room for me to get this checked and be on my way in a timely fashion. Thank you, Alliance, OH Lavery service department.

Rick Phillips is always helpful, very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable - always making suggestions to us. Rick is the person that introduced us to Terry Christy(Salesmen) who we bought our first vehicle (2015 GMC Sierra 1500) from Lavery Automotive off of.

What a waste of time. They will sell a vehicle out from under you when they don t even have it sold. Their story changes, lie after lie. Whether you offered put down a deposit or not at full asking price, they don t care. Shady shady business practices. Stay far, far away. Bring your money to some where reputable that cares about there customers
